      I recently purchased on Poshmark and I never received my package , so Poshmark refunded me back for 4 items but refund me back for my item when I didn't receive the item and I been contacting Poshmark and letting them know I also filled a missing package claim on **** and still no package I work hard for my money and I can't just let it go all i want is my package or my money I deserve one of them!

      Bought two separate items on Poshmark two different sellers. Both items had shipping numbers and said they were shipped. Day of delivery I was outside mail man gave me my mail and the box wasnt there when he scanned mail it said the mail had been delivered. They sent fake mail!! And never received the item happened twice!!!! People are using fake mail to make it seem like item shipped and everything very fake! Also multiple tries at getting a hold of Poshmarks customer service and nothing. Very fraudulent and buyers need to be aware!!!!

      I sold a LV crossbody handbag on Poshmark to a sassytine82 on 9/24/21. She received the item but said it was damaged and cancelled sale/returned item to me. It went to the wrong address so it took a few days to find it & get it back!!! I got the bag with A HOLE IN IT!!! It DID NOT HAVE A HOLE IN IT WHEN I SENT it!!! I have emailed Poshmark NUMEROUS times!!! They are giving me the run around and because they say you have 3 days to dispute- I finally got it on wed & disputed Thursday! But they are seeing the delivery date where it went to wrong address!!! They are a total scam website & have no Phone numbers to speak to a human. I am screwed out of $200!!!!! Can anyone please help me?!?!? Thank you ****** C

      I just want my email deleted from this companies records! I have never opened an account with them & when I decided to try it by setting up an account I found that my email was already attached to an account that I didnt authorize opening! I have tried several times to get help with this problem & all I get is an auto generated response asking me to login, in order to delete this account, but I cant because there is no password for this account! Honestly a company that doesnt have a phone number for customer service is suspect to ****** wouldnt do business with them anyway!

      Below is the misrepresentative communication I received from Poshmark. Their sellers are obviously not vetted. My payment was promptly debited from my account but the seller has ghosted me and the items have not shipped. Poshmark does not care. In your response you state we have reached out to the seller to confirm shipment of your item. As your email reply explains, you have confirmed with the seller that the item has been shipped. If this is not the case, Poshmarks response to my email is misleading and misrepresenting the facts and actions of its business. I have attached a screen from a moment ago showing the seller has NOT shipped the item. Also, in your email response you state you allow the sellers up to 7 days to ship the item. However, in your actual app and website verbiage the buyer is asked to allow 3-5 days for shipment. My concern is that I need these boots for an event on Friday. To avoid any further action on my behalf, I must insist I receive these boots as I am contractually entitled to receive by the date of 10/22/2021 ( and I am being accommodating.). If this is not possible, Poshmark will need to purchase these exact boots for me in the same style and size and overnight the item to me. Your cooperation and adherence to federal wire fraud laws and Fair Business Practices Act is much appreciated.

      I purchased a $2300 luxury item from seller kb3011 on Poshmark. Shortly after the purchase was completed, the seller emails me with harassments. And, then cancelled my order and refusing to ship.I later learned Poshmark provides seller protection (in allowing them to do this) but provides no buyer protection (in keeping the agreement). This allowed the seller to terminate buyer/seller agreement without reasonable cause. This is not fair AT ALL to the buyer! The seller faces no consequences in doing this. Wheres the accountability here?

      I saw a Poshmark charge on my credit card for $181.48. The only time I ever used Poshmark was over a year ago for a **** t-shirt. I checked the site and I saw the order placed under Order ID #************************ I did not place this order. My credit card should not have been accessible on their system. This is either fraud or they got hacked. There is no phone number with a representative to speak with. I sent MULTIPLE emails and they have all be IGNORED. And now my account is locked. I do not want to have to deal with chargebacks and investigations but this is unfortunately what Poshmark has forced. Shameful negligence and a refusal to rectify the matter.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Poshmark issued the refund but refuses to explain how my credit card was used for this unauthorized charge. As the consumer with the hacked credit card information, I reasonably requested more information with how and why my credit card information was accessed and illegally used for this Poshmark transaction. My credit card information was not used illegally for any other transactions with any other merchants. This information is critical for me in making a decision on whether I need to cancel my credit card. Instead of supplying this information, Poshmark instructed me to transact on Poshmark using the app instead of the website since the app is more secure. Seriously??? Firstly, I did not do this transaction on Poshmark. Second, if Poshmark is stating to me that the website is less secure, then this needs to be disclosed to ALL customers. Anyway, I am still waiting for Poshmark to explain how and why my credit card information was hacked on their platform. Poshmark continues to shamefully ignore my request and issuing a refund does not close this case.

      Poshmark continues to LIE to the BBB rather than provide the information that I requested as the breached party. The latest lie is that Poshmark never received communications from me. Poshmark not only received communications, but they sent two very late replies from their customer service representatives, albeit inexcusably late and insufficient. See below for evidence that Poshmark continues to lie and that their website suffered a breach where my credit card was hacked and used.

      This was a Poshmark breach. My information was not used for anything else. No scammer compromised my information. So do not imply this was my negligence. I demand to know who placed the order with this merchant on Poshmark. You have access to this information.

      There is no warning or disclaimer on your website that the app is more secure (meaning the website is less secure), so these instructions in your email to me deflecting blame are unwarranted.

      I filed a complaint with the BBB because it took three days to get this response. Please answer in detail the above questions so I know the extent of the breach with my account and credit card.

      I made a big purchase on Poshmark 2 Kringle express deer which cost ******. My item never arrived but was scanned delivered. I contacted my post office and we discovered the the seller used my city, zip and road number so whatever they sent would get scanned and marked delivered. He said the item only weighs 5oz maybe and was addressed to and ****** lines ************************************************************. I know who lives there and there is no one of that name that does that is why they put it back in their mailbox and the mailman retrieved it. My post master said they did not even use a poshmark label on what was sent. This is under investigation by my post office. I have been trying to reach poshmark to tell them about this scammer but they will not respond. I have not accepted this delivery because I never received anything and wont because it was a scam. I really wish they would give me my money since we know that is was indeed a scam. I must have wrote and called 30 times. Thanks ***** S

      ******************************* I purchased a pair of boots from Poshmark on October 6. The seller sent me a pair of inexpensive shoes instead. I messaged the seller and emailed Poshmark, requesting a refund. Neither party responded to multiple messages, leaving me no option but to file a complaint with my payment issuer.I provided photographic proof to the issuer of the boots I purchased, the cheap shoes I received, and proof that those same shoes are listed in the seller's inventory.Apparently filing a claim is the only way to guarantee a response from Poshmark. In a series of emails Poshmark scolded me for not contacting them before filing a claim, warned me my account could be negatively impacted by filing a claim, put a hold on my account, and informed me my account would not be reinstated until I dropped the claim. In other words: intimidation. At no point in either email did Poshmark promise to resolve the problem and issue a refund. This is atrocious customer service.

      I have not yet received a resolution: no refund has been issued, not have I received an apology from Poshmark for their atrocious behavior toward a loyal customer of over 15 years.

       

      In addition I have been forced to pay $10.65 for return shipping. And my account is still maliciously on holdPoshmark's accompanying email clearly states the only way for my account to be reinstated is if I drop the claim with my payment issuer.
