Placed an order on 9/24/21 for a ladder, step assembly for a 2018 ****** VX Waverunner, part #*******, F2X-U278A-00-00 in the amount of $153.95. As of today, 3/24/2022, product has not arrived. Several phone calls have been made over this time with messages left. Last phone call made on 3/24/2022 resulted in learning the phone has been disconnected. At no time has anyone reached out to me. Have had no personal contact with anyone from the company since placing the order. Purchase was completed with a credit card, and card was charged up front at the time of purchase.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order for dirt bike radiator guards on November 1, 2021, order #**************** for $187.39 USD. I received one email in response to me inquiring about when I would receive the product on Nov 23, 2021 from *******. Since then I have not received email responses, there phone number isnt in service. I did try their international line and left a voicemail on that. I want my money refunded.Initial Complaint

I ordered four carburetor screws for a ***** CB650 in September of 2021 and have yet to receive parts or refund and they do not answer their phone number and I've called consecutively since then their online chat service is no longer functioning and their email does not get responses they promised that they would deliver the parts and it has been months and I have received no parts or no refund the charge was $96.21.Initial Complaint

I ordered a part for my ***** on 11/14/21 and payment was taken immediately. I emailed them in December asking where my item was. Received an email back advising part was on back order. I had them cancel my order. I received cancellation confirmation on 12/14/21 and was advised my account would be receiving a refund in 3 to 4 business days. I never received a refund. On 9/14/21 a purchase was made in the amount of $1,797.04 for frame 270TA. On 9/15/21 I received an email that it was on back order with no expected date of delivery. After still not receiving the item as well as not being able to get a hold of anyone on the phone numbers or emails provided I tried to open a claim with my bank. They cannot refund based on the date of purchase. However the site is claiming delayed delivery due to COVID related issues and no expected delivery date. I have tried to contact at different times, different days and using different methods but there is no way to get a hold of ante and nobody ever returns emails or voicemails.Initial Complaint

I ordered a part for my 4 *******. I got an email confirmation. The part was $415.98. This was in October 2021. I never received it. I emailed no response. I called lines were busy due to increased call volume. The site says due to the wait on parts your order may take longer. I called and emailed. No response. Reading the comments under their fb page I have been scammed along with many others.Initial Complaint

Ordered parts on Dec.2 have emailed 7 times and called double that asking and leaving messages if and when they are shipping parts no answer on any of them will not send parts or refund my money may be only a 105,00 dollars but that's the same as stealingInitial Complaint

I have been trying to contact Bikebandit via phone, email and chat and I'm unable to get in contact with them as to the status of my order. I ordered motorcycle parts on October 13, 2021. I never received the parts. Order status says pending on their website. I sent an email to cancel my order and was never refunded my money. They are not returning calls or emails. They have essentially stolen my money.
