I ordered a Superchips Flash Tuner from the Morris 4x4 website on June 28th. Someone named ************************* sent me an email that they need to "verify fitment" on June 29th, even though I ordered the right part the first time. I sent her the information the same day, and have heard...nothing...Checked back in on the 10th of July...no response. Called, no agents available, the login doesn't give you tracking information and the website has broken links when you try to get anywhere. THIS IS FRAUD. When you say something is "in-stock" then you can't blame the supply chain. I want what I paid $400+ for. After that, I want nothing to do with this company. GIVE ME MY PART. NOW.Initial Complaint

June 16 I ordered a part. Two weeks past and no tracking number. When I contacted them via email they cancelled my order. Stated 3-5 days I would have 90$ refund. Still today 7-8-23 I have no refund. I've emailed and called with no response.Initial Complaint

After searching for a backseat for my older jeep I found it on this website but wish now I had checked with customer complaints before giving them my business , they have earned that F honestly . I placed my order that was in stock on 5/31/23 and ship by date of 6/5/23. Called their customer service **** well after that ship date and finally spoke to a live person , WOW, almost fainted, someone answered , was told I have nothing to do with this and to go online . Fast forward a few weeks and got someone to answer again ,after calling daily ,in customer service and they would ship from another manufacturer and should receive an email when it ships . Still no email to this date 7/8/23 and no seat yet . I am at my **** end with this company all the way around and on the verge of filing criminal charges for theft as they took money and provided no product . I did go online and sent an email asking for a full refund and did get a we will get back to you response , nothing . Steer clear of this company and spread the word !Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 6/27/23 in the amount of $370.29. I used AfterPay as a credit source. Autoanything/Morris 4x4 center took the full amount. On 6/30/23, I received a notice that my order was cancelled. It was cancelled by the merchant, but looks as if i requested it which is not the case. I didn't receive my money back and have been emailing with no response, their website is down and no one ever answers the phone.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Mastertop ****** plus for my JL wrangler. But my husband said I got him the wrong one. So I have sent 4 emails with no response. The customer service number directed me to the email which I have done. The online chat doesn't work. I purchased on **** So my 30 days is almost up. And I can't get any help. I placed an order online (6/26) that was paid for through PayPal. Item was stated on the website to be in stock and shipping the next day. Transaction was confirmed to have been completed through bank account and PayPal. I immediately received an email from PayPal after transaction with Morris order number attached. I still have not received any emails from them with a receipt or stating item was shipped. This was an expensive item that is needed for my daily driver. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company through emails, toll free number attempts (which state no representatives are available and to contact them through email), and their "virtual assistant" on the website which is never available or working. This is the absolutely the WORST company to deal with and will never use them again. Even if this is some kind of staffing issue, there needs to be some kind of response or ability to contact them in regard to products they are selling.Initial Complaint

After having a breakdown, I called to submit an order on 6/17/2023 to have it overnighted to me. After being promised that no problem it'll be on its way you'll get the tracking number soon.I never received the tracking numbers.. The website says they're open till 7:00 p.m. eastern time, I tried calling several times between 4:00 and 7:00 in the voicemail says they were closed.I called on Monday 6/19/2923 and spoke to another customer service rep who said oh no problem they would be shipped out tomorrow and I asked to speak to a supervisor. Again, the parts were not shipped and the supervisor never called. So, I have now canceled the order in order from someone else and vow to never ever deal with Morris 4x4 again.Initial Complaint

Back in Dec. 2022, I ordered Oracle Headliner light *** for my wife's 2021 Jeep Wrangler cost $481.46 with shipping from Morris 4x4. I gave these to my wife for Christmas, and installed in Jan. 2023. When we first opened them, we noticed we had to plug them in, but their website said they were hardwired. I reached out to Morris 4x4 and they said they come with the plugs, I had to cut the cords to hardwire them in. This is not anywhere in the description or instructions, but my wife was ok with plugging them in for now. When we went to use them a week later, the one side did not work. I emailed Morris 4x4, and they did replace under warranty, even though they told me 1-2 weeks and it took more than 4 months to get. During that time, we left the first set installed, and when I got what was supposed to be a set, they only sent the one side. I installed the new one, and now the other side (driver) didn't work. I emailed them and did not hear back until I called them on it. The product is junk and I want my money back. They ended up letting the person who said I could get a refund (*****) and now say there is no record. They offered me replacement again, but I'd have to wait again, which the new side would be in around Christmas. I do not want another one, these things do not work as stated, and they blow you off when you complain. However, I finally was able to get them to say they'd give me a refund on a gift card, but again, they will not answer me, and I have not heard back or seen an email from them. I talked to a ***, who I was to contact directly there was the last person who I talked to and he told me he talked to his manager to ok this. But again, I have nothing.
