      I ordered merchandise through this vendor a month ago and they refuse to provide any shipping information or order status. They've had my money for a month and I have no product and no timetable for receiving it. The vendor has no phone number to reach them. I believe their website is a fraud. I've reported the transaction as fraud to the credit card company and am contacting the police where the company is registered. The company is registered to an address in ********, ****************************************************************. This address is known to be used by fraudulent vendors.

      I ordered a shirt from a Facebook ad on 12-24-2022. The ad indicated the item was made in South Carolina. Immediately after my order was placed, I received notification from my credit card company that I had placed an international order. I was aghast and Immediately tried to access my order to cancel it. That was not possible. The delivery time stated was approximately two weeks. It has been three weeks. The shipping confirmation simply states the package is in the USPS system, but a label has not been created to enable a projected delivery date. This company has not been removed from Facebook or tagged as possibly fraudulent. It should be!

The part that really disturbed me was that they claimed it was made in South Carolina. The garment was tagged "Made in China". My bill was originated in London, England. Shame on them! They should be removed from Facebook.

      I order the boots online and received them damaged. The merchant refuse to send me a label to return their damage item. I offer to send the items back if they provide a shipping label. I file a dispute with my bank and the bank favor them instead of me even though I have clear evidence that I contact the merchant, but they lied and said I never contact them. This website it a waste because they are selling cheap items for a high price. I'm upset I'm stuck with the items I have now and I'm deciding to take this a step further.

      I placed an order in August for items that would ship in September and October. In November I received the October item but despite numerous requests for information and a refund, have not received the other item. Customer service would only respond to ******** messenger and then have stopped even that response.

      I have purchased T-shirts from Clothing Shop Online on a few occasions where a VALID discount code didn't work. The promo shows up in the 'cart', but once checked out the discount disappears. I believe this is purposeful. The last two occasions, I am POSITIVE the code was entered correctly, and the discount did show up in my cart, with a percentage taken off. But once 'checked out', the discount was not there. So, I paid full price. Twice. The first time I thought it was a fluke. The second time I know for sure I entered it correctly, and the 12% discount was NOT taken off. I believe this is being done intentionally. These are not huge discounts, and the company probably thinks customers won't notice. But I did, because I was screwed over before. When I reached out to Clothing Shop Online for reimbursement of the 12%, they refused... after multiple requests for a refund. They said that I must've done something wrong. But I paid VERY close attention when ordering to make sure the promo was entered properly. (They also acknowledged that the code 'FRIDAY12' was indeed a valid promo). But they refused to credit my account. It is only $7.27, but it angers me as I believe this is being done intentionally. I am a small business, and any coupon helps... I also want to mention that sometimes a 5% discount will be discounted as .5% (half an percent!) on their site. I have noticed this before when buying, but didn't make a big deal of it as it is only a small amount of money. The coupon applies, but the wrong amount! They must think people are stupid, when in actuality we just don't want to deal with these tiny issues... But this last time really upset me, and now I believe this is commonplace with them. I think they are deceiving and defrauding their customers on purpose.

      I spent almost 80 dollars on two tops from this company, which advertises their clothing is made in the USA. When the items arrived they looked nothing like the online catalog pictures. They also came in packaging marked "Made in China." When I contacted the company for an RMA and return instructions they emailed me back to offer me 14 dollars if I would keep the items! Amazing. I responded "no thanks," and they then offered me 28 dollars! I am disputing the charge with my bank for quality; not as described. This business misrepresents itself, its products, and its return policy.

      I placed an on line order with this company on August 25. Within a few days I received a notification that the item had shipped and gave me a tracking #. I checked the tracking # and it said the item had not been received by this company. I've emailed numerous times and I keep being told to be patient, that it's coming, that it's cleared customs. I checked yesterday and it is still not received by the shipper. I requested a refund. Today I received a reply saying it had been shipped and they couldn't refund my money.

      We've bought items from them and never received them. They state they cannot refund us. When we have never received the item. This is the third time. They give a tacking number with the incorrect address and it gets returned to sender. .
