      Subscribed in April 2022. Cancelled May 9th 2022 and they continue to bill my credit card monthly. Bank issued new credit card and unauthorized charges began appearing on new card.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is "ok" to me. I now see that the feeder webpage has been recently removed (The main webpage was previous deleted, but the feeder webpage was still up at the time I made this complaint.).

      The service seems to be blocking all of my efforts in the opt out option on their platform and is trying to sell reports to me instead. I am requestiing that my private and personal imformation, some of which is inaccurate be deleted, removed from all of their sites if possible without having to get some legal help in doing so at this time.Thank you

      They don't remove card after canceling the account. Then they proceed to charge the card.

      I used PeopleFinder/UFIND.name to locate a friend's address (hadn't been in contact with friend in a long time.) Since then my email account has been bombarded with multiple emails from UFIND. Any advice on how to stop these emails. Thank you!

      We I got their service. I got the first report and it was right.But after that when they Sayed they had something different to tell it wasn't it was the same thing fry before.they were telling me this so I could send more money.and I have call to stop they services and have went to my chrome on my phone like they said I had to do and I did .for a day I didn't get any messages from them but today 05/02/2022 they started back I want them to stop sending them I've asked them to stop Six f times

The remainder of the attempted charges in the amount of $24.95x3 and $1.00 x2 and $0.47 have failed due to Insufficient Funds.  As of 04/30/2022 your account has been Disabled and we will no longer attempt to rebill or pull any funds from your account.

      This website known as people finders have been illegally and with unauthorized permission have been using my name, my information, and my address also information relating to my relatives and loved ones on their website with malicious intent and borderline defamation characteristics against me, my name, and my life. This type of unauthorized use of my information and background check has caused many of problems such as encounters with police, trying to apply for jobs and community opportunities, and meeting people who are curious to know who I am. They have Information on their site claiming that I have drug dealing charges, threatening my neighbors charges, speeding tickets and traffic related charges, and assault charges claiming I have FELONIES on my record when the only town I lived in lake county has ALL of my cases and public records on file in which I was NEVER convicted of having felonies of any kind!!! So I would want to make a plea in which they take down and remove all information on their website regarding my name, my life, and my background which is in fact FALSE, people like me are very sick of this online slander of our character and personal information and if we cant agree to have this false information removed from their website we as a people need to hold these slanderous companies accountable for defamation in court!! So I would appreciate a response from this company people finders so we can move forward from this! Thank you!

      The company charges and does not have a cancel membership option.They give you a number to call but it is a voice recording that leads you back to the site, where there is no option to cancel the membership. Complete scam.

      This complaint is in regards to charging and over excessive charges that was not authorize. for some reason the app requested for a credit card to be entered and verified before the public can be view and browse searching for any useful information, and if the customer authorize the charges, the app would then proceed with processing the data requested. And if agreed the customer will then approve or disapprove. Until then no charges will be made or subscriptions ordered will be approved. I have on my card numerous of charges, all I lm doing is browsing through the app with normal allowence. Theres so many charges I would like for you to review and remove the charges so that I don't lose any business respect with the credit card company.These charges from Feb to April.       Peoplefinders.com both website and phone application will always require a credit card for payment, because our search results are not free. Customers are allowed a basic search on a name phone number and address to see if any search results are rendered for that specific criteria. Once customer selects the desired report the customers credit card will be charged. These are the terms of use that you agreed to upon entering the usage of our website. We have reviewed your account and see that you were charged for your initial people search and PDF report as well as six months worth of a basic PF membership. Your membership was on a recurring billing because we did not receive a cancellation from you during your three day trail from October 9th-11th. As a courtesy we will refund you for the last two ******** of March and April for the amount of ***** per billing cycle, which is a grand total of *****. We have also cancelled the automatic billing from this account you will no longer receive any future charges from Peoplefinders. Please allow 2-5 business days for your refund to process.
