    I do not know why Amazon uses this horrible carrier. The item I ordered from Amazon was scheduled for a Saturday delivery. In tracking it I saw it was in my home town on Wednesday waiting for the Saturday delivery. It was not delivered on Saturday, or Sunday, or Monday. I had to go out of town on Tuesday and so continued to track it. Finally on Wednesday CEVA says they tried delivery but the delivery was rejected. I was not there to reject the order. The status then showed the item was being returned to seller and I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. That was fine, as I ordered a replacement that was delivered by **** But then the next day the tracking on the item CEVA had says it was delivered. When I got back in town the order from *** was at my front door, the item CEVA says they delivered was not. So my credit card had a purchase on it for an item I did not receive. So this lying piece of trash company says they delivered the item when I wasn't there, but a week earlier they say I rejected the delivery when I wasn't there. Thankfully Amazon has a great **************** and I was credited back the purchase amount, but I do not understand why they continue to use this garbage carrier. And looking at all the negative reviews here only reinforces my question.

    Ceva lost my package. Amazon shame on you for hiring this company! I had to call Amazon to find out what was happening. Looked up cevaa France based co. Go back to ******!

    I didn't want to believe the reviews because everything was going smoothly.. I got my delivery scheduled everything was good... Until the day it was supposed to be delivered..... No phone call no nothing to let me know it wasn't coming that day... They rescheduled with out telling me. I tried calling no one answered the phone. I'd be on hold for 20 minutes at a time and then get hung up on. Now I got figure out how to get my money back or get my item from them.... This shipping company is a waste of time. Literally. If I could leave no stars I would.

    Delivery employees are very rude and talk down to women. Unable to contact company with questions or concerns.

    Shame on Amazon for using this delivery service. They are not a customer oriented company. Missed deliveries and no contact with customer even though we know they have our phone number.

    Had me schedule a delivery without even having the item. So the date I scheduled was the day the had the item delivered to their factory. Their Tracking number was different from the one I was given from the company, I ordered from. Then to top it off the company phone number shows up as Spam and they didn't even state the item they were delivering for me. Any person in the age of scamming, would have NEVER answered with the caller ID and the vague message.

    Worst service ever, I would never recommend. They cant help with any information. My delivery has been sent to every state around me and package is over 2 1/2 weeks late and still no definite delivery. They suck!!!

    Terrible customer service. Only willing to deliver between 10 and 2. I guess they dont expect people to work? Absolute worse customer service I have experienced in a while. Not sure how they are in business.

    Sorry customer service. Over a week delay and still haven't received.Amazon should not be using them !And should ashamed for using an unaccredited company
