    I started using the seat cushion about two months ago, and started to develop hip pain. I stopped using the cushion and gave it to my husband. He was considering buying one himself, so I figured it could help him make that decision by taking mine for a test drive. He also started developing hip pain. Same side, both left hip. I checked out the website to see if they had an extended warranty of any sort, they did not. So, I left a comment on their Insta page, under a post for the seat cushion, sharing my experience. They deleted the comment within an hour. I wasn't unkind or rude in my comment, I just mentioned that I had developed hip pain after use. I left a second comment, expressing my disappointment that they would delete negative reviews. They deleted that comment as well. I would not recommend this company based on their shady practice of deleting honest reviews, as well as the lack of extended warranty on their products. The products are not cheap, and deleting honest reviews shows that this company is only out to make money, not a quality product.

    I purchased the cushion bundle with seat, ack and foot cushions for $119, . The items are poorly made and seem counterfeit. They shipped directly from ***** and smell awful. Return policy wants them shipped back in original packaging which is not possible due to the items come compressed. I emailed the company and received no response, I tried calling and again, no response. I will dispute the charge my bank but this company doesn't seem legit.

    Nope. It didn't work. I bought the cushion and the footrest. I have been using them for one week now, and I find the seat cushion useless. It flattens out as soon as I sit and provides no support. (I am underweight for my height, so it's not a weight issue).It's great marketing for a less-than-mediocre product. So disappointed.(As SOON as I posted this review, my comments were deleted, and I was blocked from their ******** page.)

    Paid $79 for a seat cushion for my dad. He said it was uncomfortable and so when I wanted to send it back, I would have to pay shipping. It was going to cost me $52 to ship with **** Not worth the money!! What a rip off!!

    Do not bother with this dishonest company. I purchased a pillow, however, I had problems with *** on receiving said item and *** sent it back sender. Not the companies fault but ***. However, I emailed the company and received no response, so I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. No big deal, though. I figured I would just repurchase once I get my money bank. I left this as a comment on one of their ******** posts and not only did they delete my comment, but they blocked me from further viewing their page. And for what? I did not bash the company. That is insane. Needless to say, they lost a customer and anyone I know thinking of buying from company, I will inform them of their dishonest practices. I think doing something like that is sketchy, and decided I will no longer repurchase from the company. That was 3 strikes.

    Stay away from these scammers!Cushion Lab didn't ship my order, I cancelled after 11 days, they confirmed, then THEY SHIPPED IT ANYWAY several days after confirming the cancellation.     there is no clear way to return the product. Their website states that it is 30 day return policy but to return the product, it is not clear. the website says to contact an email address to return the product. I emailed twice but no response ! Small print says that it has to be returned in its original box but it is not possible since the product came compressed so it will not fit in its original condition. They also want the buyer to pay for the shipping which further increases the cost to the buyer. This company is misleading and not looking out for the customers.

    EXTREMELY low transparency to the point of being sketchy. I recently made a purchase from this business (a pillow) and found that it didn't work out for me (neck pain). I proceeded to engage the company on their return policy, and unfortunately found their return policy to be full of consumer-burdening policies. The company offers a 30 day policy but offers no guidance on *how* the return should happen (all they provide is a warehouse barcode). As a leap-of-faith luxury online purchase, I would have expected some guidance on how to pack + ship out. For context, the item arrives compressed, so you can't use the box it arrived in. To return, you presumably need to buy a new box (despite a policy requiring "packed in the original packaging") and then need to find the best shipping method. As you might imagine, this increases the burden/cost of returns. Roughly 25% of the cost of the pillow needs to be spent on packing and shipping (given the lack of at-home compression options). It's also unclear if this technically meets their policy. As a part of this process, I decided that I wanted to share my revelations with the larger customer base. I wrote a review and posted it on their site. To my surprise, I realized that this business filters out any negative reviews and doesn't display them to their potential customer base (hence the lack of 1 or 2 star reviews site-wide). A real rating of their products can be seen on the Shop app. Similarly, when I posted these findings on social media (their Instagram), the company removed my comments even after getting some engagement from other customers. The product itself seems fine even if it didn't work out for me, but I find this company's marketing practices and return policy very suspect.
