I ordered over $300 worth of items on November 30th. On Christmas Eve I noticed that 2 I purchased were missing. I reached out and have not gotten a response.Business Response

This order was made on 11/29. When I received my order, I order a size bigger than usual, and they were HUGE for size xl. I sent my order back for an exchange and you received it on 12/19 according to tracking and I have not received a call, email or anything to say to received it or to confirm the exchange. i have tried to contact the company multiple times and I am getting nothing in return. I have ordered from this company since the very beginning, and this is terrible customer service and I'm close to never ordering from this company again.Business Response

I made a purchase on December 11 I have yet to receive my package when I put in the order number. It says that the order does not exist. I spent $100 and when I reach out to the company they do not answer they do not reply. I get nothing back no response nothing its ridiculous. Then I received an email On December 29 saying they hope I enjoyed my product the one that I never received I cant get any response. This is beyond frustrating. This is a poor company and should be shut down because it seems to have a numerous complaint saying the same thing.Business Response

I ordered 10 pair of the staple underwear on Cyber Monday, November 18th. I have sent multiple emails to the business as the tracking number they sent in my confirmation email is not a known tracking number. I tried their "chat with a live person" which was no help and not actually a live person at all. I tried their "text us" and that is not a phone number to text and didn't work. I have spent hours on hold calling their customer support line multiple time in December, with no answer. If you look at their ******** group there are multiple people commenting that they are not received their orders and no communication. I placed an order on Black Friday. I have only received 1 out of the 19 items ordered. Their website indicates the package shipped but when I select the tracking it states that *** has not received the package. I have tried to communicate with the company as directed online. I've used their chat box and text phone number. I've responded to the email confirmations, but it's been 12 days with no response from the company at all. I've tried calling the numbers I found online only to be on hold for a full hour and then be disconnected on one of the numbers. The other number says estimated wait time of 5 minutes but 15 minutes later I was still on hold. I'd like the product I ordered or a refund. I'm appalled at how difficult it is to get customer service from this company. I am filing the complaint in hopes of sparing others this frustration.Business Response

I placed order#***D-F89C-0FC47 on December 2, 2024 for 10 pairs of underwear. I received an email on 12/09/24 my order was processing and they gave me tracking number (Tracking #: **********************). I received my package on 12/16/24 placed inside my mailbox. It was one pair of underwear but the envelope had a sticker that had 10 items on it. There was not 10 items in the envelope it was only one. I have been trying to resolve this order through Ethikas text and chat box on ************************** since December 16, 2024. I had been messaging both text and chat with no answer. Multiple times a day, multiple days. On 12/19/24 I finally got a response from a representative ****** via chat and provided proof of the envelope and 1 pair of underwear that Ethika sent through pictures and attached in the chat. ****** advised she would check to see if my order was in stock and would reissue immediately. She told me my items were in stock and would send out right away. And she gave me order# ****-62D8-D9AB8. I received an email on 12/22/24 that the replacement order is processing. On 12/23/24 I got another email saying only part of that order is processing. And has shipped with Tracking #: 1Z303A040351144499. I have been contacting Ethika every single day via chat questioning what about the rest of my order. The partial order that is on the way is only for 3 pairs of underwear. I wanted to know about the other 6 pairs of underwear that have not processed or shipped. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining any response from Ethika customer service. I paid for 10 pairs of underwear and I want all 10 pairs of my order. I also went to social media to see if any other customers had the same issues and there an many complaints about Ethika online for doing the same thing. Thank you BBB for stepping in and trying to resolve my issue with Ethika. I did in fact receive an email response from ****** the customer service manager in Friday January 3rd, 2025. The same time that BBB emailed me as well. I responded back to ****** at Ethika Friday January 3rd, 2025 at 3:58 pm CST and requested a refund for the remaining 6 items that I have not received and I also emailed ****** again going into detail about my experience on Saturday January 4th, 2025 at 8:13 am CST. I have not received a response back from ****** or any other representative of Ethika.
****** originally emailed me at 3:25 pm and I responded at 3:58 pm. I understand this company seems to be overwhelmed and cant handle the increase in customer complaints with their 2024 holiday sale. On December 3rd, 2024 order # ***F-7C2D-82E53 was placed included 7 items. The merchant updated the order 10 business later that an item was out of stock. Several days later the order was shipped and there was a delay of also several days after the order was shipped. When the order was received the merchant sent out an umbrella rather than the clothing items ordered. The merchant was contacted several times several times in the past few weeks and has not replied via email, text nor chat. The merchant had not resolved the issue and I wish to receive a full refund.Business Response
