    There are no contact numbers on their website. There is no way to contact them unless you have an account or make an account. Most importantly, why do I have a ding on my credit from you affiliated with me from today when I reported fraud on Tuesday to your bank, which is Truist Bank?Let me rephrase....I received a closed post card in the mail Tuesday, June 19th 2025 from Truist Bank notifying me that my $4059 debit was returned unpaid due to NSF. This was a surprise to me because I do NOT have an account with ************************ reported it to Truist immediately to a ****** at the Truist phone number. First ****** transferred me..... second ****** assured me that this fraudulent account was reported and the account would be closed. By the way, this call was not easy. These two individuals were not clear with their speaking ability or their understanding ability. Maybe they would be to their native country, but their accent was NOT AMERICAN. This phone call took a very LONG time.On Wednesday, I called again to ensure that everything had been cleared with Truist Bank and to my surprise it had not been. Evidently, I was supposed to have been given a case number and I was not given one. Same thing....more non American voices and hard to understand. However, a case number was given to me and I was assured that Truist would close this account and report as fraud. Yes. They had my social security number. They could not and would not send me any documentation showing my report or case number, just assured me that it was taken care of. Today, I received a notification that there was a hard inquiry with Lightstream Bank. Now, I begin to investigate this place because I absolutely did NOT apply for credit with them. Guess what? This Lightstream Bank is owned by TRUIST BANK.What kind of security do you people have? I've never been affiliated with Lightstream. I demand communication from a human that speaks clear English who can help me clear this up!

    I'm glad I didn't read the reviews and complaints prior to applying for a loan. We would've missed out on a great home improvement loan. My husband applied online, in his name only. The application was very straight forward, with a hard credit pull. His score was 690. Loan was for 40K over 84 months. Interest rate was *****% with auto pay out of our checking. This was the best rate we found after applying with several other options. Loan was funded the very next day. I have no complaints with LightStream. As previous reviews indicated, someone is using their name and scamming people. The true company is legit and a breeze to work with. Highly recommend.

    I got a boat loan through Lightstream. It was easy to get and the money came fast for the purchase. I never had any issues while having and paying for the loan. The problem came when I scheduled a payoff for the loan. They processed the payoff 4 days too early while I was in the process of transferring the payoff money from one bank to another. This caused one of my accounts to overdraft for a whole weekend. I could not do anything with these accounts due to this issue. I called Lightstream and told them what happened. and I was left with a "I don't know what happened but there's nothing we can do about it" so lightstream is basically no help to their customers when they s**** up. This ended up costing me about an extra $74 in overdraft fees and stop payment fees with no way to recoup the money because they don't take accountability for their negligence.

    I applied for an Auto loan and was declined because my credit was frozen. There is no way for me to call customer service to notify that I unfroze my credit. Why is there no response phone number ?? Why cant you contact me as a courtesy instead of a decline ?

    A scam they but a large amount and they take it out in small amounts ones they take it out of you account your now stuck with a large check that will bounce and your stuck paying back the bank for the amount they withdraw scam.dont deal with thise people

    I got taken also told me I was approved for a $2,000 loan sent me a documentation that actually did not look real look like photos that were taken of a document. Took my bank account routing number driver's license and a picture and never got back to me the next day I called several times with no response. he said his name was *** ****** I have documentation I kept the emails I kept the document everything but I'm sure it's a bogus number. Not giving them the chance to get into my account I'm going to call and cancel my account at the bank get a new card and try to learn this ****** the hard way again. advise any and everyone not to work with this company that goes under the name light stream.

    Scam me out $1,100 left my account negative now *************** have me under fraud cause they close my account because these jerks and all I was trying to do was get loan to help my baby mother with stuff for the baby now I cant get any banks they should not be allowed to exist.

    I applied for a loan, the loan manager started out nice over the phone. He then asked if I had venmo or apple pay, and I needed to go to ******* after he puts ****** in my account and then I need to return the money back that way he will know if I'm an honest person. I smelled scam through the phone. I explained I was a cancer patient and couldn't leave home, he offered to send a **** for me. What did he not understand. He got upset and said I was wasting his f****** time, I was a dumb f****** b**** I responded to him with an kind email thanking him for restoring my confidence in mankind.

    In an attempt to get a loan that I had been approved of for 3 days had to pays fees constantly different amounts anywhere from $140, $200 $250 and on 3 rd day after already laying $250 that morning demanded another$100. Enough was enough and refused to pay more with a promise of a loan that never happened
