    I be paid this business $800 to represent me in student loan forgiveness. Everytime I call it tells me to leave a voicemail and the mailbox is full. I want my $$$ and my private information back!

    The *** who called me was very rude and unprofessional after I told him I was not going to give him a debit card, he started to threaten me with ***orting my debt. When he realized I was not going to give him a debit card, he tells me OK, so you want me Let the *********************** know that youre going to pay them, I said no, Im not saying that and please dont, He said its not a question. Its what were going to do. Then he hangs up the phone on me. He says I made an inquiry to their company last August. Its been a long time. I honestly do not remember. Out of the blue, he called me today wanting me to give him my debit card to start the process of $250 a month. I told him I dont know who he is or what company hes calling from that I would need to do research. He asked me to give him an old credit or debit card or p***aid card that doesnt work so that he can send me a contract and start charging me beginning March 1, 2025. As soon as I told him, Im not doing it right now he got upset was passive aggressive, rude and unprofessional. This company can threaten me all they want and try to put me in debt. They are out here to s**** you over. Be careful of these scammers.

    On 12/12/2024, I received a call from United Aid Group claiming to be affiliated with the ****************************. They claimed they could help with my student loans and pressured me into paying $995 for their "services." Unfortunately, I later discovered that this company is a scam. After the call, I contacted my actual student loan servicer to verify the legitimacy of this company, and they confirmed that United Aid Group is under investigation by the *************************** and the ************************************************* (****) for fraudulent ************* appears that this company preys on borrowers by pretending to have connections with federal programs, luring them into paying for unnecessary or non-existent services. To make matters worse, reports suggest that the companys owners are also being accused of selling personal information to other scammers, which puts victims at even greater risk.This experience has left me feeling frustrated and violated. Not only was I scammed out of my money, but I now worry about the security of my personal information. Its alarming that companies like this are allowed to operate under the guise of helping people with student loans, only to exploit their trust and financial vulnerability.I want others to be aware of this scam and to stay vigilant. If youre ever contacted by someone claiming to be from the *********************** or a loan forgiveness program, always verify their identity directly with your loan servicer before providing any information or making payments. Lets hold United Aid Group accountable for their deceptive practices and warn others before they become victims of this fraud.This company must face justice for the harm theyve caused to so many people. Please share this to spread awareness and protect others from falling into their trap!

    In August of 2023 this company was paid to act on my behalf for Student Loan Debt Relief based on the "Borrower's Defense" claims. I did get an email with a claim number supposedly from the ***********************, but I am unable to confirm any details. Now, the voice mail for the company is full and I have been unable to reach anyone at their known office for 2 months.

    SCAMMERS! I've told these people to stop calling 7 times now. They call every week. Claiming to be able to relieve me of student debt. They also claim that I have requested information on this. It might be believable if I actually had any student debt. I however have NONE. The most recent number that called me was ************.

    Called me confirming all of my personal information including my SS number and email address. They went through my FSA Password info. Submitted to see if I "qualify for the program and wanted $239 for 4 months until payments are made then should be clear. I am not making payments but they have trued to get me with this same scenario and wanted my license number and other pertinent info. I told him I will not proceed any further is more info is required. His name was supposedly "***** ******" Called me from ************ and the email he sent me had phone number ************. Had both calls in hand as if he was expecting a call. Whatever they are doing, they are working hard to get info. Email address ***************************************

    I was told I would have my student loans forgiven and after paying a few months, I never gave any information because it felt off they were able to have all my information before I gave it to them. I had to request several times in an email to stop payment and I was not going to go further with this. I never gave them the information requested so nothing was started. On July 19, 2024 I was told I would be getting a refund and it would be 5-10 business days. I emailed on Aug 1 to confirm the amount and let them know it still wasnt in my account and asked if it would be there by the 2nd. It is now August 2nd and they said my refund had a glitch in the software and its still pending. I was told it was moved up and I would hear back. I called at 930 PT and by 5pm PT they still had no information or updates for me. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she was the head of the department and there wasnt anyone. When I finally told and demanded to her I wanted to leave a voicemail to who she reports to she sends me to the generic message system and the mail box is full. I was told to not expect my refund on Monday but thank you for my patience. They never emailed me back with any response until I called.

    I applied for United Aid Groups program to help with my borrower's defense for my student loans, they hounded me for payments to their program stating that the sooner I paid them the quicker my loans would be deferred. I finished paying them in full but every time I reach out to them, I get the same message over & over. I have included those emails in the attachments section.

All you have to do is email our support team. The email document that you attached doesnt show anything; also the contract that you provided on here shows all of your personal information (including your social security number). It would be highly recommended that you remove that attachment.  Please email our support team at ********************************** for assistance.

    I gave them 119.50 2x every month from Feb until June. I asked them show me proof things were being worked on and they have not. When I call them they have an automatic message that says their associates are busy. I would like to get my money back
