I DO NOT OWE ANY DEBT TO STAFFORD GROUP. I was contacted on Aug 21st 2023 at 9:56am Pacific time, by a male employee of a complaint that was made against by a company called Flex Shopper (whom I have never heard of) I inquired about who this company was and what the complaint was about he then proceeded to put me on hold and a woman came on the line and told me a company by the name of flex shopper has a complaint against me for $155 and that they (Stafford Group) will be sending the account off to a lawyer and that I will liable for court fees once I lose the case that could amount to $1500 or more. The woman then proceed to give me public record information. I told her I don't know anything about the account, she aid payments were made for over a year and then stopped abruptly and that when there is fraud people don't pay. I told her I don't know who this company was or anything about charges through a company called flex shopper for a tablet and something else apparently purchased through Amazon. I was then threatened again with being dragged into court and in her words well when you go to court good luck. I DO NOT APPRECIATE being threatened in any form it is disgusting and bullying. I will NOT be bullied into paying for something that I have no clue about. I have seen no documentation of any of the claims that were made over the phone by said woman. I have Not received any paperwork from Flex Shopper or Stafford Group stating anything owed. THIS DEBT IS NOT MINE, I HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR WHAT WAS ALLEGDLY PURCHASED. I HAVE NO POSSESSION OF ANY OF THE THINGS THEY ARE SAYING WAS PURCHASED. FURTHER MORE THREATENING CONSUMERS WITH LEAGAL ACTION OR ANY THREAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCALLED FOR, AND DISGUSTING. being threatened with garnishment of my paycheck. They said once they get hold of me I wont even be able to pay my rent. They told me to sell my car. I dont have a car. They will not give me details on the amount I owe or send me a copy of anything to show me what my obligation is. I can barely pay my rent, without the help of others. I have been to court on other matters, and they have written them off as in ability to pay. I try to explain this to them, and again they threaten me that I wont even be able to pay my rent once theyre done . Threats like this is not acceptable and should not be tolerated. Stafford group has continually called my house every single day for the past few weeks they block their number out and call it a private number so you can't see who's calling then they will hang up and call from a different number they have also called my 17 year old daughter telling her that I owe a debt and that I need to call them and they have also called my ex-husband who I am no longer with for over 10 years and have explained to him that I owe a debt they've also left threatening messages on our phones. They have called my elderly parents who I do not live with and my dad and mother are suffering with their health and are very upset about this I am going to be contacting a lawyer to *** them for debt collector harassmentInitial Complaint

I have mailed & faxed multiple written notifications to Stafford Group and Associates demanding documentation of any contractual relationship between *****************************. This was not a request for verification or validation. This was a request for proof of contract to substantiate their claim to Experian, Korner Stone that I owe Stafford Group and Associates, $6427.00. I respectfully requested any agreement with any "client" that grants you the authority to collect on this alleged debt, or proof of acquisition by purchase or assignment, and authorization under subtitle D Privacy of the SECTION 609 (a) (1) (A) and Section 623(a)(1)(B). APPLICATION OF SECURITY PROVISIONS AND PENALTIES TO BUSINESS ASSOCIATES OF COVERED ENTITIES; and SEC. 164.308,164.310, ******* and ******* of title 45 SECURITY. I also, respectfully requested that this company provide me with a certified copy of the original contract bearing my wet signature, the payment history, and a breakdown of the bill in question, specifically naming Stafford Group and Associates as a company entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. Any automated response such as CoreLogic or ***** Nexis "verification" is unacceptable. Certification of a contract bearing my wet signature can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question. Nevertheless, Stafford Group and Associates is NOT registered and NOT licensed with the ********* Secretary of State to conduct any business practices.Initial Complaint

Hello,I'm NOT liable for this **** with FLEXSHOPPER LLC, I do NOT have a contract with STAFFORD GROUP AND ASSOC, no paper work signed, no agreement for any amount of payment has historical value or legitimacy, also there has not ever been a COPY of the original contract as requested to prove my debt . .
