      I am owed $34.36 for *********** ***** (order ******** on 12/14/21) and a lost package (order ******** on 12/25/21) containing the replacement goods. I contacted the business on 1/4/22 about this ******** that has been bouncing between ****************** and *******. I will not accept a package that has been through this many unnecessary hands during a pandemic. This is unacceptable. This was to be a replacement shipment for ********* gifts. 3 items ordered appeared to be poor quality factory seconds. ****************** instructed me to ******** or discard the ******* ******** **** ******** ************ which would reship via **** They are clearly unable to deliver the products paid for as stated, nor were they interested in quality control before or after the sale. While the order page states they will ship **** they chose ******, a company notorious for losing packages and fabricating delays to cover their poor logistics. ****** is cheap and apparently the risk of losing our business was worth those pennies. ********************** has not responded to our email from ****** about the package. This complaint is our next step. If necessary I will contact ****** on social media and ask them to **** in and refund me directly, should clothingshoponline.com refuse. I'd rather not waste more time, but they keep sending emails with delivery 'updates' that are complete fabrications. It's a tired reminder of their ongoing failure and we're done. This lack of respect for the value of our time will not be forgotten. I will not accept less than ****** ******** to our original payment *******

      After further research, we see our Escalations team was able to assist on January 12, 2022, and processed a refund for the missing replacement.

      Purchased a sweatshirt in November. The firm sent the wrong product. I shipped it back as requested. They acknowledged receipt. They were to process a refund in 3-5 days. I've been waiting a month for the refund. Customer service is not responding.

      I placed an order for merchandise to supply my small business on 12/2/2021. I received notification that my order shipped on 12/3. It is now 12/13 and I still do not have the package which was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days. I was told to call back on Friday 12/10 to file a claim which I did and then was told there was nothing they can do because it had to be 7 business days since the initial shipment. No updates from the carrier on the tracking as well. ********* who is the company delivering the package claims they have no record of it. I called them 3 times and they still say they do not have it. I received a tracking update from ********* on 12/9 saying my package was delayed with not other information other then to keep checking back for real-time updates. It's now the 13th and there are still no updates. I called Clothing Shop Online to get a refund as now the package is completely late and has caused hardship to my small business and I now had to spend even more money to get the shirts elsewhere to fulfill my orders and had to expedite the shipping for my customers to ensure their orders get to them on time. I am now out almost $400 between the original order I placed, the shirts I had to go buy to replace the ones that didn't come and to expedite my customers orders to make sure they have them before the holidays. This is ridiculous. Now I'm being told I can't be refunded until 14 days after the shipping date. I no longer need the shirts as I had to purchase them elsewhere and I want a full refund now.

      We are terribly sorry for the issue encountered with the carrier. It looks like the order was placed during the holiday season. During this time, we ask to allow the carriers 14 business days to delivery packages as there is a higher chance of delays during this time. We appreciate your feedback on this policy and will provide it to management for further review. 

      Our records indicate a refund was processed a couple days after submitting the BBB claim.

      I am rejecting this response because: It took over 2 years to get back to me. You didn't resolve the issue and I was out more money then I needed to be. Never did get those shirts that mysteriously went MIA.

      This company is a joke. I placed an order on X-XX-XX with a total of $23.34. I was then told by the company that my order would be delivered on 9-17-21. That never happened and I have reached out to this company several times trying to get a refund. They keep telling me that the shipper has lost my order and they have a complaint in with them. On the shippers website, it says they are waiting on the product from the seller. They are refusing to refund my money. All I want is my money and I will never order from them again. I wish I would have read the reviews/complaints on BBB before I ordered from them,
