    These guys are amazing, respectful and so kind. Manny serviced my unit and is always such a pleasure to work with. This is a honest company and I love it! They installed a new unit, insulation, UV light, industrial grade, water, heater, doors, and windows, and were a blessing to our family. They did an amazing job. That was 2 years ago and everythings great.

    Do not use Love's Air HVAC company They are not a 5 star rated company like they advertise. If only one person reads this and decides they don't want to do business with them then I helped someone and cost Love's Air tens of thousands of dollars.The company was not forthcoming in dealing with the issues and only after me repeatedly calling would something get done. This made me to be the "bad" person for "bothering" them to get their "mistakes" fixed in a timely manner.I'm only allowed a certain number of characters so forgive me if I miss the details.I will post a more verbose statement of the incident on review sites where available.There are 3 sides to a conflict, theirs, yours and the truth. I'm giving you the truth....Issues:1. Sheetmetal screws found in the carpet 2. Vents not fully caulked until I pointed them out 3. Broke access panel to attic 4.Put equipment and materials on top of blown in insultation, thus flattening it 5. Unable to match paint for new access panel as they threw out the original 6.Cut piece out of ceiling, because they needed to match paint. The repair job substandard, can see the drywall tape and paint still no match 7.Made me to feel like the bad person for calling because I wanted them to fix their mistakes 8.Unacceptable customer service rep. *** response I over heard and I quote " ...********, i ain't given this guy the satisfaction of getting work done today..". 9.Not back to customer in a timely manner They did get the insulation issue resolved as for the paint job and ceiling patch repair , still waiting. The person doing the drywall repair knew it was a bad job, their response was someone would get back with me. Five days later and 1 phone call to the company but no response.So now I get to post this feedback.Do not use this company for HVAC installation.I repeat do not use Love's Air HVAC out of Salida for ac units, furnaces' or other work.     ********** apologize for the experience you had and have looked into what the heck happened? We pride ourselves on exceeding expectations and after talking with my office, sales & install team to explore this situation it is apparent that the "wheels fell off the bus" at every step. The right hand never communicated with the left hand, assumptions were made and decisions were made that were inaccurate and caused our team to completely drop the ball.
    I completely understand how and why you feel the way you feel and can only offer to try my best to make it up to you (I've tried reach out after all corrections have made made to make sure you satisfied) 
    We are doing everything we can to serve every client to the highest level and the truth is, sometimes we mess up. It's how we respond that is most important and all that we can control.
    Again, I deeply apologize for your experience.

    Loves Air just replaced our 20+ year old A/Cs. The service we received was ***************. Everyone we dealt with were incredibly professional, competent and proved to be a pleasure to deal with. From the office staff, *****'s service call, Zoa the sales representative, and the two installation teams (****, ******, ****, ******, *****, ****). I highly recommend Loves Air for all your A/C needs ... ************
