      On February 12th 2024 I went to west coast audio shop on arden to get dynamat installed in my car to stop the rattleing and talk to them about my car speakers being sp low and how can i get them louder he suggested i put two speakers in the front a bass k*** and I also wanted the chirp off the alarm and they said to put dynamat in the trunk area by yhe back *** the license plate o say there for 5 1/2 hours when my car was returned I was so tired I didn't notice anything the music sounded good but as I drove home it went out and came back in I thought it was just a small glinch o went hone parked i. The garahe *** took a nap i was tired so the next day I went to go look at they work I was stoked til seen my amp was unmounted without my permission I had just paid a professional audio mobile to install my amp four days before that my music sounded fabulous west coast audio gave me no reason why did they u mount my amo when I ne r asked for any services for my amp I aclled them and akse the didn't k ow why they unmounted it than he said they had to than he said they didn't touch it than they said it fell off my tru k was broken and the lightOn the dash so it deos r close right like it was before they fixed the trunk dash button my dash gauge lights wont teun off I believe they messed up something in my dash when they installed the speakers and they also had disconnected my car speakers than told me they didn't touch them when they were all working fine when I went to they shop sp now i ha I've a broke. Gauge cluster broken trunk i have to take the negative battery cable off everyday and night because I don't know what they did to my car it was working perfectly before that day they cant figure out what they did so they are denying everything I've sent videos my speakers were workin my anp is now going in and out its rumblings it sound and switched that's why they unmounted it it was hanging off the seat all four screws gone it was half in trunk hanging on the seat

      Regarding ******************************* complaint, she is a returning costumer and, the service we offered this time it had nothing to do with the alarm, we would like to provide a detailed response to each of the issues raised:
      1. Initial Service and Installation (February 12, 2024): ************** visited our store seeking assistance with her car's rattling issue caused by excessive bass. We offered a solution which included the installation of an Audio Control Bass K*** and Dynamat Sheet to address the problem. Additionally, at her request, we installed Kenwood Excelon KFC-X3C Speakers on the dashboard, it took a bit longer to get the job done because the speakers she need we didn't had in stock at our location and the speakers was transferred to us from one of our other locations.
      2. Amp Installation and Subsequent Issues (February 12, 2024 - March 4, 2024): It is important to note that we did not originally install ****************** amplifier, nor did we work on it during our service. However, when she reported an issue with her amp cutting off on February 23, we offered to check it for her. She later informed us that the amp had fallen behind the seat, causing damage. We advised against placing the amp in such a position and offered to re-secure it properly, which we did upon her return. ************** continued to experience problems with her car, including a dead battery and a trunk that would not close. We helped with these issues when she brought her car to us on March 4th. During our inspection, we found that some of her speakers were unplugged, which was unrelated to the work we had performed, which we connected for her.
      3. Allegations and Resolution (February 23, 2024 - March 4, 2024): ************** has accused us of swapping her amplifier, which we vehemently deny. We have offered to refund the cost of labor and materials for the Dynamat. Furthermore, we extend the offer to show the videos of the car installation on the day of the dyanmat and speakers installation. However, we want to clarify that we are not responsible for anything else that is not related to our job.
      In conclusion, we have made every effort to address ****************** concerns and provide solutions to the issues she has encountered with her vehicle. We stand by the quality of our work and remain committed to customer satisfaction.

      I am rejecting this response because: this is not true as you see on the reciept I paid for services thay has not gotten fi nshed from February 12th 2023 even when I went there sontheu can see whay damaged they casued I asked them to finshe the services a d I was told to wait another week and it's still not done they have my money also the two speakers they put in the front has now deleted out and the alarm they installed has went out from the day I last went there if they didn't think they messed my car up why did they feel they needed to try to fix it they still have not given no explanation of the reasons of why they went on the back of my seat and unmounted and unscrewed my amp *** removed thw sticker on the back if the amp o had just received that amp that *** wormed great they haven't given me the reasosn the tech opened up my cat doors and disconnected my car speakers that were working when I went there Tham they went in the cat and cinnvwted them back if they felt they didn't touch them why did they fix them if they didn't break the trunk button on my has and the trunk latch why did they try to fix them they ************* my  dynamat he did offer to refund me I told him no I what the dynamat fixed as its susposed to be in the trunk not under the fin it dont belong there put my screws back were they were repair my trunk latch and replace my new amp not this broken one that was probably in one there cars that's the reason they took my amp off the seat they keep saying they didn't touch it my amp was laying donw front the day the guy that installed it perfectly they said it fell off there were no screws no where and they mounted it in the same spot after him and it's still mounted so it dodnt fall off the reasosn it took 5 1/2 they needed time to put that broken amp I to my car after they took my new one and yea thwybwork at a audio shop but who wants to pay all that money when they can take a woman amp for free she won't notice I ne er told them to touch ir remobe that ampnsonwhat was the reasosn to touch it and than they think they can just deny it and it goes away he lied when they went in my dash they texted or did something innthere that has made my dash light not go off the trunk button wasn't working at all the trunk still won't close right i asked them to put it back as it was when I drive it there that's it and fix what I paid my money for **** is a liar I ha e all out text messaged I've sent him videos he won't let me tall to cooperate or the owner he won't let me see the videos of that day and told me customers are lairs he onky believes his tech who's probably a family member of his Mr damages my car at Westcoast audiovand thus isn't fair to me to ha e be running around like a chicen with its head cut off with more added  that i already have I'm a single mother that takes care of my son and my stroke victim mother house bills etc... I ha e alot going on and now my car that i love this was gift for me being proud of myself from being homelessness and getting on my feet I paid $12,000 for this car out if my pocket ive tookent this car to the econolube to make sure everything was in good condition I take care if this car anything messed up we at the shop so all this just saying my car was messed up just to say it is a lie I drive my car everyday had no problems woth it I went to west coast audio on ******** git messed up they have a tech who doesn't know what he'sDoing *** they prote ting him and lieing for him and that other guy who's young and I have pay diagnostics and all that to find out whatbthey dis I went to this shop and a different now my alarm and speakers that they installed has stopped working only the stuff they touched my screen is now blacking out non ofnthis was happening at all they do walk through if the cars before they work on it he ****** said my car was good nothing was wrong with it than after I get it 5 1/2 later my car went out more and more they did something in my dash thay has messed up my module that has casued my car to malfunction I need this fixed or I'm sueing them I'm not the type ti keep stressing my self out for no reason and i never asked them for money's so it's not a money scam I would mt New amp back that was so happy to have I want my trunk fixed and that light off and those speakers to work like I paid for and my qhoke trunk to be have dybamt installed and my trunk latch fixed its nit my fault that he took my car in the back and casued many damages I trusted them with my property none tokd them to higher workers that go in people cars and switch they property because they dont have the money to buy a expensive amp themselves so just take the customers amp and say you dodnt when the amp shouldn't have nit been touched at all so I lost out on money for that to I paid the guy *** they undid what he did

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I got the BBB response as I said i will not agree to it unless you put my car as it was when I brought it to you back in the exact condition you keep feeling that ** ******* and the other guy did not make that light not go off i ha ve spoken to three professional shops even one of yours who said who all say the same thing and others I speak to about my problem even a yard guy said the same thing as the others and a guy off of ******** all I mean all say when the techs went my dash board they touched a wire in my dash and shirt curcuited the module or something in the dash not saying they did it on purpose accidents happen no matter HOW MUCH A PROFESSIONAL YOU ARE As you stated in the BBB message they might be professional but then messed my car up bad and it's effecting my life when I had non of these problems until ** ** ********** thay other person touched my my dash in car how is it also the alarm that had for months has now went out how is the two speakers ypi installed that day went out to my screen don't cut on qhen the car turns on when it was before I took my car there when you short curciut sonething it effects many things nit one thing as ypu can see just because all these are happening at one times thats what happens they short curcuited sonething inside my fash and this is why the alarm went out the speakers went out the screen where the radio stuff is isn't working properly the guy said more and likely they touched sonething metal with that wire all I know is this is driving me crazy now i have took that negative battery cable off os many times now that it niw won't stay on I ha e to put a flat roll of tissues on top of the cable the bottom of the trunk thing and my speaker on top of that to drive becasue the battery cable thing si shredded from being put on an off put on and off if I don't do this the battery cable pops off the battery now it happen to me and my elderly mother I'm happy I was on the freeway ypu ha e stressed my life if you messed up you messed up I never ever asked ypu any money I only asked for you fix what you broke but for you say you didn't cause all this is not true nokne else has touched my car but you I'm not a mechanic I didn't touch it either I only drive and fix it when it needs to be fixed as I stated this is expensive car and I treat it like that this damage was casued at yoir shop if you gonna be mad or upset woth anyone be that woth **

      But for two months, ypu left me going through he'll and didn't you care I trusted you and your business with my car and all I got was a half finished car work that was bad and unprofessional and a unprofessional Manger who blamed a customer for some s*** I had nothing to do with I've pleaded and told you numerous times my car didn't have that when I brought it to you but you wanna protect the person who messed my car up I didnt asks for non of this stress I've had a stroke before and I have been up there the stress and anger I ha e felt and the betrayal from uoir shop this is false advertisement you keep wanna throw in that they are professional as if that makes it ok to be a auto business and damage a customers property no thays nit acceptable of course they gonna deny they did anything thats humans reaction or they just liars my car sits in the garage with the trunk open I can't just get in my xar *** drive away I have bend my messed up back fight with the cable push thay big a** speaker back try to pull that trunk floor up hold that with my shoulder put the cable on while holding that trunk floor up put the tissue under it put the floor down and put the woofer on top of that every **** day becasue of yall makes me nit wanna drive my car and to top that off I couldn't even stay in church to long or go in a store or go out to eat because we have to rush and eat fasts to get back in the car so the battery don't die ill only agree if you get that alarm the two speaker the dash and the screen fixed back and thats final

      may 2022 I purchased a car stereo and paid for installation. They charged me for a harness wire that couldnt use- was wrong one- refused to reimburse me and now a year and half later the wire to the phone is running between the carpet and plastic- poor installation. And the entire stereo has to be replaced and they are not offering anything to help solve the issue.

      I have a **** impala with very low mileage and ran really well. I've drove it to the business running fine but when I got it back after 2 weeks of them holding my car it will not run..it will not stay on long and it dies after a few seconds of running..it looks as if a vuccum hose was cut purposely..also the cap is missing from my ac compressor and its looks as if somebody plug my ac compressor with something plastic..I'm afraid they may have put some type of chemical in my ac..the picture shows a line the runs past the ac compressor has been cut clean too clean to be accidental.When contacting the business the denied all wrong doing..I believe they are upset because I complained about them taking 2 weeks to do a simple ********************************************************************** know they clearly are holding grudges and ruining people cars if they feel like it ..the. cost to fix my problem could be upwards of $500

      My system was cutting out in my car and I went into West Coast audio to have them fix it they told me I needed a new amplifier and and at the end of the day I ended up spending almost $900. 5 minutes after I left West Coast audio my system cut out again I call them they told me to bring it back which I did they kept my car the entire workday said that the base k*** was turned up on the amplifier and they turned it down. I left the business with my car and of course the system cut out again and it continues to cut out the problem was never fixed yet I was charged almost $900 I told them I wanted a refund they told me they don't do refunds I ended up getting them to refund the amplifier which was $455 but I was still stuck with all the labor and the amount of money I paid for the amplifier kit which was almost 500 total. I just want my car audio system fixed and operational I paid the money for them to do it and it wasn't done my car audio system is worse off now than it ever was I just want it to be working and fixed correctly. Or my money refunded all of my money refunded.

      I brought my car in to get some led lights put in the interior of my car on the 17th of may. After receiving the car with the led lights installed i was notified that they left my car and the lights running until my battery died and they needed to jumpstart it so they gave me my car and it was giving me error messages like "check abs system, check brake system, and check airbag system. I let them know about the issue before driving off they looked at it and said they fixed it. Everything seemed to be fine until May 23rd when i tried to start my car and the dashboard lights started flickering and the engine was making a clicking noise and it wouldn't start. It happened coincidentally right after they did the wiring for my car and those error messages were popping up so i followed the led wire on the driver side and moved it around. The car started and thats when i knew the wiring they did was the problem. As soon as my car started running i drove 1 hour including traffic from Galt to Arden way where West Coast Audio is located. When i get there i told the manager everything that was going on with the car and he said he looked at it and that the issues were not their problem and that it was a dealership wire. He then said i can pay him $150 dollars to fix it and get it taken out. I knew the dealership wire wasn't the problem and after confronting him that they might of wired it wrong he tries to sell my a solution that wont even fix anything instead of owning up to making a mistake with the wiring. After that i asked for a reimbursement for having to drive that far for a problem that they didn't want to fix and the manager said "why is that our problem" and thats when i said my car was fine before i took it here and now all the sudden its having issues. He then said "now your making me mad, i just looked at it and everything we did to your car wasn't causing issues." I then left after the terrible customer service for someone who spent $500 and just wanted help.
