1 starI switched over from my previous full representation lawyer last week of Sep 2022 to Marble Law and was assured great service by **** and ****. I made a full payment upfront and that moment on they forgot about me. It was limited scope representation for discovery stage and in the initial 'PAID' consult they told me the lawyer represents the client, HOWEVER I learnt that the lawyer (******) merely prepares papers but does not officially rep. ** responsiveness to my questions/concerns/queries. I have had to chase the lawyer (******), case manager (****), and paralegal (*****) down right from the get go but I never got through to them except once with ea. Each time I called the direct numbers to these personnel some other non-technical person, incapable of providing advise on the case, picked up and never really passed along my messages. I am late for turning in my discoveries due Oct 10, 2022, but the Marble legal team is unreachable and non-responsive to phone/email/texts even on the day of and after the deadline! On top of not meeting the deadline the chosen attorney stated that the way the contract read (despite all the explanation from the paid consult) that the contract of $5000 only covered preparing discoveries based on info from me but not complete the discovery exchange. She would not even list her name on the documents she was in the process of preparing for me. The managing attorney **** has not been reachable. During his paid consult it was mentioned that he would take over if work was not performed in a timely fashion or if there was any slack. I have been charged full amount ~$5025 for services that have not been rendered. The company is a fraud...buyer beware!Review fromLaDreka G

1 starThis was my first reaching out for legal help and was the worst experience. It feels much like a scam. You cant reach your legal team and no one responds to emails. They have customer service agents submit tickets on your behalf and tell you someone will reach out to you within 3-5 business days. Its basically a self help center that charges thousands of dollars. They do the paperwork but you represent yourself. Huge rip off.Review fromJonathan B

1 star***I sent an email 2 days ago expressing passionately how I no longer wanted the service... or you guys terrible customer service. Now you try to hurry up and get things done now? All So I can pay 75% of the bill this is pathetic. I'll be expecting an actual phone call asap. No one called me today nor did I receive a voicemail. I've left numerous convos with "chat bots" lol. I'll be reporting you guys to the BBB this is ridiculous... I'm not paying 75% of anything. I JUST spoke with my "lawyer" who assured me that he would be filing the paperwork I already told you guys I do not want to file tomorrow. So that can only mean one thing. I received no communication, Up until today I have had no conversation with my lawyer about this fake motion he's pretending to file tomorrow. For the record me and this attorney haven't even spoken longer than literally 15 seconds he advised me he doesn't work for marble and ironically marble doesn't have a customer service number...nor is my "case manager" picking up my numerous calls as a disabled veteran this is disappointing having someone pray on you and your hard earned money for what? They didn't even pretend good enough to be doing what they promised. Lol But I will be pursuing legal action. I guess it's worth getting sued over. At your earliest convenience I need to speak with a supervisor. I'll be leaving well deserved bad reviews on every site possible for this "law scam office" please do not waste your time... the fastest and hardest they will be working for you is to take and process your payment okay?.*** Update after posting this to the yelp website I called and tried to speak with them they avoided my calls extremely unprofessional customer service. I was told their supervisor doesnt handle stuff like this? Lol what?! They wouldnt escalate my call. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever literally. 1 starDo not hire Marble Law. There is no communication and do not live up to there end of the contract. They switch people so you never know who your attorney really is. I talked to one attorney then was told It would be someone else. I signed a contract with another attorney and now they are not my attorney. They are scammers. Dont sign with them.Review fromPenny G

1 starI Hired Marble to help me with my Divorce on May 26th 2022. I paid for a Consultation which went well however to my surprise I was told by ****************** that he wouldn't be my Attorney to represent me! I then was directed to speak w/the ************** to set everything ** in what I needed. Both *************************** explained that everything was al la cart and they only charged you for what I needed. I told ****** that I Needed to speak with the Attorney that would be actually representing me before I committed to using there firm to make sure we were a good fit and he could adequately do the job, bcu I had already hired an attorney that had not worked prior to calling Marble. ****** told me he would have my Attorney call me at 1 pm the following day to discuss my case. But no one called me on Friday the following day. After I waited and didn't get a call. So I called ****** and he told me that He didn't have an Attorney for me after all! And I would have to wait for someone to pick my case to Represent me an then they would call me. Over the course of the next few days there were Text messages from a ******* who asked me to sign the Contract and Release more money to Marble. I told them **, not Until I have spoken to the Attroney that will Represent me! On May 30th ******* claimed He did have attorney, but I again said no More $ until I have spoken to the Attroney. After a week I still hadn't heard from anyone but I did see they had Charged my Acct. $200.00! I called and left a message asking for my money back an told ****** at Marble Law I no longer wished to use there services Bcu they promised an Att. to me within 3 days an it was now day 7! They cont. to play games and ignore my Calls and texts. So I had to call my Bank and Report them for Charging me when ** Services were Rendered! My Bank Investigated and Agreed with me that They owed me back my $ which the Bank Replaced. Yesterday I saw a Charge to my Acct. for $97.27 once again from Marble Law! If I could give this business no stars I would. I used this service to help file for a divorce instead I got an attorney that will not communicate with me at all and my case manager is a completely disappointment she only emails and never calls. I called marble to let them know my situation and was assured I would get a follow up and have not at all. I am very frustrated and feel like a complete idiot. It's hard enough to pay what I had to pay but not get treated as an actual client or get the representation I need is ridiculous. I would have been better of taken my changes filing for my divorce myself or using an attorney other then the unprofessionalism that I have been giving. I feel that they offer a service that they cannot commit to and use attorneys that just want a quick buck. They know people cannot afford these ridiculous retainer fees in which mines was 6k with payments of 180 a month. After filing a petition and saying they have completed there services is not 6k worth. They are only after your money and do not care about anything else or you as a client.Marble Law

1 starThey take your money and leave you hanging but still continue to charge you. This should be a crime! Hired them in December and its August with no court paperwork filed. The main reason I acquired them was I was afraid my daughters mom would flee the ***********. She has now taken my daughter and moved across the country and I don't know where they are. Changed case manager and attorneys behind my back without my knowledge of it. I will be hiring an attorney to retrieve my money back from this poor establishment. I wish I have gone elsewhere and paid money to a real law group, instead of these clowns. It's all LIES!!! Do not go here if you are looking for real people to help a real life situation that constitutes the needs of a **********************. Nobody will ************* or respond to my texts or emails. They just collect your money and leave you in the dust. -50 of 5 stars
