    Dear BBB, We started service with Culligan in 2022 for home water maintenance with a salt water system, and because we were on a well system and had sulfur issues, they sold us a sulfur filter for an extra $5500.00 along with the monthly basic service. The filtration system worked fine initially, except I noticed they would let the salt run out completely until I called to have them service us. About the second year, the sulphur began to come back, and our water began to smell of rotten eggs. I called and spoke with the manager '****' who told me that for $1100.00, they could come out to service the unit. I was confused because I thought it was under warranty, but I wanted the water to be good for my family, so I paid for it. About 6 months later it failed again and after many phone calls I was told a serviceman would come out, but whatever he did did not solve the problem but I seem to be ignored. I have called many time. Now, I have changed to water deliveries from another company to have drinkable water. Culligan is still charging me for the sulphur system that no longer works and cannot even keep up basic service for us. I am at my wits end and I hope you can resolve this for me and my family. Thank you!

    We have had services for years with this company. Last couple years have terrible. Company charges every month to park their equipment and do not provide service. When asked for reimbursement since they are not servicing they state they cannot do that but will keep charging for the equipment being there. Finally had enough so decided to switch and now they want to charge a month in advance even though they don’t have their equipment there. How can they even justify charging me for no service and no equipment?
