    I went to unsubscribe to Skill Success and it said it went through BUT that I wasnt officially unsubscribed until I receive an email saying so. That is what didnt seem right to me so its been a few days now and following my gut instinct I did some research and now I know this company is a scam and that I wont ever receive an email. I called their number and its disconnected. Im not scheduled to be charged until Friday so this is proof of everything I have tried to protect my money and so that the people who have tried to get their money back isnt made to look like idiots when they reply on the BBB website with them blaming the customer. I bet I have $228 taken from account on Friday the 23rd of February.

    Hello,There was a free subscription to this website months ago. I wanted to see if this site had any courses that would be beneficial to me. However, you were not able to see the courses that the site had to offer until you signed up. I signed up and was offered a free trial. Upon clicking through the site, I did not seem legitimate and I did not see any courses that I felt suited my goals. I attempted to cancel the subscription, but there was not a single option to do so. I even followed the subscription *** and they stated in the ** that the option to cancel a subscription would be under the subscription tab. However, there is not. I decided to email support, but never received a response. Over time I forgot about it and never logged into the app. One day I saw that the site was attempting to charge my card $228. I again went to the site to try to cancel the subscription, but there was no option to do so. I reached out to support again and locked my card until I heard something back. They attempted to charge my card several more times for $228. I continued trying to reach out to support but had no response. Until today, I noticed that there was a charge from the site for $99 for a cheaper subscription that I did NOT authorize. I contacted support and the stated they took the initiative to switch my subscription and charge me for another one since the payment of $228 failed. I informed them that this was not authorized. i also informed them that I tried several times to cancel through the site by following the instructions on the *** and it did not help. I also informed them that they had no right to make adjustments to my account and charge me vs. canceling my subscription after their several failed attempts. I have since, written requesting my subscription be canceled and my money be refunded, and they are not obliging. This is FRAUD.

    The company advertised a 100% money back guarantee with no conditions included in the advertisement that was emailed to me. I attached a copy of the email. I would like to be refunded as they advised that I could be. They have not provided what they advertised the quality of the content would be and a lot of it is outdated.

    I was looking at Skill success and it was supposed to be free. I wasn't notified about being charged. Money was removed from my account $69.00 on I believe 8/18/2023. I want a refund because I don't want this. I was just inquiring about the program. I can't afford this. I called the contact support number and it says it was disconnected or changed with no more information.Thank you for your time.

    They date of the transaction was made on August 15, the day after my birthday; when I just got sent 50$ on my cashapp card, and they proceeded to take that money a few hours after even though after the trial ended they had put me on the annual membership which is 228$, so how did they take money like that out of my account. When I first contacted them they said it was a monthly membership that I had switched to, and turns out they were wrong because the monthly membership is 30$ and when I checked my ********, it said they tried charging me for the annual membership, so I went back and corrected them and they ended up responding with, "we ended up giving you a discount". When was I ever told about this unknown discount that I never wanted. Then as I receive another email from the billing team; I'm then told that they can offer me a free year on top of what they forced a charge on me. I don't want another charge. They should of been able to give me back my full refund since they offer refunds for people on the annual membership once, but their now failing to do that. "GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!"

    I was charged $150 renew subscription in June 2023 for a **** yearly subscription ending in 6/12/24 that I didn't authorize and just they just charged my account today (8/12/23) another $150 for a renewal for a subscription I didn't authorize ending in 8/12/24. I only have one account which they have charged me $300 for the.same subscription while they are offering for $7 a month $84 a year! I want a full refund and cancel my subscription.

    I signed up over a year ago, and soon after my Husband was diagnosed with cancer and my other deteriorated with Alzheimers. So being busy with both I did not do any courses and forgot about the program, until was billed without any warning of renewal. I reached out stating above, and email response was that they DO NOT SEND OUT REMINDERS, even though they have stated on this site that they do. I was only refunded half and I am requesting the other half since NO notice was sent! I agree with other BBB customers that this company preys on ppl forgetting about their 'subscription".Thank you for your time and buyer beware!B

    Since you did not notify me of an impending renewal, and I canceled so called membership very soon after my credit card was charged,  hence would not be using any of your product for the next year. My lawyer informed me to report to the **** which I have,  and to contact my credit card company to dispute these charges before he steps in! 

    From other very similar complaints, and others who I am sure have not reported, you make tons of money scamming off of people under your renewal terms of service!  Have fun with the FTC!

    I purchased a lifetime all access pass to SkillSuccess.com for $99 in February of this year, paid in full. I tried to access the courses today, and the page showed no subscriptions. Apparently, an email went out in May stating that they were closing down the lifetime access pass program, and that I could continue at a reduced monthly/annual rate if I wanted to. I didn't receive what was promised for the payment, I made, and would like a refund.

    On May 10th, 2023 I was charged for a subscription renewal with Skill Success. They sent no reminder or notification. I paid for a year but used the service for one day. The class was useless, common information, and they had very few other classes I might be interested in, but I had a year, so I didn't cancel. I went back to the site a month or two later and saw no new classes I'd be interested in. I thought at the time I would check again closer to the renewal date, but was never notified of the upcoming renewal.Upon being charged, I requested an immediate cancellation of the service and a refund. I was told my request had to be escalated to a different department, and it would take ***** hours to get a response.Two days later, I received a flat "No" with an offer for a free year of service instead. YAY!! Two years of a worthless service for the price of one!!This is BAD Bussines! They prey upon the fact that a high percentage of people forget to cancel such a long subscription! The offer of two years proves there is no value in the service. It costs them $0 to keep someone enrolled, so they're willing to give an extra year for the same price.I want a refund of my $150.00.

    Two days ago I was charged for a subscription renewal with SkillSuccess without any warning, reminder, notification, etc. Absolutely nothing from the service which I had already paid for one year and it was never used. I have requested an immediate cancellation and a refund as I do not want this service. There is no telephone number to contact them or a billing department that I can reach. Their response to my email stated my request 'had to be sent to their billing department and to wait for a response.' This is unacceptable to me as a consumer and they should be required to refund my $150.00 immediately as I have received nothing from their service and have no interest in renewing. Thank you.
