      I purchased a bra top from poshmark. Unfortunately the item was defective and was not made properly. The bra pads were two different sizes making the top look odd. It is not a problem that I ordered the wrong size. The product is defective. It could not be put back on a store shelf in the current condition because the garment was not made properly. I have attached picture showing that the bra pads included were two different sizes. One of the pads is a quarter inch larger than the other. I should be able to return the item and get a refund. Poshmark policy allows returns for defective items. Poshmark says that I can resell the item, but it would be dishonest to try to resell an item that I know is defective and market it as a normal garment. Poshmark is also trying to claim that I just ordered the wrong size. I did not order the wrong size. The bra cups in the garment are two different sizes. This is not normal and is a product defect.

      Poshmark Policy states 72 hrs from delivery my funds will automatically be released. It is now 96hrs from delivery for order 6287cfbdcc9aa29a831329af. Burberry cardigan retail for $1000.00. I have not received my funds. I do no have my property in my possession. I want my funds released

      Order Date May 7th- I picked up the item on May 24th even though it was delivered on May 20th I was out of the country I have proof. I contacted the Poshmark immediately when I picked up my item within ******************************************************************************* it, a terrible moldy smell, and the strap is literally hanging on by a thread not to mention the inside is completely marked. They responded with a generic message stating I had 3 days to file a claim even though I wasn't in the country and nothing they could do. Even though they pass the inspection based on authenticity and not that the item was not as described. Forget the inspection what about the item being in worst condition than pictured not looking out for the customer at all. Then I was told I should've filed a claim to stop the release of the funds even though I wasn't able to review the items myself on the website, it doesn't state that!!! Based on my understanding as long as the item is not as described when I physically received it myself (which it wasn't) they are supposed to contact the seller to hold or remove funds until it is satisfied. I have all corresponding emails pertaining to this back and forth matter with **** he offered a small credit which isn't good enough due to the lies and not protecting the customer from ********************** buyer. They inspected the product and still sent this c*** out! Their lies and generic response is a load of garbage!!!

      I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with the response that "this case is close". I have just received a response 5:14pm within another generic response from someone who is not the original point of contact who just forward the link to the 72 hours policy but is not being head accountable for passing an inspection of the item which was not described as well as not taken into consideration that I was out of the country the day it was delivered and when I got back I did not accept the item on purpose for that very reason due to not being able to have the item in hand to inspect it myself.  I have proof of all occasions on this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am suppose to get an alternative method of a refund. What was presented doesn't benefit me in this event, the integrity of Poshmark is unfavorable and disgusted in the lack of answering valid question which they have totally avoided. . I received a response from a trusted restoration place that I have used for years and they stated  "I wish I had better news but we wont be able to make much progress here due to the materials (fabric, and a natural raw leather). We really just cant do much besides cleaning for any of these bags, which would not make an aesthetic difference. It would just be a matter of cleanliness getting the bags clean and sanitary." I would provided proof if this wasn't public I don't want the companies personal email to be on the site nor want them involve publicly without there consent.

      I purchased a pair shorts and they did not fit. I contacted the seller and asked if I could return them. I was told yes. I returned the shorts, the seller has confirmed they received the shirts. Poshmark is not refunding my money.

      I purchased a bag that was advertised as a laptop bag, on 5/17/22. I received the bag on 5/20/22, and noticed it is not a laptop bag. Theres no padding for a laptop. I sent my return request due to the item being different than advertised.They sent me a message asking for more photos of the bag and its tags. Its used and has no tags, but I sent them what I could. They said if I didnt comply in 48 hours they would not even consider a return. So threatening your customers is their business practice?I sent the photos and now theyre ignoring me. No answer to my request for a return label and a refund.Horrible customer service and I will never buy from them again.

      My seller name is itsmissmary86; I sold a coat on poshmark , my sale earnings was sent to my bank account that I had closed .I wrote to poshmark and told them I needed to fix the account , they told me to wait for my bank to return it . Deposit of funds was sent to my bank account on 05/16/2022, on 05/18/2022 my bank notified poshmark that they have returned the money as the account was closed . Now poshmark is refusing to place the money back into the poshmark account that I sold my item from . I have emailed them countless times to put my money back. It is my money , my sale ! If my bank returned the money back to my poshmark account they need to put it back !!! What they are doing to be is illegal !!! They are trying to steal money away from their own sellers. Very unethical !!!

      I purchased two buckets copper buckets order number 628501dc42206526b8b11307 for $70.00. One arrived unusable. I requested a refund 5 days ago. They asked for more photos and all I received was an offer for a $15.00 credit after arguing with the seller numerous times.. She said she was an "AMBASSADOR" AND NO RETURNS. The bottom of it the stand is almost completely severed, and it has a broken handle. Every time I do a return I'm treated like this. The last return on a pair of boots, after Poshmark approved it the seller wrote to me " You scammed me, I want my money Bitch". Then a seller sent me a dead plant and wrote "I got what I paid for. Poshmark approved those returns. Now this.... My photos clearly showed this throw away item. I want the return label. All I can think is they want me to go through pay pal so I have to pay to ship this junk back. I've never seen a website like this. Whenever you do a return it is a battle and they have you fight with deceptive and dishonest sellers. Every time this happens. I want the label!

      This is for order 628022f8fdcbf649ea2ee497 I recently sold a pair of shoes worth 390 for 250 on Poshmark. The order was delivered on May 20th 2022. I have yet to receive any payment. Theyre policy states that if receiver doesnt accept it within 3 days that you automatically receive your pay for what you have sold. This is clearly theft. They are not honoring their policies or responding to my emails with any answers. My redeemable money continues to say pending but yet they received their cut of the sale.

      I received my purchase Poshmark fossil bag 6/23/22. Upon receiving bag I open box, bag looked good as shown in many seller pictures. In a haste to finish packing I didn&#**;t do a complete check n accepted item. I finished packing went back to bag. I discovered Strap damage. Seller was aware of damage and did not display in her many pictures nor mention. Within one hour I contacted seller and reach out to customer support with several pictures of damage, which is stated in their policy (within 72 hours. This morning I was informed that money would not be refunded because I had except item. This can happen with anyone buy a times hang it up and discover later there is damaged. Especially if damage is hidden which seller did in her many pictures. Thank you.
