      This is my formal request to address and resolve the unauthorized accounts that are currently listed on my credit report. These inaccurate entries have significantly impacted my FICO score, leading to a noticeable decline that has caused challenges in maintaining my financial standing.       I received an email from ********* stating that I owed Zebit. I contested this with them and they said zebit it provided them with documents showing how I owe. I have never did business with this company. When trying to contact this company you cant. And now they are reporting to my credit.

      My significant other purchased 2 gift cards through Zebit back in December of 2021. These were for my parents to use at Christmas time. We were told that the gift certificates did not expire. When my parents went to go and use the gift certificates this year in 2024, they were told the gift certificates were invalid. I have uploaded the screenshots of the purchases. I have tried to contact Soothe about this problem and they also said there are no gift certificates on file, however this is not true as I have uploaded screenshots of the order number and purchase. When I tried to contact Zebit about the issue, it seems as if the company is no longer up and running and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone about this. I want the $300 I spent with Zebit back into my new checking acct so I can at least purchase a new gift for them. This has not only been a hassle, but VERY embarrassing too!!! To buy a gift certificate for people and then to have them redeem it and then to be told they are invalid is absolutely ridiculous considering we paid $300 for the gift certificates. Soothe has also been 100% unhelpful in my multiple attempts (at least 15 chats with them) to locate these gift certificates and I will be filing a complaint about them as well to have this resolved.

      I received a collections account on my credit report. I have never opened an account with ********************. I have attempted many times to contact them about this identity fraud but can't make contact. I have filed a dispute but I need to know who did this and how zebit allowed the account to be opened and charged off. Someone charged $472 in may name. I wan this removed completely. I have had to freeze all of my credit to prevent further harm. How did someone open a fake account? Why wasn't I contacted.

      They have not honored there points promise to me and I lost $150 worth of hard earned points that were coming to me because of my money spent on there website

      My wife received an email from January ********** stating they were trying to collect a bill for Zebit We have never heard of Zebit and every thing on the web says their web site has been down for months. Is this a scam of some kind? Any help you can give us will be appreciated.

      I received a collection letter from a company named January. Ive never dealt with the company ZEBIT but its telling me that I have a debt $120. The company does not answer and January ** horrific to deal with. Nobody can answer any questions. They want my Social Security number and Im refusing they should be able to prove who they are not who I am. I want this communication to stop, and if they claim I own money, I want proof. They need to prove to me, not I to them.

      I ordered a 55 inch ** from Zebit on September 6, 2023. The ** arrived damaged, with a large crack in the screen. I reached out to the company via email (can't call them for some reason), 3 days later, telling them the ** was damaged and that I would like a refund of my down payment. I have emailed them 3 times and have received no response from anyone at the company. I'm asking for my down payment to be refunded. I just want a refund and for the company to be responsive to their customers.

      I purchased these items from Zebit for our Vacation in April. I received everything except the actual ***'s Crab Shack ecertificate, it came across with the name but no barcode for the restaurant to scan. The ******************* certificate came across just fine. I have contacted the company waited months for them to tell be they no longer sell ecertificates and can't resend my ecertificate. I wanted this to be my last resort, but honestly thought I could take care of it, because I have had no problems with this company before. I just want a refund or my ecertificate.
