      I bought a shoe (paid $150) two days ago and use it for only one day, the shoe sole tore, I went back to the store they told me they can't take it back or replace because I am not VIP member. This is really not a good policy, and I am not recommending anyone to buy from them.

      Disallowed a return of brand new shoes. Businesses that operate like them are a disgrace. Buy somewhere else.

      Roadrunner Sports is a dishonest company. I agree completely with all the reviews regarding the "membership" charges, which I did not agree to. The bank contacted me as the charge was flagged for fraud as RR input the wrong zip code. I said I did not authorize this or any other charge. Just learned RR kept trying and the charge went through several days later for $49.99.Just off the phone with so-called customer service who argued with me, told me I could not prove I didn't sign up for this, and reluctantly agreed with me that they kept my CC information from a prior purchase ONE YEAR AGO to run this membership fee through. He was rude and dismissive of my comments that I did not sign up for this, repeatedly saying that I cannot prove it. He also reluctantly admitted that the email they had on file - which supposedly says I can cancel my membership (the one I never agreed to) - was over 5 years old and not used any longer. Too bad as they used to be a good company. I will never buy anything there again.

      Purchased 2 pair of shoes online to compare. Took them straight to the Roswell Rd store and tried them on their treadmill. Spent about 5 mins in each on the treadmill and chose the pair I liked best. Took both pair home and ran in the pair I liked. I kept the second pair just in case but never ran in them. A week later I took the second pair back to return them. The manager said they were worn and accused me of lying about not running in them. To prove his opinion that they were worn, he showed the shoe to 2 of his associates who both said they looked new. Only then did he give me a refund all while he continued to accuse me of abusing the return policy. Will never buy from Road Runner Sports again.

      My account has a $99.99 charge from Road Runner Sports, posted 19 March 2024. This was absolutely not communicated and I have returned the shoes, so I don't even have the product.

      I paid for the membership plan during my first visit to the *************, ** store on March 2, 2023. I was told that they would send an email before the renewal date a year later. They did NOT send an email. So when I was awakened by a text from my bank at 7 am on Sunday, Feb 18, 2024, asking if I authorized a payment of $99.99, I replied NO. My card was then deactivated. I had taken a friend to buy shoes using my membership benefits on Jan 26, 2024. The store employees stressed that friends and family would be able to use the benefits. However, when I denied the charge on Feb ******** Runner charged the membership renewal to my friend's credit card!! THAT IS FRAUD, IS IT NOT?? After several calls to ***************** today March 7, 2024, ***** told me that he could take my membership off of Auto Renewal. I agreed to that, but he would not send me an email confirming that. Nor am I able to see that on the online account.

      This company is a SCAM. They signed me up under false pretenses that it was only $19.99 per month and then I find out that it's $49.99 at my renewal. I purchased from them again and they have upgraded me several times to family and platinum without telling me. I have had to downgrade my account but they upgrade whenever I purchase something. I will be cancelling my membership immediately and I expect they will try to charge my card. I am debating if I am looking into a class action lawsuit considering all these reviews that claim this business is fraudulent.

      Fraud Alert! I cancelled my membership with them. Two days later I received an email that my membership was successfully renewed. The fraudulently charged my son's credit card, without his authorization for the membership fee on my account, the charge was processed AFTER I cancelled the membership. When I called they had no explanation as to why they charged his card except that it was used to purchase a shoes on my membership. BEWARE apparently they stored his card and when my charge did not go through (due to cancellation) they used the next card they had on file - again without his authorization! I will NEVER shop there again, and do not recommend anyone sign up for a membership!

      Very poor customer service. After I complained about my shoes not having arrived in the time frame that was on my purchase email, the customer service rep wanted to be argumentative and stated that the shoes were to arrive in 2-5 business days, but the website and my receipt stated 2-4. The tracking number stated that the shoes were enroute but ******* stated that they were going to be delivered that day, BUT I received an email that morning stating that they would be delivered the following day. What a mess! Oh BTW it had been over 7 days.

      I WANT OUT, I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS "MEMBERSHIP"!I've emailed and called to cancel. I cannot get through on the phone, and the email response says they cannot answer my question because I have not included an order number. I will report this company to the **** and reverse the charges to my credit card. DO NOT BUY SHOES from this company unless you want to spend $50 per year or lose hours of your life trying to cancel a worthless membership.
