      I do not have an account or any affiliation with STAFFORD GROUP AND ASSOCIATES, *******************************************************************************. I have never obtained any form of credit or merchandise from any business or company affiliated. This business has shown up on my credit report stating I owe over $4,829.00. I have never heard of this business and I have disputed this on my credit report as well.

      ********* phone calls to people I know for a debt that I do not even owe from 2019. Unprofessional and intrusive means of trying to contact me. I explained I have never heard from them at all. They claimed they have been trying to reach me. I asked when? I have heard nothing whatsoever not even a piece of mail. He stated that they sent something back in May of 2022!!!? Really?? I should mention also no phone calls either! I want no further contact made to anyone I know or I will pursuit legally.

      Good morning, I wanted to inform you that I am making this complaint because I saw in my Experian that there is a note in my name with this company, a debt from March 2022, and I was not even here in the United States at that time, how can I have this debt? I can prove with my entry and exit from the country, that in March 2022 I was not here and only arrived now in July 2022. How is that possible? I would like my name to be removed from Experian and for the company to retract on this complaint. That's absurd!! And from what I saw in the reviews, I'm not the first to happen, right? Did they use my documents without me knowing? I look forward to your reply. Thank you

      I saw my credit report and noticed that there are inaccurate and fraudulent accounts I needed to report and correct by your company. Evaluate and investigate those account that is not 100% accurate.       We have reviewed the complaint and our records indicate that the account in question has been paid off by the consumer since 03/25/2022, and is now being reported as paid with a $0.00 balance. If this is innacurate, the consumer can contact our office at ************ and we would be more than happy to assist him with this matter and make any necessary changes to the reporting of the account.

      This number calls me constantly day in and day out all hours. Constantly leaving me voicemails stating they have a lawsuit matter and have mailed me papers and need information on my house and the stuff in it. They now are contacting my family asking them info about me who dont even speak to me or know anything about me nor my kids and they are reaching out to me.They also dont give any info when spoken too. They are a fraud company. Needs to be reported. False lies in voicemails! A lawsuit matter nice tactic to scare people. I dont even know who they are trying to reach. Please stop calling people and decease family members. Ridiculous! All info you have is from fraud victims! Just remove all calls from your phone numbers! Stop calling! Noone is going to respond or take calls from fraud companies.

      Seeming went through a list and called everyone with the same last name. Please STOP harassing me and my family and everyone else with the same last name.

      I have been constantly contacted by Stafford Group and I have absolutely no business with them at all. I do not owe anyone any money. I googled their number and it comes up as a fraudulent company, I have filed a complaint with the federal trade commission as well. They have illegally contacted family members telling them they are going to *** me and they left messages on my voicemail stating they mailed me letters which is not true. I have not received any letters from them. They have scared and threatened elderly family members telling them that they will go to jail. I need this harassment to stop. I hope you can help me because I do not want to contact them because I don't want them to trick me into anything.

      Stafford had an associate call my husband but could of been anyone and they gave my info to him and was asking was i married and saying they had a file and had sent a letter to me, which they haven't and saying they were going To *** me if I didn't pay them. Then 20 min later my ********************************************************************************************** and that she was a reference on something i applied for and was asking for my personal information. I called them back at the number they left and asked why they were calling my family and they said " they can call who they want to get the debt paid". keep in mind they never said the debt collector speech they do when they call. so i asked the guy named ****** to please stop contacting me and my family and that i would be sending them a letter.       They are leaving Voicemails for me that I was used as a reference trying to collect a debt from an ex I have a restraining order against .Had they contacted the references I would have told them that the person is a scam artist who goes by several aliases. They need to stop contacting me or I will obtain legal representation.

      Account:925**03/13/2023 Request For Debt Validation Pursuant to 15 USC ****g Be Advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FCRA) [15 USC ****g] stating your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. At this time, I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the 3 major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion) this action may constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws.
