4 starsThe first tech who helped me was very patient, however, when I was able to use my computer, things were not working. I couldn't send or receive email nor could I do much of anything. I called back and got a different tech and it i finally working now as far as I can tell.When I first started with ATS years ago, it was easy. It has grown so much and has tech people in other countries who are sometimes difficult to understand. I admire that they speak more than one language. I only speak English and it is sometimes difficult to understand some of the tech people. Thank you for the help. **** was excellent.I just wish your people wouldn't be pushing so much as far as selling services. When I need help with my computer, I don't need a bunch of sales pitches.RealDefense LLC
