I hired ****** Law on 10/31/2023 to replace a law firm that was not acting on my behalf in response to a Divorce filed by my ex-spouse in February of 2023. After paying an initial consultation fee, I took out a personal loan for an initial down payment and have made regular payments to date. My initial call from my assigned attorney was scheduled, missed, and then rescheduled. After discussing the case history with my assigned attorney, I was assured that she could handle the case and adequately represent me. The call lasted less than 10 minutes and was completed in the first week of November 2023. Trouble began in February of 2024 with the receipt of a letter from the opposing counsel regarding a stipulation agreement that was signed the previous year from the sale of a joint property. I sent the letter to my assigned attorney and notified opposing counsel of my new attorney's contact information. Since then, it has become a battle to get anything communicated correctly, timely, or consistently, promises made by the assigned paralegal and attorney and not acted upon, and having to act on my own behalf to resolve issues until I had had enough that I filed a complaint with ******. Working with ****** has been a complete nightmare. Choosing a legal representative is a decision of immense trust and expectation. I was seeking diligent, empathetic, and competent legal representation, which at this time, is severely lacking from Marbel Law.Marble Law

If I could leave a 0 I would. I started my services in 2022. The objective was for child support modification and to set up a mediation between me and my daughters father. I was assigned attorney ****. He talked a good talk and educated me on a lot and that's just about all that I received from this experience. He kept telling me that he was filing a modification for child support. Months would go by without hearing anything back from him. He told me that my daughters father filed to be legitimize, then gave me the paperwork to fill out. I filled it out then sent to back to him. Fast forward to ******************************************************************************** court. This was an issue because I had to give my job such a short notice. He was an hour late to the hearing. Nothing was accomplished. By this time my daughters father is back in jail. Which equals no mediation or modification. In December he contacted me the night before my court date saying that I need to appear in court. This is very unprofessional. Now Marble is refusing to give me a refund. They're charging me $2000 for paperwork I had to fill out myself and for a lawyer that shows up an hour late to court. None of the services I originally signed up for were completed. I feel scammed. I am a single mother and they took advantage of me. This is bad business.Marble Law

Hello *******,Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we understand that you are unsatisfied with how the services were completed, I would like to clarify that the services were, in fact, completed as per the contract. Our records show no missteps on the part of your legal ******* is important to note that when the scope of work was swapped, the original scope was removed from the agreement. As a result, the services initially contracted were no longer part of the deliverables. This change in scope effectively discontinued any work related to the original service.Given that the services outlined in the updated agreement were completed in full, we are unable to offer a refund. We believe that all work contracted for has been properly delivered. We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you all the best in the remainder of your legal journey.Regards, Marble LawReview fromNo T

If I could give the experience a 0 I would. Theres no other way to put it - my attorney flat out sucked his communication sucked. Never on time with any paperwork - anytime something needed to be done I found out last minute For reference - imagine if someone handed you ALL the evidence from the ** ******* trial, and the ONLY thing you use to prove ** ******* did it is the Bronco ****** nothing else. Thats how incompetent and a s*** show of a show my lawyer was. I actually negotiated my own settlement in the end and still had to pay my lawyer almost 10k. You can find a better attorney anywhere you may be able to do a better job yourself vs. dealing with Marble Law. I would take whatever option(s) you have before choosing Marble Law including going to your local major university to see if anybody in the law department can help you. I say this respectfully - if you read this review and go with Marble Law, you get everything you deserve - good or badMarble Law

Could not speak loud enough about what a terrible experience I had with Marble review. My attorney assigned attorney ******* **** regularly missed calls and took forever to return emails. One time she called while her children were in the background and was clearly distracted. I called and sent in an electronic request to ask for be reassigned after several blown calls where I scheduled time and child care simply for Ms. **** to not call. A customer *** from ********************** advised me of this option. No follow up happened. The week of my court date I was informed that Ms **** had a scheduling conflict so I was informed that my attorney was being reassigned. I paid for Marble to do the discovery then Ms **** gave me instructions on how to do it myself so I could get a refund when I explained how tight my finances were so I spent hour and hours completing and filing the discovery myself. Marble did not return any funds. Ms. **** stated she could request a discovery on my ex outside of the portal to p***are for court and that never happened. She did zero p*** for mediation which Marble said my funds for discovery were used for (approximately $4,000). After mediation was unsuccessful she pushed for a trial date. Ms. **** did not reach out to me for over a month so I reached out the week before trial and she stated she was trying to settle out of court. Later that day I received an email that she had a scheduling conflict and my case was being reassigned. The new attorney also missed their scheduled call me the week of trial, showed up to my case late, did not review the hundred of documents I submitted, did not review the financial affidavit I submitted, did not review any financial information I submitted and barely explained anything that happened in the court room. I spent $15 total for very sub par service, my ex had a legal aid from the county for free who did 4 times the work and ended up with way better ***resentation. Do not use Marble, book a lawyer on your own.Marble Law

Divorce is one of the most difficult experiences anyone will have to go to. My world turned upside down and had it not been for the team a Marble, I'm not sure I would have come out the other side as intact as I did. They were affordable, kind considerate and super responsive. The documents were executed in record time and my goal of starting the new as a new free person were helped realized by the team I worked with!Marble Law

Zero stars is more of an accurate review. These people are a joke. The motion they drafted and filed didn't even contain accurate information because "I don't know if you're entitled to the fees and penalties on top of the back child support." I think that's your job to know or at least find out! We barely ever heard from anyone. Going more than thirty days without any action, movement or even an update from our "team" was appalling. We have since gone back to our very pricey but very worth it attorney and have gotten more done in one week than we ever did with this worthless law firm.Marble Law

I was told to pay $3k for a lawyer to help me in my custody case. This company is very deceiving & do not allow refunds even when they do not fully complete the job. Every time you ask for an itemized bill, they never can give you one. I was under the impression that my lawyer would be able to assist & help me. I spoke to the paralegal more than I did my own attorney. I never got to physically meet with the lawyer. I tried to retrieve a refund multiple times with no luck. I even tried to dispute the charges with the credit card loan ************** will not honor my refund. They keep telling me to go back to Marble Law & dispute this with them. But I already tried to get my refund back with no luck. Marble Law over charges ********************** like me who can be in a very vulnerable state, looking for an attorney can be very overwhelming & i feel that they capitalize on that. I ended up having to hire a real ************** already making payments towards this lawyer. i cannot afford to pay marble law when they never even served my daughter's ********** incorrectly filed my paperwork. I would suggest everyone to do their research before hiring Marble Law. Hire a real Attorney that you can meet in person & never ever ever give someone money without a face to face meet.Marble Law

1 starMARBLE LAW FIRM: 'ANDREI *******. Very inadequate legal representation, Excessive high fees for a sub-par law firm. *******, often had instances where he (as a lawyer), displayed a clear lack of understanding of the law, lacking tact, unprofessionalism and incompetence. I have never been through a divorce; he displayed no apparent back bone for his client, he gave no understanding, guidance or best options/solutions, (total yes man) that is only driving by getting paid. This was obvious! Example: (1) *******, had the courts had sent him by email. He did not have the common respect or decency to called or texted stating he had them. I all in the courthouse looking for my divorce. (2) *******, never explained or even provided guidance on what a QDRO is, how it is calculated, or what should be provided-no type of lawyer/client ethics. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO GET SOMEONE ESLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE--AFTER ******* collected $11K. This was wasted time, energy and financial resources!! BLAKELY, Is NOT the type of attorney needed to provide support/guidance during critical matters. His attorney mannerism style is pleasing the opposing counsel, avoiding courtroom confrontations. Use at your own risk!!Review fromLeslie H

Id give 0 stars if I could. Single mom dealing with an abusive felon and needed an attorney to help me file an emergency motion for sole custody and relocation. I tried to get a pro **** attorney as I had no $ or income and was currently working with dv shelter services. The financial guy kept having me apply for a loan REGARDLESS of me telling him I cant pay for a loan even if I got approved. Magically I got approved and they immediately took $5000. They did nothing but claim they did. They are rude and dont communicate. The attorney literally just took what I wrote up and copied it. He asked me to review what he wrote up to file and everything in there was exactly what I wrote. He didnt even change the 1st ****** narrative! Its obvious he didnt read anything he sent me. My motion was denied and then no one ever returned my emails or calls. Now the abuser is aware of me trying to flee while he was in jail which has put us a an extremely dangerous situation. They WILL give me my $ back. This was predatory lending. The guy literally told me to put my income in as what I think Ill be making once I get the ok to relocate. Well, now what marble? They are thieves and scammers. Thanks a lot for nothing. U caused nothing but more h*** and have put my child and I in more danger and more poverty. Pay me back or Im gonna sue for ******al damages.Marble Law

Dear ******,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We truly value feedback as it helps us improve the services we provide. We understand that the outcome of your case was disappointing, and we are sorry for any frustration this may have caused.
We have tried reaching out to you to discuss your concerns in more detail but have not been able to connect yet. Our records show that the attorney filed the Emergency Motion for Temporary Orders as requested. Unfortunately, the court denied the motion, which is a decision beyond our control. Additionally, it appears the attorney went above the scope of the agreed service by preparing and filing a Petition to Modify in an effort to address your needs.
We strive to provide excellent service and support to all of our clients. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please dont hesitate to reach out.
