I was charged $2300 to ONLY FILE an amendment to a custody agreement. They set me up with **** ****** of **** ***** ********* in **********. As soon as they got my money I was ghosted, it took them two weeks to reach out to me. Then once the paperwork was filed they ghosted me again and would not return my calls or emails about questions regarding the answer which was contested. Market value of what I received (which is paralegal level work) is between $500-1500. I was completely ripped off by this lawyer and marble is a vehicle for bad lawyers to take advantage of people who dont understand the legal system. In the very least I am owed client education/counsel. I literally received nothing. I will warn everyone to stay away from Marble. I tried to work this out with their customer service twice but they dont care because I signed a contract honestly, no one should need a lawyer to hire a lawyer. I was bamboozled and underwent a complete shakedown by this company and **** ******.

Were truly sorry to hear that your experience didnt meet expectations. We understand how important these matters are and how frustrating it can be to feel unsupportedespecially during a contested case. While it sounds like some steps in your case were completed, we recognize your concerns about communication and expectations around attorney involvement.
Weve reviewed your case internally and can confirm that filings were made as agreed upon. That said, we take this feedback seriously and are continuing to evaluate how we can improve transparency and support throughout the process.
We sincerely wish you the best on the next step in your legal journey and hope you find the support you need moving forward.

I was told my case would be simple and straightforward, so I paid a $2,500 flat fee upfront no financing involved. Just four days later, I was informed that the company could not take my case due to a lack of available personnel. Despite signing an agreement and paying in full, I was told my refund would take 57 business days. This experience has been incredibly unprofessional and feels deceptive. It appears the company was quick to take my money without actually being prepared to follow through on their commitment. I would strongly caution others: do not trust this company. They seem more interested in collecting fees than in delivering real service.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. While we aim to assess case fit thoroughly before moving forward, we understand how disappointing it is to be told we cant proceed after payment was made. This isnt the experience we want for anyone. The refund process was initiated as soon as the issue was identified, and while it typically takes 57 business days due to bank processing times, we understand this wait can add to your frustration. We appreciate your feedback and are reviewing this internally to help prevent similar situations in the future.

Do NOT use this company!! Its has been 4 years and I have heard from them maybe a handful of times. I paid 3500$ upfront for my case (START to FINISH) as I was told, and now they are saying they need more money to complete my case!! (WTF) this is for a modification of custody for my child, opposing parties representation cannot even get ahold of them! Luckily we have reached common ground and have been able to work it out ourselves. Do not trust these people with your life or your money. You will regret it!!

As a lawyer, I am constrained by the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar in responding, but I will simply state that it is my belief that the comments are not accurate.

One of the employees was very helpful but the process of how this works is very vauge and everything is not all included. I filed for a divorce. And every thing the lawyer had to do after the first call was additional payments. I got a phone call and after that never spoke to him again. I was contacted by my ex wife's attorney about a court date that I was never made aware of. And for my lawyer to represent me in court I paid an additional $2000 something. So I paid approximately over 7 grand. For one phone call and a draw up of the decree. Communication was not there with the lawyer and marble . Don't use this company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Were truly sorry to hear that your expectations were not met, and we understand how frustrating this must have been.
We strive to provide transparency around our limited scope, pay-per-step service model and include a detailed breakdown of what each step entails before any payment is made. We regret if this was not made clear during your experience. Its never our intention for any client to feel uninformed or unsupported.
***** services beyond the initial scope do require additional payment, we recognize how important clear and consistent communication is, especially during such a personal and difficult process.
If theres anything further we can clarify or assist with, please dont hesitate to reach out directly. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to learn and improve.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Were sorry to hear that youre feeling frustrated. Our model is based on limited scope representation with a pay-per-step structure, which means clients only pay for the services they need at each stage of their case. This approach is designed to offer more flexibility and transparency compared to traditional retainers.

We understand this process can be stressful, and we truly value your feedback. If youd like further clarity on what has been completed and whats needed to move forward, please dont hesitate to reach out to our client support team. Were here to help.

I agreed to pay this company $5000 for divorce attorney services, but it quickly became clear I was scammed. The motions they filed contained incorrect names, and they scheduled a mediation with an individual who doesnt exist. They also listed the wrong phone number and address, making any form of contact impossible. Throughout the entire process, I received no legitimate communication or legal representation. Despite this, they later sent an email stating that their services were complete.

    Good Afternoon:

While I'm limited in the information I can provide by the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, Mr. S***** does not reside nor have a case in Florida wherein I practice and manage a law firm so I cannot confirm any information previously provided. Mr. S***** should reach out the attorneys who was representing him in his jurisdiction.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I hired this company as Im trying to get full rights to obtain her passport when speaking with Marble letting them know what I needed they said yes of course we can help this is the lawyer that can help you. Price was $2,500 and I was told by the lawyer if my daughters father didnt show up to court we would get what we are asking for. Come to find out that was a lie! The court sent me information about the case stating I was self represented and I basically paid $2500 for them just to file the paperwork which I was already working on myself and because my daughters father was a no show the case was dismissed. Tried calling Marble had some issues getting in contact with them until I felt a bad review then I was called immediately and the lady was nice but NOTHING was resolved I was given $250 (10%) back for my troubles but I was never able to go to court or get my daughters passport which is what I was mainly wanting.

i Hired them due to the payment plan they have offered and i have special need children and didn't have the funds. The whole process was **** right s***** Found out that i paid way more than i ever should have for just APR. Due to my children being ill the past few months i couldn't pay them, I got caught up on 2/28/2025. They would text and call me to the point it was harassing. I would let them know that my children have been in and out of the doctors and then i fell ill. There was no compassion no empathy. Understanding that my payment was current on 2/28/2025 i thought that would stop the calls and texts. It hasn't. they are still saying i am back due still and is demanding a payment. I get paid once a month and they harass me almost on a daily basis. Everything that got filed was my writing the attorney just submitted it. NOT WORTH 4500. I thought he would make it more appropriate for the court not use my exact wording. I am unhappy with the harassment and the s***** service that they provided when my case was going on in 2023. DO NOT USE THEM. They steal your money and can find an attorney that is more reasonable and priced that will actually fight for you!

Title: *********************** Mistakes Avoid ******************************** *******!I had a terrible experience with Marble Law and their attorney, ******* *******, in my spousal support case. In court, ******* admitted he didnt know the court rules, misfiled my documents, and failed to request the 10% interest on unpaid support, which cost me over $40,****** make matters worse, he left out an entire year of unpaid spousal support (over $20,000) and refused to fix his mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, he withdrew from my case, leaving me to deal with the consequences.Marble and ******* ******* are incompetent and unprofessional. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the ********************* for their lack of responsibility and poor legal ***************** cautious of the positive reviews you see about Marble. Many of them are likely fabricated or encouraged by Marble or their attorneys themselves to boost their reputation. If you look on sites like Yelp and Quora, youll find numerous negative reviews from clients who, like me, had disappointing and costly experiences. If you care about your case, stay far away from this firm and this attorney!

While we regret that we could not meet your expectations, we remain committed to transparency and ethical legal practices. Our team has thoroughly reviewed your case and confirmed that your attorney followed the agreed-upon scope of service. We acknowledged your decision to cancel the remainder of your services, which unfortunately limited our ability to continue assisting you. It is unfortunate that we were unable to work together towards a resolution but we wish you the best as you move forward with your case.

I paid $50 for a consultation call. I get the call and the lawyer didn’t even give me her name or state who she was. She then proceeds to go around in a circle and not actually help me at all. I told her prior to the call that I needed help with how to legally have bare minimum contact with my child father (soon to be ex husband) and she didn’t even ask if I had any questions and rushed me off the phone. Waste of my time and money.
