      At the time of purchase you chose to receive a discounted price for signing up for a 3 day trial to our Monthly Membership. You had the option to cancel this membership trial at any time on the website, via email, or with a representative over the phone. We have received your cancellation after the 3 day trial has ended. Your membership has been cancelled and your account has been permanently closed since we see you have disputed the charges with your financial institution. 

      Please review the Terms of Service that you agreed to at the time of purchase for more information about refunds or other policies.

      I'm pretty sure they don't even try to get any information that isn't on any free site. Also, without asking, they sign you up for recurring payments. So more money for nothing. It is no wonder this company gets only one star. I'll bet it would be zero if that was allowed. I saw one person gave them 5 stars and told how they just ripped him off. No telling what was going on there.

      This is a scam company, please do not use them. **************** is horrible and they say because you 'agreed' with there terms of service they have every right to start deducting money for a monthly subscription. I never created an actual account, I never signed up for a monthly subscription. All I did was pay $3.95 for a 1 time search and 1 or 2 days later they stole $29.95 from my CC account.Also, the info on the person I was searching was incorrect, incomplete or outdated, so basically of no use.If I could leave less than zero stars I would.

      I caught that I was in a subscription with peoplefinders.com and inquired to cancel the subscription on Feb 1st. I got the instructions to cancel in attempting to cancel the subscription, I am now enrolled into the lifetime membership, which I don't understand. I didn't want the service in the first place why the h*** will I want the lifetime membership. On Feb 1st, I was charged for the subscription for $29.95, then $69.95 again on the first. I have tried to get back the money for the subscription and this company refuses, which okay whatever but please I would like a refund for the lifetime membership. To think I am out $134 for just one background search is insane. I would just like a refund of lifetime membership for a service I am not using. I did speak with a customer service, who just told me to just dispute it with my bank.

      Great, this Peoplefinders.com went into my account claiming the trial was a 3-day trial and took money from my account without permission after two days. I'm sorry it happened to others, but I'm glad to see that I was correct in stating there is something wrong with this company.

      Like many others, I made a one-time purchase of a report for $0.95, believing that was the only charge I was agreeing to. However, I later discovered that PeopleFinder had been charging me approximately $25 per month for several months without my awareness. Additionally, the company never sent me any billing statements or notifications about these charges, making it difficult for me to notice until I closely reviewed my credit card statements recently. Had I been properly notified, I would have canceled much earlier.I believe PeopleFinder should provide clearer disclosures at the time of purchase and send monthly billing statements to ensure customers are fully aware of any recurring charges.

      This outfit should be prosecuted by the ************************************Unauthorized access to our checking account equals THEFT.We used the service years ago and canceled and suddenly they quietly accessed our credit card and charged us without notifications of any kind.

      Liars!!! My daughter used this one time was to have charged .95 cents and a free trial membership for 7 days then charge $14.95. Well it wasnt even 3 days and they charged me .95 plus $24.95 from Saturday the 8 of Feb 2025 to Feb 10, 2025!!!! Why are allowed to keep doing this to people?!!!! Should be put out of business!!!!!!
