1 starGot a $95 charge from them. Tried calling their customer service to ask about it, but they don't have a way to talk to a human. When you hit the dispute option, you are given a mailing address. No matter what option you push, there is no way to talk to a human. Not even when you don't choose an option. Thank goodness for my bank. I contacted them to report the fake charges to get my money back. When researching them, apparently they are a bad credit card company. Giving fake amount for "line of credit", telling you that you were approved for one amount, then once you get the card, the annual fee is not payable and stays as a charge on your credit limit. Which means it is a deposit, not a fee, and their "limit" is fraudulently given to you. Their app doesn't work for anything other than showing you charges. Sounds super fake to me!!Review fromTina S

1 starMy advice to anyone applying for a **** card DO NOT and I repeat do not apply with this company. I had arranged for a payment to be debited from my account on October 20th however I went back online and cancelled the payment for that and made the payment on the 18th of October. The funds were debited from acct on the 19th and they also debited my account again on the 20th! I called in with the hopes of them just crediting the additional payment back to my checking account. Well that did not happen they advised me that I would have to call back on the following day and request a refund and that it would take 30days before I received my refund. I was very irate with them as contacted them three times and each time I was very irate. They kept apologizing and stating that their system does not credit the funds back to my checking account. I have complained and I said some very unprofessional words. Steer clear of Total **** Bank of Missouri. People, companies and or businesses do not care anything about customer service. Yet if the shoe were on the other foot and I owed them and had not paid them they would call me and turn my account over for collections and possible garnishment. Their interest rates are very high; however, I was looking to re establish credit and now that I have gotten my credit score up to par I do not wish to destroy my credit again. Signed very upset customer!Review fromBee F

1 starI closed this account 8 months ago paying the bill in full. 2 weeks later they began calling me for $10. I paid the $10 in full only to find out 8 months later the account is still open reflecting the $10 balance. I continue to call no one speaks clear english and this is the worst card and worst experience with a credit card. Exactly why I closed the account. This business needs review for faulty policies.Review fromSteven C

1 starMy bill was due on May 23rd. My card was over the limit by .12 cents. The minimum payment due was $41.00. In an attempt to correct these issues, I made a mistake and paid $40.12. I was then charged $30.00 for a late payment. I was charged $30.00 because I was .88 cents short of the minimum payment due. This SMALL error caused me to then go over my limit by $5.04. Thinking that the company would understand the issue, I contacted customer service and asked to have the $30.00 fee waived and even made an extra payment of $35.04. I patiently waited a week to see if the refund had been processed and it had not. Upon looking today, almost 2 weeks later, I noticed that I still had not been refunded. I called customer service again and was told that the "back-office" denied my request because my account was not 30 days or more overdue. I was denied a request to refund a $30 fee for an .88 cent error because I tried to rectify the situation in a fast and timely manner! That makes absolutely no sense and is a horrible business practice to have. When told this, I asked for a supervisor to escalate the issue. I was transferred to another person who told me basically I knew the rules when I signed up for the card and there was nothing that could be done. I am absolutely flabbergasted and very upset that because of an .88 cent error, that I lost $30.00 of my hard-earned money. I have other credit cards with other companies such as *********** and Continental Finance and have had fees waived for much larger issues and have never been denied with such a lame excuse. I may have a low credit score, but I am trying very hard to fix that and take financial responsibility. To have $30.00 STOLEN from me is a slap in the face. So, with the arrogant response of the 2nd person I spoke with today, I requested to talk to someone above this person. I was then "mockingly" told that I would have to wait 48 hours for a "supervisor" to call me back.Review fromJessica H

I received a "pre-approved" letter in the mail a few days ago. I went to their website and was sure to include the pre-approval code on my application, but was still denied? They emailed me a letter two days later claiming that I had a Risk 5.0 score and the key factor that "adversely" affected my score was that there was "Not Enough History on Provided ID." What does that even mean? And why is their company sending out pre-approvals if they're just going to deny the application anyway? I added an inquiry was for no reason.Vervent Inc
