      I recently became aware that my account was still owed. I have been trying to log on to pay the rest. Everytime I try to logon it will not go any further and let me. Why is this happening?

      I ordered a 55 inch ** from Zebit on September 6, 2023. The ** arrived damaged, with a large crack in the screen. I reached out to the company via email (can't call them for some reason), 3 days later, telling them the ** was damaged and that I would like a refund of my down payment. I have emailed them 3 times and have received no response from anyone at the company. I'm asking for my down payment to be refunded. I just want a refund and for the company to be responsive to their customers.

      I purchased these items from Zebit for our Vacation in April. I received everything except the actual ***'s Crab Shack ecertificate, it came across with the name but no barcode for the restaurant to scan. The ******************* certificate came across just fine. I have contacted the company waited months for them to tell be they no longer sell ecertificates and can't resend my ecertificate. I wanted this to be my last resort, but honestly thought I could take care of it, because I have had no problems with this company before. I just want a refund or my ecertificate.

      It's been almost 6 months. And it still continues to say on the web that the financial platform is still under maintenance. They always give the same response to all emails:"Hello, Thank you for your email. Financing has been temporarily paused while we are addressing matters with our Platform. This is not related to your account status. At this time, we do not have a timeframe as to when this issue will be resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause."

      I had an issue with my payments on my account, and it was passed to a third party (**********).I was willing to pay the collection company, however I noticed the balance was higher than expected so I asked for a verification of the debt amount before setting up a plan.They then came back to me weeks later and told me they were no longer handling the account and to contact Zebit as they have it again. I did this via email but have received no response.I am looking for a way to make payments towards the account.

      We have responded to the customer with the amount owed and explanation, which was the correct amount forwarded to ***********.  Due to the customer disputing the amount and stating that it was paid off, *********** has sent the account back to us. We have verified with the customer that they are still unable to log in to pay and are working with our IT Team so the customer has access to make payments.

      I have been using Zebit for a few years and have been a very loyal customer. Ive never missed a payment or had any issue. For the past 6 months or more, I cannot purchase anything. Not through financing or just a regular purchase. *** reached out many times to see if the company is out of business and get no response. The website and app are still active, but theyve seemingly disappeared. I feel that long time customers deserve some level of communication at the very least.

      I purchased a Royal Carribean Gift card. I am unable to locate in email and have requested on numerous occasions to have them resend and have not been able to reach anyone via email. I have sent upwards of 13 emails requesting it be sent. To resolve issue I just would like resent. Order number for item is ********* and email associated with account is ***********************

      I had been making payments on my Chromebook consistently. I could understand if I never paid on it at all but that wasn't the case This was my first and ONLY purchase on zebit ever. I had financial issues at some point and it was either pay my rent or pay zebit. They shut my account down for non payment even though I notified them by phone that I was financially in a tough spot. I contacted them about my account and they simply stated they wouldn't reinstate my account at all for one single occurrence completely outside of my control. They really don't care or consider any thing.

      The customer's account is written off to a third party.  We are unable to reinstate your account due to your account going to collections. I understand the amount that was past due.  Customers are given plenty of opportunity to make payments in a timely manner.  Zebit also sends payment reminders on a regular basis. Once an account has an invoice in default for 90 days or more, Zebit will send the account to a third-party collection agency.  This process is followed for all accounts.  We understand that decisions like this are disappointing for customers, but the decision cannot be changed.

      My last order was fully paid off on December 4 of 2023. Ever since after that, it says the sites under maintenance and no orders can be put through to be paid in full or financed. I received a vague email in response, but I would like a definite answer as to when this problem will be fixed and I can place orders. Its been almost a year.

      I have been unable to make any purchases using Zebit. I am unsure about whats going on with the company if they are going out of business since there is no information. I feel they are not being honest to their customers. If they are going out of business please let the customers know. First the ecertificates were unavailable now you you cant make purchases since it says site is under maintenance for over 5 months.
