At the time of purchase you chose to receive a discounted price for signing up for a 3 day trial to our Monthly Membership. You had the option to cancel this membership trial at any time on the website, via email, or with a representative over the phone. We received your cancellation after the 3 day trial has ended. We provided you with a prorated refund of $20.29 on 08/13/2024 please allow 2-5 business days for this to post to your bank account.
Please review the Terms of Service that you agreed to at the time of purchase for more information about refunds or other policies.
