    This company is so unreliable. Had an item scheduled to be delivered on a Wednesday. I got a call saying they had mechanical issues and would have to reschedule. Next day, they called again saying they could not locate my order. Never heard back from them to give me an update on delivery date. I called the phone number, no answer, left a message. They have poor customer service. Hole my package arrives in good shape. Dont use this company if you have a choice!

    Wow this company is awful. The customer service **** have attitudes and dont provide any informative information other than youre wrong and you dont have a delivery scheduled. Been waiting almost a month for our delivery. ***** on ****** too for using this worthless company.

    Absolutely the worst trucking/delivery company that I have ever had the misfortune to use. I ordered 2 recliners for my RV from ********************* ******* used **** to transport the recliners to my home. **** lost 1 of the recliners and then tried to say they delivered it to me. Once I demanded they show me an invoice showing my signature they admitted they lost it. Once the replacement was sent by ******* it took **** forever to deliver it. When I called **** to find out what the problem was, I was put on hold numerous times then hung up on 6 times after 20 min of being on hold. The **** phone system is programmed to disconnect callers after 20 minutes...just TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!

    Hands down the worst and rudest incompetent customer service *** I have ever dealt with anywhere. Seems I woke them up out of bed from their work from home job. Had zero concern or care for assisting me with the location of shipped several thousand dollar item , told me nothing different than what I could see in the inaccurate tracking online. Offered zero help for answering questions yet had plenty of attitude to give. Based on that attitude and poor performance I completely understand why this was the job the person has her parents must be so proud of her. From now on if the business is using **** to ship I will not purchase a thing from them. And buy the way , my item is 3 days late.

    I ordered a sectional sofa from ******. The delivery guys were A+. Very good communication and delivery was on time and very smooth. Not sure why so many bad reviews but I had no issues whatsoever. They went above and beyond with delivery.

    Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. And I had my own business for 20 years. These guys do not give a c*** They are very non-professional. I paid for inside delivery and these guys just dumped my 350 lb package outside my gate and when I confronted them with this fact they were pretty much like kiss my ass!

    Well let m tell you, I dont know who is worse CEVA or Bed Bath and Beyond for using a non accredited provider! My dining set (concrete) weighing 346 lbs was left blocking my garage door so I could not get my car out, he loaded two boxes with two chairs and a box with a bench in front of my front door. The waybill says that the driver was supposed to call me 30 min prior which he did not do which is totally unprofessional as it was delivered 9 days early! The driver did no knock on the door nor did he ring the doorbell to let me know it was delivered so he could have easily slid the items in the garage, instead I had an Amazon delivery guy who rang the doorbell and I paid him to push the items into the garage which is now blocking my garbage cans! I wish I could post the pictures what a shame. Btw did you know that Bed Bath and Beyond makes you choose that you want to sign for an item, you would think on a 1800$ item that you paid for stolen package protection they would want to know it is actually received by the person. I couldnt get a hold of CEVAA for hours with the number on the waybill! After almost 45 minutes on the phone with BB &B they refused to help me with contacting them so I got another number to call CEVA that gives you know option for customer service so I had to choose something that didnt apply just to talk to someone. On the waybill there are three different areas in three different states, who do you know how to call and the ********* one where it is out of wasnt even listed. What a c*** show!

    This is absolutely the worst delivery experience I've ever had, and I'm still waiting on my delivery to actually be attempted! Ordered from BJ's Wholesale and shipment was originally to be delivered on Tuesday, 7/16, between 12PM-4PM, and I was to receive a call 30 minutes before delivery. 4PM rolled around and no calls or signs of delivery were received. I called every number I could find, and they never answer the phone. I sat on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. I called BJ's Wholesale support and they could not get ahold of anyone either, and even emailed them for an update. I also filled out their online contact form, which takes at least 24 hours for a reply, if any is received. Later that night, I checked the tracking to see that an alleged delivery was attempted at 8:59PM (almost 5 hours after my delivery window) and NO calls were made prior. I checked my cameras and no truck was ever seen around that time so there was no way it was even attempted. I am once again, waiting on the phone for 25 minutes now to speak with someone, but I'm not holding my breath.

    Poor customer service. There NO SIGN SERVICE is a joke. They outsource deliveries with sub par delivery companies. No communication of delivery. Just open the back door and throw out package. The pallet that the package was on was dragged thru parking lot to front door. You can follow the scratch marks from truck to door. Horrible! Outdated technology. *** and ***** still notify customers of delivery and that is with no sign service deliveries.

    Delivery due June 3. No show then June 7 no show, now June 12 again no show. No way to contact ans phone numbers disconnected or mailbox full. No reply to emails.
