Bird Eye took a review I wrote from Facebook over three years ago and put it on their website, along with my profile picture at the time. The review has since been deleted from Facebook, and no longer reflects my views about the company. I have emailed Bird Eye a couple of times to ask them to remove my review from their website, but it has not been removed. I would simply like BBB to assist in getting them to remove the review from their website on the page linked below. Very difficult to cut ties with this company, i used them for 1.5 year and had switched to a voip phone system with reviews so I contacted them to terminate my contract , I didn't think much about it saving my email exchange with them so didn't keep the email exchange about my cancellation so when my cancellation time come I contacted them and since I had no proof the first time and they tricked me into another 6 months contract. At that time on May 2021 I asked them to cancel my subscription immediately and to charge my account for the whole 6 months in the amount of $300 to end my contract immediately, they told me rest assure The contract will be terminated on agreed date in September 2021. So this time, I saved the email exchange with a weird feeling that they are a sketchy company and won't honor my cancellation. October came and they CHARGED me AGAIN! This time the same rep name of***** tried to bully me into another 6 months of "contract", even though it was written in the email with him that they agreed to end my agreement after the 6 months period via email back in May. I went on their review and it look like a lot of other people have the same issue with their cancellation, please help me investigate this company on their fraudulent as they are unwilling honor their agreement and now trying to charge me although I sent them the proof of my cancellation exchange. They are ruthless and effect small businesses like mine.Business response

Birdeye collected reviews from our BBB page and social media channels to paint our company in a negative light with no ability to publicly respond. They wanted us to pay an astrological amount to gain access to their site. We would like our company's fake page to be removed and to NEVER be contacted by Birdeye again.Business response

We have been trying to cancel our monthly service with Birdeye with no success. Instead of responding to our calls and emails, they ignore us completely. They have no problem charging our credit card though, which results in our having to waste time disputing the charge. Called on numerous occasions and receive promises of return calls which never happen. The utter lack of response is unacceptable and the worst business practice imaginable for a ******** Review Company. Birdeye needs to do the correct thing and respond to our requests for cancellation and stop charging us immediately."Customer response

Because I posted here on BBB. Birdeye would rather threaten taking this to lawsuit or 3rd party collections. This is a common theme among customers if you notice the multiple reviews across different websites.

There is no desired solution, I've already been in contact with your outsourced legal team, I've already spoken to customer success team - what bs to call it a success team, I've spoken to your accounting ***** Again unless you're paying me from the date issues started this account was paid up. And your coming back after what 441 days to post your reply. This company is a joke you don't care about customer service if you did you would have posted immediately once you were contacted by the BBB.Business response
