      They charged $2.75 despite cancelling the subscription right afterward. Trying to reach them for a week, but no email.

      We appreciate the opportunity to address ****************'s complaint.

      After carefully reviewing our records, we confirm that Shafta P. signed up for our resume-building services on June 23, 2024. Our website offers the following subscription options:

      a) Full access for 14 days at a discounted rate, automatically renewing to a monthly plan at a monthly fee.
      b) An annual plan, paid upfront, providing year-long access without automatic renewal.
      c) A three-month plan, paid upfront, providing access for three months without automatic renewal.

      Shafta P. chose the 14-Day Trial, as indicated on the selection page. Directly below the subscription options, it states, "Auto-renewal after a 14-day trial at $23.75 every four weeks." Additionally, the purchase confirmation page disclosed that the subscription would "begin immediately and renew on July 7, 2024, to our monthly service at $23.75 per month." This page also provided information on how to cancel before the monthly charge.

      On June 24, 2024, Shafta P. inquired about the $2.75 charge. We offer both free and paid subscriptions. Our basic access allows users to create and download a plain text resume using our examples and tips. However, to download, print, or email a professionally formatted resume using our copyrighted templates in PDF or Word format, a subscription is required. ******************** Purchased the 14-trial subscription for $2.75. 

      Shafta P. purchased the services on June 23, 2024, and requested a refund on June 24, 2024. We apologize for the delay in our response. Shafta P. canceled the subscription on June 23, 2024, and was refunded $2.75 on July 2, 2024. Please advise Shafta P. to allow up to seven business days from the processing date for the refund to reflect in their bank account.

      I have been told my customer support that there is no "add section" feature for their cover letter service. However, for potential buyers, the company indeed does advertise the exact feature I need and have been asking customer service about. They are falsely adverstising a feature "add new section" to buyers, when the company does not have this feature and refuses to provide it.

Please advise ********************* to allow from seven to ten business days from the processing date for the funds to be credited to his bank account.

      On September 28th, 2023, I used this service to create a resume. The site offered a 14-day trial for $2.75 (which I purchased) and asked for credit card details. The service supposedly normally costs $23.75 for every 4 weeks. I did not cancel the subscription. I checked my transactions through my banking app, and it shows that I have a running balance of $296.78 with them. Mathematically, it is impossible that I have accrued such a balance given the timeline in which I have been using this service.

      Upon thorough review of our records, we did not find any indication of the mentioned amount, $296.78. Our investigation revealed that the account was billed a total of $71.25, covering the period from the initial subscription on November 28, 2023 (with an initial charge of $2.75), up to the cancellation on December 10, 2023 (cancellation number: 304943426).

      It's important to note that ***************** was billed three times monthly, each for the amount of $23.75. We sent detailed information regarding the account to ***************** on December 11, 2023, on behalf of the ResumeNerd Team. Regrettably, the disputed amount does not align with our records.

      We eagerly await your further response to facilitate the resolution of this matter with *****************. If there are any additional details or concerns, please do not hesitate to share them with us. We are committed to reaching a satisfactory resolution.

      Resine has been charging me for two years after paying for a resume. They have a dead email so I had no idea that they were charging me. My daughter did it through her school and graduated in 2021. They have been charging me ***** with no one using the product for 2 years and they are refusing to stop payment on this last month even though I called them and told them what they have been doing. They are a scam to get young people just staring out.

      We have conducted a thorough investigation, and we could only find a basic account under **************************  The basic subscription was created on June 30, 2023, and the purchase was never submitted.  ************************* contacted our Customer Support team on June 30, 2023, requesting a cancellation, to which we answered, requesting additional details to locate any other accounts. However, ************************* never replied. 

      At this time, we request further information from ************************* to confirm what services she signed up for.  The subscription could have been created under a different email.  Please have ************************* confirm the first six and last four digits of her charged credit card and inform you if there are any alternate email addresses she could have used to sign up for our services. 

      We look forward to receiving a further response to finalize this matter with **************************

      The company was called Resume Now but came up under Resume Nerd. The charge is 23. + change per month. Their phone number is **************. I cant find a way to cancel subscription.

However, we havent received any reply. ************** mentioned Resume-Now as a company who is charging her Credit Card. Please know that Resume-Now is a different company and the same is not associated to ResumeNerd.

      My complaint is with an online resume service, namely Resumenerd. Ive never received ANYTHING from these people! Absolutely nothing worth $25/month!! Now, Im being charged every month with no way to cancel. They state on their site, cancel at any time, however there are no records of the transaction on my phone much less any way to cancel. Every other purchase Ive made using my IPhone, there is a running monthly statement and a way to cancel. Im not going to stand still and be suckered out of my money each month! Not matter what, it will be resolved. My wifes and my bank account have recently been hacked by this type of ****!!! Wont happen again!!! Damned fact!! I know for a fact there are other folks going through the same thing

      We have reviewed our files and our records show that *********************** signed up for our ************** services ResumeNerd on September 17, 2021. The subscription was created with the email address ****************************** Purchase confirmation page online provided *************************** with a choice of full access for 14 days at a discounted rate $1.75, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee $24.75, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month, but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long.  **************** selected to accept our offer for the 14 days at a discounted rate of $1.75, which automatically renews to our monthly access fee of $24.75 on the 15th date on October 2,2021. During this time **************** did not request any cancelation until, January 27, 2022, when he contacted our **************************** and requested to cancel his account which was canceled accordingly.

      We are truly sorry **************** feels there was no way to cancel, however, we would like to clarify that each premium account with ResumeNerd has a self-cancel option available from their online experience. Its important to be logged into the account to be able to click on ""Manage Account"" >""Subscription"" > in which you will see an option to cancel the subscription.

      this company has charged my credit card in May, June, July, August, September, and October 2021 for a subscription i did not subscribe to, apparently this is a normal business practice for them.
