I have purchased a HP Tablet from Best Buy and immediately return home and contacted HP to purchase an extended warranty for this HP Tablet and paid ****** dollars for the three year warranty . I begin to experience problems with this HP tablet and contact HP ******************** for assistance and spoke with a representative from that department. I was told by representative that I would need to send the tablet in for repairs . I was instructed to send this tablet in by Fed Ex and I was given a tracking number (*************) . I contact HP a couple weeks later. HP to follow on my tablet and was transferred to *********************** Global Executive Manager and explained the situation. *********************** stated she would follow up on my tablet. I explained to ***** that I have a 17- inch lap top that i had purchased from the store Best Buy but I contacted HP for extended warranty and the laptop was not working. ***** stated she would follow up with me in two days. I needed a laptop so I seen that my local store was having a sale on the 17 inch laptop so I purchase another top. I immediately contacted HP for the extend warranty. I contact *********************** regarding my laptop repair and tablet ************** and sent her numerous emails and she did not respond. I reached out numerous times to technician and have spoken to at least 15 different technicians and emails them numerous times ( I have the emails to back up everything I am stating. I had experience accidental damage on my second computer that I have a warrant for and not received any assistance. I was in the middle of final examination and need a computer and target had the 17 inch Hp laptops on sale so I purchased my 3rd lab top. I did not have this lab top for a year before the color on the monitor begun to go out. I contacted technician and explain the situation and as usual no help so they sent me a device to put into my computer to supposedly adjust the color but that didnt work. This is not right and hp
