Garbage management company. Inconsistent information and assistance. Impersonal, everytime you speak to the company someone new is answering you and doesnt even have the right mind to review your file and familiarize them self with your history. These people hire random maintenance service professionals off of *********** They make appts to come into your home without speaking to you first. Quick to blow you up when they need something but nowhere to be found when you need something. This company is the sole reason I am leaving the property I currently reside in. I cannot fathom resigning and dealing with them for another year. Atrocious!!!!Review from Kevin S

Mynd attempted to get me to sign up and pay for utilities that were advertised as "included in the rent" which were actually a $70 flat fee added to the rent and then still "accidentally" tried to force me to put them in my name. ***** had dozens of problems, was unclean, they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by approving the work orders I put in. They used a single unlicensed handyman for important repairs like the gas line not being hooked up to the oven, the front door k*** being completely detatched, and while hardworking he was simply not qualified to make these repairs and still rushed as quickly as possible. This company speaks one language and it is threats of legal action. Don't be afraid, know your rights, and treat this company the way it operates.Review from Jessica H

After reading all the other reviews I am kind of shocked. I have been with this company for 2 years now. Any issue I have had I put a request into the app like they instruct and within 24 hours I have a responds. When I moved in and did the pre move in inspection they seen things that were noted that I didn't feel were that pressing and I had somebody out within the week. I too did not have garage door openers, lets face it people don't always return things as they should, they had somebody out there to program new ones that week. I recently had a issue with my water bill being $200.00 I reported there was some kind of issue and they had somebody right out and the owner ever gave me a small credit to offset the cost of my bill. I would rent from Mynd time and time again. They are amazing!! I had a neighbor who went through a different company and they decided to sell the house not letting her know but giving her a week to move. Mynd does not have this kind of behavior they are honest and keep you updated.Review from Phillip P

My experience with Mynd, from viewing rental homes to applying for a home to fulfilling maintenance requests has been outstanding. Employees have all been kind and helpful. Contracted maintenance staff have been knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have had excellent service from them.Review from Mercedes S

The worse property management company to ever use. They took out our nice healthy trees without informing us and then billed us for it. When we tried to resolve the issue there was no response and a constant delay in trying to resolve. Then they charged us for an estimate from a company. We called that company and they advised their estimates are always free. Nothing but lies and confusing billing and distribution. It was never accurate. This company is the worst. First they are unprofessional, no one knows what is going on with the property The property manager is always un reachable. I paid on last week July 3rd and my move in date was 7/8/2024, no one has reached out with key codes, every time I call they tell me someone will call me back, am losing money because i paid for storage and mover yet no one is trying to talk to me i am get the run around and I can't get in touch with any one. If someone is thinking about renting with this company MYND please don't they are garbage. I am located in *******.Review from John P

Moved Into a house that was dirty with a few damages on the walls a house that was not in perfect condition no big deal we thought when we moved out three weeks later, they charged us for every **** on every wall, completely repainted the house at our expense and charge us for cleaning, even though we left the house in pristine condition and would agree to one or two ****s, but not painting the entire house most of our deposit and does not care. Worst property management company. Do not move in. They will not be very responsive with your calls, they raised emergency requests that have not been fixed for weeks. My window does not lock, I have not had access to my mailbox for weeks, and when i moved in they did not give any garage openers or mailbox keys. Things that were broken included, my toilet, ceiling fan, cabinets, ethernet ports, electrical sockets. On my move in date, they gave me a code for the padlock that had the key in it and the password expired and the next day was a holiday so they could not help, had to go through the broken window.
