      Terrible, horrible experience i have ever had at a nail salon. Their "5 minute massage" was more like 30 seconds, they rushed both my mani and pedi, did not clean up my cuticles or use any tools besides a cheap nail file and a pair of scissors, the massage chair was off the entire time, we had people hovering over us gossiping with our "nail tech" and the music was way too loud. Was not a relaxing experience and they seem to care more about what the place looks like than the people who they are servicing. Do not be fooled by their high end interior design, the place is terrible. All they cared about was upselling you. Why is this place still in business? They have a 2.1 on Yelp with just about 1k reviews. This place is not sanitary!

      Very nasty and unsanitized place ! And they over charge for something they are going to mest up after they are done ! I got a chemical burn in my eye went to the hospital for it because I was in serious pain ! I felt dizzy nauseas light headed ! I was getting anxiety from it , I let the business owner know she is fully aware and ended up calling me stupid saying it was a pink eye ! My doctor confirmed it was chemical burn ! my eye is really red !! I was in so much pain . My eye is very ugly right now I am embarrassed to even go to the store . I have been going with shades on ! Its not just me its for every girls health ! That , that place should shut down immediately. Very unprofessional, doesnt care about her clients at all !

      To put it bluntly, my visit to this establishment was nothing short of a disappointment.I decided to give this salon a try as my regular nail technician was unavailable. Initially, I was pleased with the outcome of my manicure. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. Within a day, one of the charms fell off, followed by several nails chipping and other charms losing their color.In an attempt to rectify the situation, I promptly reached out to the salon. They assured me it would be resolved, but my subsequent visit proved otherwise. Despite waiting for an hour, the proposed solution was simply replacing the charms. Given the recurring issues, I declined.Instead, I was offered a polish change for an additional $20. Reluctantly, I agreed. To my dismay, a mere four days later, one of my nails broke. When I scheduled an appointment for repair, I endured a 25-minute wait and was attended to by a different technician, rendering my booking pointless.To add insult to injury, I was informed I would be charged an extra $10 for the repair.When I told the manager about my experience she stated "I don't know why you keep coming back if all you have is complaints, I don't need costumers like you".Despite the salon's upscale appearance and complimentary drinks, it's clear that appearances can be deceiving. Shockingly, my nail technician revealed they were quitting due to mistreatment and irregular payment.Considering the subpar service, disregard for appointments, and lack of integrity, I urge fellow consumers to think twice before investing their time and money here.Save yourself the hassle and seek services elsewhere.

      Please beware of this nail shop. I got my eyelash extensions and feet done here a few times and they literally glue lash fans to your actual lash line with painful and results in your losing your natural lashes sometimes permanently! They send promotions via text that they don't actually honor in the shop, they don't use new nail files like they're supposed to, they over charge and under perform, the owner ******** gets upset when you complain and you calls you "unhappy" she never take accountability for the poor work quality. The glue used on the lash extensions is extremely strong and will have your eyes burning the whole day. They pick and choose who they want to give good service to and when they actually want to do a good job but ALWAYS want to be paid in full. They lack good customer service. The work stations are not as clean as they should be. Their lash beds have stains and the lash techs don't wear masks or gloves all of the time. They lash fans are clumpy and attached to more than one natural lash resulting in you losing a few natural lashes due to botched work. They lash knowledge on proper isolation, application, retention and technique! They also false advertise by ALWAYS posting other people work on their page. They RARELY post their own work. ********'s old shop burnt down due to negligence which resulted in the death of a worker and injury to brave fireman! She swept it under the rug and used that insurance money to get this new shop not far from the old one. If you're not a social media influencer or someone with alot of money to spend in her shop then you'll be treated like scum, just how she treats her workers infront of everyone. She gives out alcohol drinks without checking for a I.D. Their reviews on yelp and ****** isn't the best. I tried to give them a few chances because i grew small bonds with certain workers who have potential to improve their craft, but it is not worth it. Don't be fooled.

      HEALTH HAZARD. Very disgusting place, it is heavily dirty almost everywhere you look. Very dusty as well. As soon as you walk in they have you wash your hands but there is barely any soap in the dispenser and the sink is filthy. I was getting an acrylic soak off when the nail tech dumped her METAL drill bits (5 pieces) inside of the bowl i was using. I asked her to get me another clean bowl with acetone for my nails only and she refused and said it was okay and that she needed her drill bits cleaned. Afterwards I moved to the chair for a pedicure, the nail tech cut my toe with the cuticle cutters and now i have an infection with pus coming out. If i can upload pictures on here, then i definitely would. I also have a lump on my toe and its hurts very much. I am currently trying my best to relieve the pain and drain it. If this doesnt work, I am going to the hospital. DO NOT COME HERE!
