      I applied for United Aid Groups program to help with my borrower's defense for my student loans, they hounded me for payments to their program stating that the sooner I paid them the quicker my loans would be deferred. I finished paying them in full but every time I reach out to them, I get the same message over & over. I have included those emails in the attachments section.

All you have to do is email our support team. The email document that you attached doesnt show anything; also the contract that you provided on here shows all of your personal information (including your social security number). It would be highly recommended that you remove that attachment.  Please email our support team at ********************************** for assistance.

      I gave them 119.50 2x every month from Feb until June. I asked them show me proof things were being worked on and they have not. When I call them they have an automatic message that says their associates are busy. I would like to get my money back

      I have asked United Aid group based out of ********* to not contact me again about 4 times now. I get multiple collect calls from this company daily. Everytime I answer an auto voice tells me if I would like to except a call then I get hung up on. These are multiple numbers from multiple states. If I call back it's the united aid group. I've asked multiple not to contact me. I will give some of the numbers below.The last interaction was from this number 771-2033571. The rep was named *****? Other numbers are *****************-305-9498, **********, ************

      *********************** United Aid Group is a STUDENT LOAN-DEBT SCAM organization. They promised to have my student loans forgiven and get me out of default, but none of that has happened and it's been almost a year. In order to receive their services, I had to make 5 payments of $239 during the months of February, March, April, ************ They won't return my phone calls or response to any of the emails I have sent regarding this matter. They resolution I seek is a full refund sum of $1195 so I can start paying off my student loans.

      I received a call yesterday from United Aid Group which he never stated where he was from explaining that he could remove my student loan debt. He proceeded by explaining my debt information and later stated that I was due back a refund of $14k if I proceed with paying this organization $250 for the next 5 months. That's where he messed up. He also restated my son number back to me. Unprofessional! No, company ask this of you especially if it's federal funded. Straight Scamming. So as I explained this to the scammer, he was getting really upset, which was funny. I told him have a nice day. So here's a great question,why aren't you a part of the BBB if you are legit? Why ask for funding if you are working with the government? They will pay you for services. I should know I work for the government idiot's. Moreover,why were you trying so gard to prove you are when your reputation should proceed you? You do need to comment back to me because I know that your organization is a scam and I will be reporting you today with many of my inside government contacts. So if I were you, I would cut the ** Scamming and leave folks alone. We already have to deal with this issue. We don't need your trumped up company making people lives worst. Do not use them people!

We always make it very clear we are not the ********** of ********** rather a third party service to help facilitate the options you may be eligible for through the ********** of ********** To assume providing a service like this is a scam without any proof or evidence of a monetary loss is defamation. We always do our best to make things right with our clients but in this particular circumstance the only thing we can do is internally investigate the phone call and make sure our agent was within our compliance guidelines. We apologize you didnt have a good experience speaking with one of our agents and will place you on our DNC list.

      This company called me in December and explained a program called Borrower Defense to me. They said that if I paid the **** dollars my loans would be discharged. I declined. I received another call last week from a woman saying she could do it for 400 dollars if I paid her through Zelle. I agreed, she went over all of my information again and told me I didnt need to speak to ***** anymore. She told me the exact date I talked to him and even mentioned some details of the conversation about my job that I told ***** about. I tried calling this morning to follow up with her and she doesnt answer. The voicemail indicates that its a TextNow number and Im starting to believe that I was scammed.
