      I had the worst experience twice now This Jack in the box by my house. The first one was I got food and my burgers were hard on the bun with probably old bread, and look stepped on. Disgusting and had to return from ordering from drive through how frusterating spending your money to get old food. Now this morning I had my daughter and her friend and they wanted some food and I thought hey maybe Ill give them a second try and hopefully this time it will be fresh. Because I truely believe you shouldnt base a company off one bad experience but it was twice now. I waited 20 minutes and still didnt have my food and had to ask for a refund i literally seen the kids meals sitting there and they said they were waiting for fries how unfprofessional for one because my food had been sitting and now waiting on fries and then the fact it was a 20 plus minute wait and then I received no apology they actually had one of the employees acting as if I was a huge problem for asking for my money back because I was waited 20 minutes. I have the receipt and was waiting since 9:40 receipt said and it was almost 10 am by the time I asked for my refund. Then got treated like that I was a problem for calmly asking for a refund. Its fast food not a diner which I could have got my food quicker. Poor service, like poor poor service. Makes **** look like a joke of a company. Unprofessional and dont know how to talk to people. The food obviously is old because they dont know how to time management when cooking and handling drive through and in person orders. I will be reporting to health department as it was super dirty and didnt look like it had been cleaned that morning like it should be. The whole store is just a joke all around from service to cleansliness , and the food . Worst service Ive ever experienced.

      Garbage I think Jack in the box is garbage the lady just got done telling me to go f*** myself literally and started making fun of me like bullying me out the window and told me to go shove my tacos in my a** that I deserve to die this wasn't the first time I have encountered this type of business customer service with this company and I would like to give them the worst name possible please help me with this business for I try to get a hold of customer complaint service and they don't even have a customer complaint I feel helpless and frustrated and outraged somebody's going to have to handle it or I will handle it myself promise you that so what is it going to be

      Under repair, running maintenance, machine is broken, no this, no that yall have no respect for the common people. I understand costumer service especially in the fast food industry is difficult but on a human level not only does this corporation demean the employees and demand to solve corporate wide issues but also serve inhumane food products to its clientele and customers on an hourly basis. It used to be just an issue with the order, maybe something missing, but now it has sent me and my family to the *** The food isnt safe. The staff are disrespectful. And the prices reflect loss of business.

      This is the second time in 2 months I have came to a jack in the box and the prices I was charged weren't what Was advertised. When I asked employees both times they had no answers and looked just clueless. I always went through the drive thru on both visits and I was charged for separate seating? Each was taxed individually.

      Drive-through manager overcharged me an was rude brushing me off "to go to next doors resturant ******** (better choice)if I didnt like it" after over charging me an wouldnt explain the overcharge!! *******, *****.

      The here in ******* ********** is hardly open and yet when you order via app it just let's you and they take your money. Now you're hungry cause you didn't get your order and you lost money cause they weren't open. I think that location needs to be closed permanently or the hours need to be updated cause ain't no way its open from 6 am to 11 pm. I've filed a complaint with them and asked for refund and they offered a coupon for a free ***********. I don't want fries I want my money back. It's sad that once this corporation was on top after ********** but now they **** and should just close!

      The soda has a weird taste and aftertaste. I thought it was just me but I remember first thinking something was off a couple months ago and stopped ordering soda, but today I did get a soda and something was obviously wrong. My suspicion is that the machine probably hasn't been cleaned in a very long time.

      The employee I tried to order from didn't even know about a deal Jack in the Box was offering and as a result, refused to apply the deal to the order I would have made.

      I went to a jack in the box on ********************************************************************************* .This morning I order a small order my son a kids meal upgraded his drink to a small lemonade then I went to order myself a ********************* coffee and two tacos through the drive thru. As I went in for my first sip thank god I was still in the parking lot cause I thought I got a chunk of ****** but I didnt order ****** I order vanilla and I felt a weird texture in my mouth to spit out a bug on my first sip . I had to pull back in made a video for my proof of course and walked in with the napkin along with my sons lemonade he did not drink and my food cause I lost my appetite its been two hours and I still havent ate cause Im so disgusted. The outcome was their face was disgusted and they partial refunded my order since my son ate his kid meal duh its the morning we are hungry but I dont think that was fair I just had a bug in my mouth for a partial refund and then not knowing where the bug came from saying it was already in the cup I feel disrespected and not cared for about the situation whatsoever not to mention they didnt even give me a receipt to complain on the them and Im pretty sure I ordered a large and a regular which I didnt even care about their second mistake but just the fact I had a bug in my mouth imagine if it was in my autistic childs drink and not mine

      I went through the drive thru at *************************************************** on 6/12/22 at 3:15pm I ordered 8 tacos and 2 large fries for me and my boyfriend. When I got home I realized I only got 1 order of fries, so I called the store to complain. The person that answered sounded like a teenager and told me that I was only charged for 1 fry and dismissed the issue. 8 tacos and 1 fry should be $7.44 but I was charged $10.34 so unless fries are $5, I was over charged.She never apologized and continued to insist that I was only charged for 1 order of fries but the math doesn't add up and there is no way to verify it except for doing the math based on menu prices and what was drafted from my bank acct since I was not given a receipt.I was not satisfied with the resolution after calling the 1st time, so I called back to speak to a supervisor and a male answered and said there was no supervisor there. Then I asked: Are you telling me telling me there is nobody in charge there? That is when the same girl I spoke to the 1st time got back on the phone and I told her again the math did not add up and I told her I would be filing a complaint.
