5/19/2024 I bought a used car that was said to be reliable. ****** 2012 explorer. The front seat was broken meaning the electric went out so it was all the way back. I was fed up with the long financing hiccups trying to get me financed. I walked out and told Par the salesperson forget it. He chased me down and promised it would go smoothly begging me to come back inside. They asked me to create a membership with a local credit union and fraudulently ask for the senior discount option. They said they would pay the fee for me so that the deal will go through. I failed to see how thirsty they were to make this sale. I drove 2 hours home and when I got off the exit I felt the car driving rough. I have taken it to a mechanic who charged me ***** to fix the serpentine belt and brakes and transmission fluid, oil change and the broke front seat. This is not fair to trick people into thinking they got a reliable vehicle. When the truth is they dont check or service and prepare vehicles they just wash them and sell them which is unfair. The copy of the Carfax was light and unable to see the print. All around bad business please help other innocent people from wasting their hard earned money here at Abes motorsports in ********** Ca!

9/23/2023 We purchased a used **** pick up truck. We purchased the *** insurance (guaranteed asset protection) for ******. The car was involved in a car accident which totaled the vehicle in November 2023. After insurance paid the amount owed was more than what the insurance company valued the car at leaving a balance of approximately $2200.00 We contacted CARCO who is the *** insurance company noted on the contacted. They indicated that they had not received any payments or communications from Abes Motorsports. They also indicated that the company had 90 days to file and they had more time. I called **** and advised them of the above. I spoke with a woman who needed to research and will get back to me. No one ever called me back. February we called ***** again who said the policy for Gap had still not been filed from **** and the time has passed to add a new contract. They (CARCO) are now to be held harmless. We called Abes motorsports again in February 2/23, Spoke to *** (FINANCE MANAGER) who also indicated that they needed to research. I have called again and cannot get a hold of anyone with **** who has any information regarding this. Abes motorsports is both neglectful and possibly fraudulently accepting payments in promise of an insurance policy through CARCO and failing to file the paperwork and payments.

Thank you for speaking with me regarding the issue I am having with **** MOTORSPORTS in **********; **.On Sunday May 14, 2023 I purchased a **** ******** **** SL 500 from **** Motorsports in **********, **. On May 16, 2023 (2 days I noticed a problem with the cars transmission, so I contacted the dealer to inform them, but I never received a follow up call. On 5/31/23 I took the car in for a diagnostic test to see what the problem was. I was given a list of diagnostic codes indicating the issue was with the transmission/engine of vehicle. I then contacted **** and spoke to someone name ******* who I believe is the finance manager and informed him of the problem. He asked me to fax a copy to him, so he could have their mechanic look at it, so I did. However, I never received a follow up call. So.I attempted to contact him again and was given the run around each time I called. He was never available for me to speak with.During this time the vehicle was not drivable. After making several attempts to contact someone at **** over the last few months, I took the vehicle to the service department at ************************ and a full inspection diagnostic test was performed and the results showed that the vehicle had several issues. The transmission being the major one. *************** the mechanic at **************** told me that the warranty company would not repair the vehicle because the issue was pre-existing. This has cost me an additional $804.00 that was an unexpected expense.I then contacted **** Motorsports again and spoke to *** on Thursday, 8/17/23 and explained to him the results of the diagnostic report. He asked me to email him a copy of the report, so I did. I then followed up with him several times and finally spoke to him after several more attempts to follow up to see if he had received the requested information. He said he didnt, but I know he did. At any rate, I emailed it to him again while we were on the phone. He then asked me to give him some time to look into it and to follow up with him on Tuesday, 8/22/23 the following week. I reached out again on Tuesday, but my many attempts to contact him were unsuccessful. My last attempt was on Friday, 9/1/23. The person that answered the call asked for my name, so I gave it to him and I could over here *** tell him he would call me back because he was with a customer. I never heard back.In addition, I purchased a 2 year warranty for the vehicle through Ascent Warranty, but was unable to use it to repair the vehicle because Ascent stated the issue was pre-existing. This tells me that **** sold the vehicle to me knowing that the problem existed at the time I purchased it.After much anger and frustration I decided to research this company and found out that these people are nothing but a bunch of crooks and many of their customers have had the very same bad experience with this so called business. My research has uncovered some very disturbing findings:This company has been sued for similar case by customer *********************** ****** on 8/18/2021; case number ending in 1582.In September 2020 the owner ************************* and 3 others were charged with insurance fraud and conspiracy for their involvement in an automobile insurance fraud scheme where they staged vehicle damage in order to submit bogus vandalism claims for undeserved insurance payouts from GEICO. After receiving a referral from GEICO an investigation was launched that resulted in several people being involved in this fraudulent scheme. One of the suspects self-surrendered and admitted to the auto scheme fraud. I wonder if the vehicles that were purchased by me and others were involved in these frauds.I also found reviews from other unsatisfied customers who purchased vehicles from **** with the same disturbing experiences as I.I hope this information is enough to determine if I have a case against this crooked business with extremely bad business practices. Personally, I dont see how this business is still allowed to operate. It should be shut down immediately. Please let me know if you need anything else that would be helpful. My contact info is ************ or you can send a reply to ***************************** regards,*********************

On 3/29/23 I purchased a car from ***'s (Price $26,650). Taking it off lot, I saw there was no gas in it. Stopping at gas station, gas nozzle would click off almost immediately. I went to multiple gas stations on way home, no change, eventual called ***'s, explaining the problem. When I got home, I made appt (4/8) with local ***** dealership to evaluate the problem. Dealership found a broken piece of illegal Siphoning equipment, loged in the car's gas-filler neck! This cost me $230 to have it removed. I want this cost $230 reimbursed to **** called/texted MULTIPLE time to ***'s, (salesman/manager and owner) even sent the Dealer's Invoice and a PICTURE of the removed object!I understand purchasing "As-Is" but I don't think me having to remove illegal devices remaining in the vehicle, just to make it operational, is part of that agreement. Can you assist me in getting the $230 reimbursed to me?

Bought this vehicle on the 22nd of March. Took it to the mechanic on the 23rd due to check engine light. ******** says car requires 2-5k of work and Abes Motorsports sold me a lemon. The odometer reading according to the computer is 180k but I agreed to buy vehicle at 113k miles. This vehicle was fraudulently altered for the purpose of selling it. **** Motorsports is not an honest company. Crooks.

2/20/2023 purchased F150 from Abe's Motorsports and they added a warranty to the loan without my knowledge. Questioned the high loan amount and they told us about the warranty and we were OKAY with it. March 20,2023 check engine light came on and the entire engine was shaking. Took it to a mechanic and it was low on oil and completely gummed up and the 2 journals were completely worn out and there was metal in the cover. Called the warranty company and they had to send their inspector. Inspector agreed with mechanic it needs a new engine and wrote that up and signed it and had the mechanic sign it. **************** refuses to give me a copy of their inspectors report and said I need to pay to have the engine torn down to the oil pan. I paid and the mechanic sent pictures of metal all through the engine, in the pan and everywhere else. **************** doesn't respond and called the mechanic (still hasn't called me) and said they need pictures of the odometer and VIN. Their inspector took those pictures March 31,2023. **************** still hasn't approved the engine replacement and Monday will be 3 weeks that I've had no vehicle. Mechanic found several other problems with the vehicle which we will address later. Put $10,000 down, paying a car payment and insurance of $350 a month and I have no car.

as soon as i drove off their lot the *** and Traction control lights came on. I went back and the lead mechanic was very rude so i just left angry because they did not care and did not want to do anything. It is obvious that it was a per existence condition. That someone just cleared the computer to sell it.
