    Paid the $95 program fee on December 19th and still havent received my card its been a month, emailed about it and they just told me to wait more. Called multiple times just to listen to an automated voice telling me the wait time is ZERO MINUTES but nobody ever answers. S*** gone get violent fr

    total ****** is headed up by: A Couple of PUNKS at the **************** - ****** *************** ******* - ( 2 ) lying little runt / run of the mill bankers........... I have used this SCAM credit card of their ***** - I paid off the balance in full twice - On ********* credit score dropped 45 points because of these ( 2 ) PUNK Bankers / **************** & again - I have PAID this credit card in full on time twice. ( PLEASE ) - Drop DEAD ( YOU ) PUNK Bankers / total credit card. You will be sorry if you fall for their SCATOLOGICAL LIES as I did. LIES LIES LIES - CHEAP CHEAP Cheating bankers - ***** & flowers - you LYING PUNKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Scammers - when you try to cancel this high interest, high annual fee, low credit line card they give you a runaround, put you on endless holds, can't "find a supervisor" to cancel it etc. Took me a couple months and threats of legal action to get it canceled.

    Absolutely horrible. ***** at all cost! Made my 1st payment in full and on time with their preferred method of a bank transfer. 16 days later they refuse to update available credit to reflect the payment that cleared. Called to ask why and was told my account is under review for excessive authorizations, whatever the h*** that means. They requested I send billing statements proving ownership of my bank account by fax, even though the account is in my name and same address. Most ridiculous process of any credit card I have. Cancelling asap, not worth the aggravation. Im out the service fee I paid when the card arrived, but well worth it to be done with these clowns. Avoid this card at all cost.

    Its is almost as if they're capitalizing on the fact that your card info will get stolen. These days its pretty easy for someone to do it and rack up a debt. Thats why they give you a 300 dollar limit. Chump change. Pay them to go away basically. My card info got used all over on the other side of the nation. Maxed out. I was paying it on autopay I guess. Filed a fraud complaint they said they'd shut the card down and make it go away , give me a new card. No such thing happened. Caught them charging my bank account for dues AND that card was still actively being used by the fraudsters. I logged in and checked. They're out there charging it up. Fraud complaint 3 times. Everytime they have sent back saying that "it was found after our investigation that these (.........) belong to you" or something such. They're playing games. Inconvenient , but easily countered just cut the money off completely. They still believe that I owe them over twice my spending limit which was accrued because the fraudsters paid off the account somehow and it bounced after they maxed it out again. When mentioning the fraudulent charges in other multiple other states. The response is "All I am seeing is late fees here". Also , it should be noted that Total **** was purchased by Vervent about 4 years ago , but is issued by Bank Of Missouri? Total ****s address is to a PO Box in SD that is surrounded by maybe 6 other banks but is nowhere near a Bank Of Missouri. Kind of looks like someone is paying some only partially willing participant to handle the dirty work. They're the kind of criminals you didn't know really existed in ******* I'm sure.

    This company is the worst!!!! stay far away. I applied for the Total **** card and was approved. I then decided to withdraw my credit request. After noticing that the company had already ran my credit, and sent the card. I changed my mind and decided to keep the card. not knowing that they had already cancelled my card, I went ahead an paid the insane $95 fee. which if my account was terminated the why was I allowed to pay the fee? now they are holding my $95 fee hostage. My credit has taken a hit, I have no credit card, and am out $95 with negative bank balance. after speaking with 3 different managers all i got was sorry. no resolution was attempted. Horrible company stay far far away!!!!!

    If I could give negative stars I would. Where to even start first I never received the card in the mail and received notifications a payment was due. I called asked to close out the account because I did not even received the card. Was told it was closed nothing to worry about .Here we are months later still dealing with this joke of a company. I have called at least 5 times to tell them to stop emailing me and sending me mail . Was told over the phone the matter had been escalated not to worry shouldn't receive more notifications. Their reps are differently not based out of the US and nothing keeps getting done I am a very patient persons but this company is a joke.

    Every single employee is stupid and incompetent. The cheap elevator music they blast through the phones speakers hurts your ears and plays over and over and over on a loop.The payment system doesn't even post payments for several days causing errors in ur banking and possibly creating problems on your card payment itself.Everything about this card is terrible They sent my card regular mail even though I wanted expedited shipping. It got lost and I had to call over 10 times over a month. I recieved a bill before my card even arrived which I refused to pay.

    I applied for a Total **** Card over 30 days ago and I received a bill before I received the card that I paid a $99 processing fee for. I called to find out why did I receive a bill before the actual card. They told me that the card was shipped out oln 4/22 and on 5/20 I have not received this card. I have the **** app on my phone and every morning I get a notification of the mail that I will receive for that day. Since 4/20 to 5/20 I have not received anything from Total **** Card other than the bill for a card I have not received. Then I called the customer service call center and ******* was unrelenting in telling me the only way to expedite a card is for me to pay $35 for a Fed Ex overnight shipment of the card. So you are telling not only did you want me to pay a bill for a card that I did not receive but you want me to pay another $35 for you to expedite this card.To the people that are looking to restart their credit - run from this unscrupulous credit card service. Their workers have no insight into customer service and ******* you need another job.
