I signed up for this law service august 2023, based on the amount agreed (almost $5000) stating they would help me get a divorce. I was told as long as there wasnt any opposition from my husband it would be easy and costs shouldnt exceed. I went for months not getting replies or any progress in this divorce. Husband agrees to divorce and said he would sign whatever sent. Eventually i got a notice saying i would need to pay another $1500 to complete divorce which is not what was agreed at the begining. So I decided to cancel services and complete the divorce on my own. I received an email 8/8/24 that my services was completed with them. However when i attempted to go to court and file paperwork 3 times now since that day, i'm turned away from the clert stating the lawyer has NOT withdrawn from my case and they will not let me file independantly. I have called several times to marble law and get a customer service person saying someone will call me in 2 business days but I have NOT received a call back. I have also TEXTED and EMAILED the lawyer and the paralegal both that the withdrawn hasnt happened. at this point I should have been divorced already months and months ago and started to receive child support. the delay from this company is costing me so much time and money and resources and they refuse to respond. I feel that the company was dishonest with the billing and when i asked for an itemized break down of what i paid for versus what was actually done by the company and how far into the divorce process they got me i was refused. I want an additional refund of what I paid them and I NEED them to withdraw from my case at the ***************************** so that I can complete the steps of my divorce and applying for child support.

On Thursday 8/15/2024 I enrolled in their services, On Monday 8/19/2024 I cancelled services with this company. At the time I had NEVER been contacted by any legal professional from Marble and I never spoke with one at all. In our contract it says I am owed a refund minus the difference based on any work that may have been done. According to their site the day my agreement was processed was the same day I cancelled. I spoke with multiple associates named ******* ***** Isis and **** who all assured me I wouldn't be charged since nothing had been done on the case. The case was dismissed by a private attorney I have that is NOT involved with Marble. I have been trying to get this refund taken care of for 29 days and no one calls me back. I am given the run around each and every time. This is affecting my credit over a debt I do not owe.

When I found out I was being divorced, I was very afraid and emotional, I found Marble Law ads and went to them for help. They had me finance 1600.$ with affirm and we were in business. They answered the summons and that was it. Then they dropped me, as they are a limited scope law firm. They didnt inform me what that means. Just sign this form and we will represent you was what I was told. It means they only answered the summons for 1600. $ leaving me unable to afford a good attorney to represent me. They are preying on the emotionally distraught, and doing nothing to help.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are truly sorry to hear that there was miscommunication regarding how we operate as a firm. We strive to be transparent about our process throughout the entirety of your journey with us.

Marble Law charge me $11,000 and nothing was done correctly. They didnt hire the attorney that I needed then Attorney quit on me because Marble did not pay them. It was supposed to be for a divorce attorney. They hired a domestic violence attorney charged me $8500 for domestic violence Attorney I did not want and $2500 for divorce papers. The only thing that was done was paperwork the attorney that quit didnt tell me that I had court for the domestic violence so that was dismissed. I found out after the fact, the divorce paper were done incorrectly. It has been over a year since I hired Marble Law and nothing has been done. I have to now amend the divorce paper. Reserve soon to be Ex, which is now moved to **************, which is very hard for me to track they said they were refunding me back 5000 and something , and they were putting it towards my balance I got scammed. I have been through a lot of trauma a lot of stress wasted year not being able to move on with my life and now its going to be nearly impossible for me to find him. I have made several phone calls, pleading with Marble Law to make this right and the refund that I was hoping to get to get an actual Attorney was just put onto my balance again. Nothing was done correctly so basically I paid for nothing. Here I am a year later this has caused me an emotional stress stress, and has left me mentally emotionally drained

I contacted Marble based on their website and chose to use them based on their initial call and call of the first ****** I spoke with. When I was able to obtain the $6000 that I was told would be needed to settle my custody case I proceeded to agree to use them and the first ******. The first ******, ******* *****, was great at the beginning and showed empathy for my case, single mother wanting child support and primary custody of my only son. Upon filing and serving my sons father, that was the start to the down fall and ghosting . Two weeks went by before I heard from Marble/*******. Mean while I have reached out and asked about next steps, how we are moving forward now that my sons father had ****** and was attempting to gain full custody. This is the first time Ive ever had to go through this and I have no clue, which is why I turn to the experts and those that claim they are here for you. When I texted, called and emailed ******* two weeks from hearing from her - no response - I got Marble involved and the next response from ******* was - Im requesting your case be moved!? Um what? Because you arent doing your job or are overwhelmed to take my case but arent taking responsibility to note that. Marble did find another ****** to take my case. However, same issue. There is no initial call, there are times set up to have this call but nothing comes of it. There are times proposed but nothing comes of it. So now its been two more weeks since initial action has been taken and the ball is supposed to be in my court. Yet I have no representation and Marble holds all my money and cards. Ive had to look for other means of service and pay for another attorney when Marble has failed to represent me and still has services to withhold along with my money.I have not received any updates or next steps as to what to do next. I dont not feel I am asking anything that was not previously discussed - only for customer service to be taken care of and my case handled.

My initial contact with this business occurred in November of 2023. I was told this was a low-income based transaction in order to recieve the proper legal help needed. With every Transaction, payments were further increased and services were for the bare minimal. I was constantly assured that this was the cheaper route for legal aid and that directly obtaining a Lawyer would be more expensive.I constantly reported to Marble representatives that I did not have the funds for the transactions they requested. And they encouraged me to obtain not one but two loans to pay for the transactions. The services provided were simply putting in filed claims and one service included my Lawyer representing me during mediation. Around this incident my Lawyer expressed to me that it would have been cheaper to work with her directly. By this time I already owed $13,000+ dollars in fees. I am still waiting for my initial court date and Marble Law has scammed me out of thousands of dollars due to my lack of knowledge with legal proceedings knowingly.

      Dear Devion,

Were sorry to hear about your concerns regarding pricing. We strive to be transparent about our fees and ensure they reflect the quality of service, benefits and expertise we provide. We appreciate your feedback and understand how important this matter is to you.

At Marble Law, one of our key advantages is that you, as the client, have the flexibility to choose which aspects of your legal journey you would like us to assist with. With Marble Law, we offer transparent, fixed prices for each stage of your case, ensuring that you only pay for the services you need, rather than for the time it takes to complete them. Throughout your engagement with us, we have executed multiple service contracts, each clearly outlining the scope of services and the associated costs for your peace of mind.

While we acknowledge your perspective on the pricing, we want to clarify that the terms of the contracts remain unchanged, including the balance due as specified in each agreement.

Had a lawyer show up that didnt want to be there. He went against what I wanted to fight for. Lied to me and made me sign a document basically screwed me over. And said he wasnt going to represent me for the next upcoming court after I paid 6500 for services to Marble Law. Contacted Marble Law and they said they were sorry and couldnt do anything more about it. Went to court for a TRO hearing and the opposing person dropped the suit and the lawyer did nothing but help them instead of representing me. Now I lost rights to my children that I shouldnt have lost. All I wanted was to pay for child support get me visitation rights and have the right to have my kids be able to stay with me and my wife and he made everything worse. I would like this resolved I understand I have to pay and I paid for a proper service. I understand that in court anything can happen but we never even saw a judge he just went to the other attorney started to tell him he didnt want to represent me he didnt want to be and gave me attitude from the moment he saw me. He never called before hand to figure out what was going on and showed up late the hearing. I dont expect to get all my money back but Id like to get most to hire a better attorney to be able to represent me.

      Dear ******,

Thank you for your patience as we addressed your recent concerns. We have escalated your feedback to the appropriate team, and a member of our leadership reached out to you but was unable to connect successfully.

Upon reviewing your case file and communication logs, we found that the initial information provided to your legal team was inaccurate. Consequently, your attorney was prepared based on the details given, but upon arriving at court, it became clear that the hearing pertained to different matters.

It is important to note that you had the option to accept or decline the agreement presented to you, and we cannot be held accountable for agreements that were signed voluntarily. Furthermore, due to the diligence of your attorney, you were not held in contempt for failing to produce the records as ordered by the court.

We understand that these matters can be complex and emotional, and we appreciate your understanding as we work through them. If you would like to discuss this further, please dont hesitate to reach out.

I submitted everything that was needed for the court hearing.

i spoke to a different attorney that couldnt not make it and Marble sent a last minute unprepared attorney. That had a filed for a motion of continuance because he stated he didnt know anything about the case, then went ahead and spoke to the other attorney and came to an agreement that I didnt agree on and he then told me that the court always does that. I have to sign when that is not the case he did not want to fight for memarble shouldnt have sent an attorney that didnt want to do the job and still charge me $6500.  marble shouldnt of sent an attorney that didnt want to do the job and still charge me $6500. I am not against having a pay, but I dont feel it is right I have to pay for a full service when the service wasnt even met half way. Marble just scammed me out of 6500 and that is not right. They should have all the phone records to prove my point. And also the attorney was supposed to contact me a day prior to the court hearing and he did not nor did the paralegal so how was he supposed to be ready and I uploaded all the documents there are there on the portal that I have with marble so its not about being complex situation and not getting the best possible outcome its about him not wanting to do his job and you guys not caring that he didnt do his job was disrespectful was rude and screwed me over at the end

I found Marble Law via an ad and found their payment plans and counsel made a simple model appealing. I paid $50 for a consultation with their attorney, which lasted less than 10 minutes, with me doing most of the talking. After the consultation, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with their counsel; I took a few days to think about it and decided to hire them and their attorney. The only follow-up call I got a few days later from the attorney was to tell me to send her all my documents, which I did. That was the last time I heard from her; as the days passed, I was worried because she did not contact the other party's attorney or get back to me. I heard back from my assigned paralegal but not from my assigned attorney. A week after I signed up with Affirm for the 4k loan for their retainer, I decided that they were not for me and that since I was fighting for custody of my son, I needed better representation. I wrote and called them to say that I wanted to terminate counsel with them. They tried to persuade me to continue with them, but I said no; they said I would be given a refund, which I did, but I only received $3500. They told me I was not getting $500 back because a strategy had been discussed with me. I never discussed a strategy with their "attorney." Again, she said the only "strategy" was to "send her what I have." I explained this to the Marble team, who said the $500 was charged because it did not matter how long the strategy takes; it's always a flat fee. I now have an actual attorney who immediately got to work and sent letters to the judge and the other party stating that I was being represented the next day after I had an hour-long phone consultation and paid the retainer. He even talked to the other party's attorney for almost an hour to discuss my case, all in less than 72 hours. Stay away from Marble Law Firm! I have yet to see the strategy draft that they claim was discussed. A traditional law firm or attorney is always the way to go.

I signed an agreement with Marble law firm to file a modification agreement with my ex to start a child support and visitation modification. Marble took my money and served him the court documents, then when it was time to submit the default orders and actually complete the process, they disappeared on me and would not respond. They literally did half the job then dropped me. Absolutely nothing happened and I had to hire a different lawyer to complete the job. I asked twice what the next steps are and the cost and no one would tell me a number and when I asked to start the process, no one responded to me. Biggest fraud of an organization. They literally took my money and nothing happened

I contacted marble to help handle my divorce. They work with me with a price quote and they put me in touch with an attorney. I subsequently decided not to go through with the divorce. They attorney drafted the divorce decree. Nothing else was ever done. They are now charging me over $4000 for a divorce draft. They gave me a credit of $610.28 when I told them that I wanted to stop the divorce. I have requested on numerous occasions for an Itemization of my charges and they have refused to provide me an itemized list of my charges to see why what they are charging me $4000. They keep telling me to visit the website. There isn't an itemization of my charges. They recommended that I go through the company. Affirm, to help me pay for the divorce.
