I bought the REMOVEDHome and Business 9/10/25 thinking that they will give me a new and current software with it. The checkbook is update but the other software check design is old (versio 2011) and both programs were included but they some how never gave me the update check design I have called and the number and no one picks up on three numbers. I believe the company took my money when they were in the phase of discontinuing this paticular product, I love the product and would love to use it but I can't print the checks cause checkbook can't find the check designer because its not able to find it (even thou its there) so it just freezesInitial Complaint

Purchased this photo software in 2025. There is a problem with my account. I cannot use various features. It states that I have to upgrade. This is not true. The company acknowledges this a problem with my account, but it takes approx. 5 business days for them to respond. I stated if this problem can be rectified, I would like a refund. The declined. On October 24th I purchased (Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe - Latest Version - Disc) as a Christmas gift for my grandmother as she needed the physical disc I paid more for shipping so I could give her exactly what she wanted. November 12th I emailed Avanquest Support telling them I never received tracking information or the disc I ordered and they told me they would arrange to send another but again I never received anything or any tracking. At this point I realized I had been ripped off and disputed the charge with REMOVEDhowever Avanquest sent them proof that I downloaded the program. Which I didnt want anyway since I needed the physical disc but I also didnt download and when I went to the link provided to REMOVEDI was told to download the program I needed to purchase the digital version. When I told REMOVEDthis Avanquest then sent proof that they emailed me the program. Which they didnt. I would be completely pleased at this point 3 months later if they would actually provide me the program I paid for, or a refund since nothing was ever sent to me. Im still actively fighting REMOVEDand I will never order a program from them again thats for sure.Business Response

I submitted a service request through the Avanquest My REMOVEDDeluxe v10 program platform indicating I am having several issues with the program that are detrimental to the record keeping of my business. Some of these issues are rather minor and involve things like document formatting that I cannot change but makes printing reports difficult because the information in the report is out of place from where it should be, invoice numbers are completely out of sync, etc. I reported the problem in August 2025 in which I received a response that my request would be forwarded to the product design team. Fast forward to December 2025 and the problem remains. Another, more vital issue, I cannot enter a payment from a customer that covers several invoices as the program throws error messages and kicks the payment out which resets the invoices from being "Paid" to "Unpaid" and now I cannot balance my accounting and there is only one week left of this year to balance my books. I have reported these issues several times through the technical support ticketing option which is the only option available unless I purchase a "code" (3 codes for $20! Really?) to call and speak with a live agent. The last requests I submitted have gone unanswered and it is now going on 4 weeks. The last agent who passed my request on to the product design team (REMOVED) told me to request a refund if I was unsatisfied with the service. My company has been using this software for several years and there has always been issues but we have learned to work around them. The issues now can no longer be ignored. I have been a very loyal customer of REMOVEDfor years. Everything a new Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe or upgrade came out, I bought it. My problem started a while back when i saw an add online for the NEW Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2024, so I bought and paid for it. I did receive it in the mail along with the REMOVEDThe problem is is was the same OLD version that I already had installed on my computer. I have been trying to get them to give me the new version or refund my money, and they agreed to, but they never send it, or never send a link and Activation Number. I have email them probably a dozen times now thinking a big company like REMOVEDwould stand behind what they sell and fix this problem. They have not. So far I have not gone to Small Claims court. I thought I would try this first. I would either like my money back $32.17 or I would like the new version of Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe. Paid for Hallmark greeting card studio 2026 download. Wasnt able to download for two weeks because they said their servers were down. Payment of $36.39 also included Hallmark blank greeting card stock to shipped separately. Never have received anything in mail. Talked to different departments, emailed different services, to no avail. Very shady practices. I cant believe REMOVEDentrusts their name with this company. On 12-2-2025 I received an advertisement for an update called Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe for my Hallmark Card software which I have had 2 or 3 years. I agreed to $19.99 and they immediately charged my credit card acct for $35.90 which included a backup disk and download service. I did not agree to the last two items. I began to be suspicious so I requested (through the chat they supplied) a refund of the entire $35.90 and a cancellation of my order. I got a response via chat that my refund request would be submitted to the Support Team. The company's site is REMOVED, which is Avanquest Software. I just want this transaction cancelled and the funds refunded to my bank. Bought a Webeasy 10 Professional to install on my wife's computer so she can use her websites. It won't install and keeps saying it is already installed and it isn't nothing works tried shutting computer down and reboot on Windows 10 nothing works is says it is already installed but it isn't can't remove from program and features. Tried to submit an online ticket an it rejects the phone numbers we try and provide which is a landline # because we live in a dead-zone. Tried with cellphone too and they never returned call, REMOVEDCannot return to staples because we had to open the package to try and install and it does not work. Found phone numbers but one is no longer valid which is REMOVEDanother number REMOVEDthey tell you give us your number and we will call back they never do. I paid $54.54 for this at REMOVEDthey won't refund the money and it won't install on the computer. Why should I pay them money for their product to get help to install it as well this is wrong. Computer had slowed considerably so I look online and found PC Cleaner (which turned out to be Avanquest Software). "REMOVED" downloaded the software and, lo and behold, there were issues with the download. "She" suggested that I pay one of their techs to walk me through the download to correct problems. Never thought I would fall for this kind of garbage -- now retired but in my working days, I warned students about this kind of takeover artists. They have already charged me $55+ for the download. I want assurances from "Avanquest" that they not try for more money. Believe me, I will not use them or their services again.Business Response

There is NO way to get a hold of customer service. I needed an eta about by order and no reply, no tracking#. The customer service department is completely unreachable. They have no phone number! and they do not answer their emails. They do not follow-up in any real way with their customers. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years.
