      Terrible company. Applied for a rental. They got back to us stating we had to upload a picture of our SS card. We started sensing red flags. **************** was non existent. We disputed the credit card charges for the application fee since they did not process our application. I wouldnt touch this company with a 10 ft pole.

      Very unprofessional and still not convinced its not a Scam. They never confirmed my ID for a tour. They let you schedule same day tours and crickets. I had to schedule one several times and got no response. Once I finally got in touch with someone, they let me wait for 45 minutes to decide that the unit is not ready for tours. Even though I was able to book it.

      I recently ended my lease with Mynd due to their neglective nature, lack of transparency, and possible breach of contract. I rented a home with a company **************** and late last year Mynd took over. Since then, they have been incredibly difficult to deal and work with. I always paid on time ($2k monthly) and took care of the property, but they decided to charge me for steam cleaning the home and paint. (I.E. normal wear and tear in which my contract says I wouldn't be charged for). They decided to charge me $700 for this. I also had it cleaned before I left so I don't know what the money went towards. Also when they took over they made every tenant allow them entry into the properties and take picture in every room which was incredibly invasive, but then the real problem occurred in the service requests. I dealt with probably ************************************************************************ the window that wasn't pertinent in being fixed. I had to take of work just to come to my house and the maintenance people not fix it. When it came to leaving they put a lock box for the keys on the front door without telling me, so I couldn't open the front door properly. They also didn't give me the code to put the keys in when I left so I had to send them a picture of me putting them under the mat, which is kind of ridiculous and a security issue. Furthermore, just trying to get a hold of an actual person was actually impossible. I could only text them and the information provided was not always correct. I have taken photos of the house from cleaning and saved all communications between me and them. I may take legal action because I see that I'm not the only person dealing with such moronic and wrong behavior.

      We thought we were going to really like this company, but they are wanting to charge us for things that have broken due to poor workmanship/ poor installation and trying to blame them on us. . We've only been in the house for a couple months and can't wait to get out. I would not recommend getting into an agreement with this company.

      I just moved into a property in ******, Tx 2 days ago. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this property. Upon arriving to the house, i open the door and do a walkthrough there a dead wasp laying all over the house in every room. I open the garage door and there is a bad odor as if the prev tenants had a dog, the dirt, filth and trash that was left behind in the garage is unbelievable! It looked like someone moved out and no one ever came to the house after the fact. Moving on.. the house itself was filty. The light switches were disgusting they had dirt, stains, food everthing you can think of on each one. The bathroom baseboards are filthy it was absurd, my husband and I literally spent hours on our hands and knees scrubbing with toothbrushes to get this clean. The bathroom drawers still had the prev tenants nasty items in them along with dirt and filth! The bathrooms shower and tubs have *********** alongside of everything, & needs rechaulking badly! After paying ***** to move into a property this is the last thing i should be worried about! I am so unhappy, i regret signing a lease & want to leave everything packed and move back out, i am uncomfortable here! The bathroom toilets even still had p*** and pee still on them from the prev tenants, this house was never cleaned & i cant believe it was rented to me in this condition. The front and back yard grass needs landscaping, the grass has not been cut. They left bags of mulch in the front yard like they were going to do something but didnt. I hate it ******** dont think i can live here with my family for a year.

      I have written communication that $500 would be reversed on my account. **** has refused to honor what she said she would do. In addition, on my rental profile it state Rent Due 4/4/3025, nope its due on the 3rd. I got a late fee on the 4th. Very predatory and dishonest. They are great during the application process, then the become awful to deal with once they got you into a home. Run!

      *****, I hope my comment **** of something to someone: I try to rent a house that for many reasons of my work I have to move and the need led me to try to rent a house with mischis damages on the floor, there is no refrigerator or microwave as well as or there is a washing machine or dryer, but when I tried to hire they put thousands of work and any other information as if I were hiding from someone , my employer asked you even for private data of your personal life , of It really makes fun of what they did to me and that they do it good PROVIDE MY ****** OF THE APPLICATION. NOT RECOMMENDING BY NAME IN THE ****************** .

      Mynd Management does not listen to peoples issues. I lived at ***********************. The fridge broke during our stay and it took them 5 months to even address our problem. We contacted them several times and it was radio silent. Our microwave broke and it took them a year to replace that. A tech came out and looked at it and we never heard anything back. Upon move out they stole our entire security deposit. They hired professional cleaners although we cleaned the house upon moving out. Also carpets are supposed to be replaced every 2/3 years you have a tenant living there. They charged us for a bunch of unnecessary things including 500$ for yard work when other dogs in the neighborhood popped in our front yard and we lived in a desolate area so weeds would get overgrown and were like that at every single house. They were not understanding when we couldnt pay our final rent and gave us no leniency even though we were never late in paying for 2 years and instead they late charged us and said too bad. The house is also breaking away from the foundation and became unsafe to live in because the ** and heating system was broken. We had a newborn infant and the breaker was flipping on its own and it was 64 degrees in the house every night which is way too cold for a newborn to be in. Absolutely terrible company and they do absolutely nothing for their tenants or the people that have the displeasure of working with them.

      I hired mynd as property management for my rental home I had listed a few years ago they were up charging me excessively for the smallest repairs and even cleaning fees. They also were charging the tenant more than I agreed to for the rental price. They were taking some off the top. I agreed rent was 1400 and they were charging the tenant 1550 without my knowledge and only paid me based on the $1400 we agreed upon. That is shady business. This company is very sneaky, unethical and extremely hard to get in touch with. Anytime I wanted to speak to someone over the phone I had to schedule a call for 2 weeks in the future. They also did not notify that my locks were being changed and trashed my expensive Schlage keypad locks without my knowledge. I would not recommend this company at all. For property management I would choose a local company with reps that you can actually dial to and see in person if need be.
