This is ************* located at ******************************************************************* phone# ************ Manager: Fhuq or Fhuk (rude) lacks proper ***************** Date of Transaction: 9/2/2022- I brought DMV paperwork for my Mom's car and ***** of ******** paperwork for my Mom who has dementia. I was told the tow driver would pickup car between 8 am - 12 pm on 9/7/2022 and deliver me a check for $380.00 in my Mom's name. I look outside at 7 am this morning 9/7/2022 and the car is gone. I wait until 9 am to call when Pick n Pull opens and they tell me we have the check here. I told them I had a brand new battery in that car and why did the tow driver take the car before the arranged time (no answer) Was told by the employee that technically its Pick and Pull property now and unfortunately we cant take it out the car. I live approximately 25 miles away and came to you guys on 9/2/2022 to process the paperwork, now you want me to come back and pickup the check that the tow person allegedly had when he picked up the car earlier than he/she was supposed to. Record # **-Y09-23; Quote # Q-*******; Yard # **. I have a receipt for the battery I purchased from a shop I had the car in which i paid $135 plus $15 warranty. The car did not pass smog and has not been driven. Being that the tags were up for renewal and i had passed more than 60 days, the car was outside of the retirement program period, so the next best thing was to junk it.

Hi,On August 8, 2022 I visited Pick-n-Pull to purchase a vehicle driveshaft. A year prior on June 6, 2021 I received $39.55 store credit slip/receipt for a return of a vehicle window. This receipt has no expiration date listed. I had the intention of using this store credit on my driveshaft purchase. I had not been to the business since I received the store credit. When I attempted to use the credit slip on my driveshaft purchase the cashier claimed that the slip had zero balance. I mentioned this was impossible since I had not purchased anything with it and had not been to the establishment since obtaining it. She called her corporate office to gather more information and she was unable to retrieve any information besides the initial zero balance statement. I asked her if she could tell me what the credit had been used on. She said that they recently "upgraded their systems" and were unable to retrieve any information on old credit slip accounts. I asked her to honor the credit since I had not used it nor could she tell me where the money had gone. It is also worth noting that credit slips are marked with a pen after use to reflect new balance or confiscated if they have zero balance. I mentioned this as well since my slip had no markings. She refused to honor the credit and would provide no explanation on what/when/where/who had used my store credit. From the business all I ask is my store credit be honored and applied to the driveshaft purchase I made.

I have been a toolkit reward member for more than 2 years now and have recently completely stopped receiving my $20 vouchers that members earn everytime they spend $350. In the beginning of being a member I would receive my vouchers relatively promptly once I reached the $350 threshold and eventually I stopped receiving them regularly. I then I had to contact pick n pulls' toolkit reward email for help in sending me my vouchers accordingly to which they would eventually generate and forward them to my email. It got to the point to where in order to receive the vouchers that I had earned I would need to contact the reward department otherwise I simply would never receive them. Many times the representative I would be in contact with would recommend for me to check my spam inbox and not once were the emails sent there. Most recently I am still not receiving my vouchers, I have sent 2 emails within the last month (on 7/11 and 7/20) to the toolkit reward program email address provided on their website and am yet to hear back. I spoke with a worker at my local pick n pull that I frequent and they recommended that I reach out to corporate. I've called the corporate help desk, they provided me with a contact number for toolkit help and the phone rings until you reach a voice-mail that I assume at this point no one tends to. The fact that your program cannot deliver on the benefit it has promoted to the public has created a headache for myself and I'm sure many others as well.

In 2019, I went to the Pick-N-Pull in ************** (585 ********, ***************, ** *****) and I agreed to sign up for "rewards" and gave them my email address. Later, I did not want to receive any more emails. The email had an option to "unsubscribe" which I did, but the emails kept coming. I tried unsubscribing many times over many months, and the emails kept coming. I called them today (April 2, 2022), and they wouldn't remove the email, and they said I had to visit their store and meet with their supervisor. Isn't that illegal to keep spamming people that no longer want emails? Why doesn't their unsubscribe do anything? They should be fined for violating these rules. My rewards account with them is "***-R-1178876", and my email is ************************* I just want the spam to stop.

My car needed to be taken away this week and the ********* picknpull told me both on line and on the phone that they would give me $294 for it. When the tow truck driver came he only gave my wife $247! When I asked about it both on the phone and in person I was told repeatedly that the $294 'wasn't in the system' even when I showed them the emailed offer that they had sent me!

PickNPull provides reward certificates for every 350 points accumulated. The reward certificates are for $20. I have been contacting PickNPull since December 10, 2021, when I was made aware that I had over **** points and I had not received a certificate.Since then, I have accumulated more points (currently sitting at **** points, which is 10 points shy of $80 in reward certificates) and I'd like my certificates plus a refund on the $60 of the $148.10 spent on 12/26/2021.
