I place an order for ATV part on November 5 2021. It was showing a good delivery date. On December 1 2021 they advised me that there is issues with theyre supplier and it will take longer. This was the last time someone contacted me. Since then I emailed multiple times for updates and to cancel and get a refund but no response. I called the toll free number and the other. No one answered. My order number is **************** and they charged my **** ****** can funds.Initial Complaint

I ordered an outboard motor fuel tank from bikebandit.com on 8/9/21, received confirmation, and my credit card was charged. On 8/10/21 I was informed that the item was unavailable from the manufacturer and that they would give me a refund.I've been periodically trying to contact the seller ever since trying to get a credit for the cancelled order (****************).Initial Complaint

Hi. I ordered parts from Bikebandit.com on 11-12-21 for $91.02. It said they were in stock at the time but 4-8 weeks after I ordered their website said they were on backorder as it does today. The order confirmation said they would ship it ASAP. Order#****************. I have not received anything from them yet. I have tried calling them many times and never been able to get through. I have sent emails but without a response. The last time I tried calling their number I got a recording that it was disconnected. At this point it has been more than 5 months and I would like my money back. Other retailers have these parts in stock so its not as if they are unavailable.Initial Complaint

Original order was for factory ***** motorcycle parts purchased on 11/08/21 via bikebandit.com for the amount $1202.67. Our credit card was charged the full amount on 11/8/21 and I received an email confirmation from bike bandit.com that the order was received. On 11/10/21 I received an email stating that some of the items ordered were on national backorder from ***** and would be approx. **** weeks and others would be shipped out ASAP. Understanding we were in a global pandemic we responded that we were willing to wait and to ship when available. On 11/12/21 I received 1 item for the order in the amount of $2.49. This would be the last contract I would have with them. I sent a follow up email on 1/10/22 as we were now in the 12th week since intital order to check status. No response. Send 3 more email each following week with zero response. Finally attempted to call their toll free #, unable to get a human on the phone, left numerous messages for a return call. Zero response. Started getting a bit upset, so tried to contact via other avenues, ie: ******** and instagram and this is when I found out that others were in the same boat and that bikebandit.com was out of business yet their website is still accepting new orders (fraud). Also the address they list now on their goolgle listing is some random residential street. I have attempted several dozen times since january requesting to cancel order and get a refund and have yet to receive any kind of response. I also filed a claim with my bank to dispute the charges and they were unable to contact bikebandit.com and because of the time since original transaction (because I thought I was waiting on backordered parts, not that the company was out of business) would not refund my charges because it was beyond 60 day.sInitial Complaint

I placed a parts order on August 28th 2021 order # Thank You for Your Order **************** totaling ****** cents which was charged to my debt card. The sent my a email explaining due to the pandemic I should expect long delays for delivery. I've recently tried to call them with the number provided on there website and its not active and I've sent them a email on March 16 2022 looking for information on my order and I haven't received a response. I ordered atv parts on 10/31/21 for $548.23 from bike bandit. I ordered through affirm loan which paid bike bandit the full amount. My order number is ****************. The last communication was 11/4/21 saying some of the parts were discontinued and Ive never received a refund for that. I have not received any of the parts that were not discontinued. I have emailed them twice, and called twice and left messages. I just want a full refund for the amount. As far as Im concerned they are a bunch of crooks that steal peoples money and should be put out of business. I have paid affirm ****** so far and owe them ******.Initial Complaint

I order 5 scooter parts from BB, 4 parts came, returned the items without even using them or no damage. Havent heard from them about my refund or the last part the was on back order.. now their phone is off and the live chat is not working.. its been almost 4 months nowInitial Complaint

I placed the following order #**************** on bikebandit.com on 9/08/2021:Item Name Sidi Performer ****-Tex Motorcycle Boot289.99 Black, 10 / 44 Part Number: ******* Alpinestars SP-8 V3 Gloves199.95 Black, Long Cuff, Leather, Large Part Number: ******** Subtotal:389.94 Shipping:0.00 Tax:21.45 Total:411.39 My credit card was charged $411.39 at this time. I received the Alpinestars gloves shortly thereafter, and also received an email from Bikebandit on 9/14/21 notifying me that my Sidi boots were on backorder. I have been patiently waiting for my boots since that time, but still have not received any status update. I finally called bikebandit a couple weeks ago to check status and just got a voicemail. So, I left a message with my order number and requested a status update on the backordered item. I did not receive any response. So, I sent an email on 3/25/22 to [email protected] and requested cancellation and refund for the backordered boots, but have not received any response. I called bikebandit today and the phone number provided on website is no longer in service. After checking the ****** reviews for this company it looks like hundreds of other people are having the exact same problem with this company. I would like cancellation and refund of the backordered part of my order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for motorcycle parts at the end of 2020 and after six months of delays i requested a cancellation and was told I would be getting a refund. After a couple months paypal contacted me and informed me that the refund didn't complete and to contact the issuer. I did and was told they would rectify the issue, after six months of no word i attempted to contact bikebandit again twice and never received a reply.
