  To the owner of the business! Your scam made up charge about one hair scratch damage on the rim for 350 Euros has been reported to multiple agencies and currently under investigation! Also made a formal complaint against your business as well as one star reviews all over the internet! Expect a call / letter from local authorities regarding the case! The internet full of victims from your organization with an exact same scam. I really hope this immoral business strategy was worth to destroy such a lucrative business otherwise. Good luck!

  Worst experience I ever had paid through Priceline then was told I have to pay an extra $45 to have insurance in which I have my own insurance but they said my insurance wasn't good enough. I needed ******* worth of insurance and then they told me I have must get a toll pass which is another $15 a day so that brings it to $60 a day. Extra. I have read reviews and this is a scam. Please you never buy or rent a car from these people

  They said they will send a revised literary when I talked to chat service a week before the trip and when I reached out a day before asking for the itenary,they threatened me to accept the old literary within 10 minutes when I was in flight or else they will cancel my service.They ended up canceling my service and sent me a threatening message saying that they will report to TSA which is funny on how those are related..reviews in trust pilot are 90% 1 star tells the scam these people are running..worse part they cancelled after threatening and didn't even refund my money

  ZERO stars. We booked through Priceline to pick up at 6pm. Upon arriving in ***** an hour late due to weather, we learned Car Wiz is not located at the airport. We called for a shuttle and were informed that since we were late, our reservation was cancelled and we could reinstate it for $45 per day. I declined and rented somewhere else. Priceline would not refund, saying they first had to speak to a CarWiz representative to confirm that the car had not been picked up. CarWiz will not return Priceline's calls. It's been a month.

  If I can put zero star, I would.We booked carwiz through Tmobile Tuesday offers. To pick up on September 22 to September 25 while we were on vacation in ******* *******. The instructions that we get is to go to the area to get picked up by a RED SHUTTLE BUS. We got in the shuttle bus and told the driver that we are picking up a car from carwiz then he dropped us off in the parking garage. There was no carwiz office or any employee in there. We tried calling carwiz but they never answered the call. We called tmobile since thats where we booked the car from but they themselves could not get a hold of carwiz. Theres a voice message advising you to just chat with carwiz. We chatted with them and takes more than 5 minutes for each response so we waited in the lobby of this parking garage for almost an hour. Carwiz forces us to get an insurance even though we told them we wanted to just use our own. All of the sudden they stopped chatting to us and messaged us that we missed our picked up time. We were in the lobby for almost 2 hours by this time already with no car. We kept calling them and chatting and no response. We ended up going back to the airport and thankfully enterprise got us a car on last minute booking. After our vacation we called tmobile and told them our issues. They tried calling carwiz trying to resolve it but after a week, we got an email basically saying that carwiz will not refund our money even though we never use or even see their car. ******* also refuses to refund the money even though we booked the car rental through them. Such a Scam! DO NOT BOOK ON TMOBILE FOR CAR RENTAL!! STAY AWAY FROM CARWIZ

  I booked a car rental with priceline in ***** and the name of the car rental was Carwiz, while making the reservation with priceline, It was not made aware that Carwiz had 2 hidden mandatory fees and was told only after the reservation (That's the way Carwiz scams you, they lure you in with a cheap price and than comes up with hidden fees) . 1) Unlike any other car rental that I rented before, Carwiz requires to have lability insurance and it has to be for 300K, 2) Unlike any other car rental that I rented before, Carwiz require to use their sun pass for tolls even if you have your own toll pass and they charge you hefty fees for (Activating..) using their sun pass and to purchase liability insurance. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told that I need liability insurance (Which is generally never required by car rental companies) when I told them that I have liability Insurance with my own car insurance (When you have insurance on your own car the insurance also covers car rentals) they asked to see the insurance binder policy, I pulled it up online and they looked it through and told that since I only have insurance for 100K it would not be be sufficient because they require 300K so I have to purchase their insurance (Which costed more the whole car rental it self. Second, they told me that I have to use their sun pass, I told them that I have my own toll pass, they said that I can only use their sun pass otherwise there will be a hefty fine, and of course their sun pass costs a daily fee regardless if you use it or not (The sun pass Cost almost the same as the car rental it self. I was not made aware of this hidden and mandatory fees while booking with price line, and when you pick up the car and are told about those fees you can't do anything since you are in an offsite location and no where to go. I ended paying 3 times the price of the reservation itself, they are a shady company that scams customers with unusual hidden fees,

  Carwiz flex car rental in ******* ******* will rip you off by overcharging you even if you pay reservation through another agency like booking.com. Called to resolve issue but got no resolution. Beware and only use the national Rental car like ***** Hertz.
