              I made a purchase of 2 pairs of sunglasses Stellar ***** and Saige ***** on 5/25. Got an email stating both pairs were out for delivery on May 31st. Checked mailbox only one box once opened the *********** was only in there. I contacted company. Stating I didn't receive the Stellar *****. They never reached out Stating the product was sold out. I had to find out the product is sold out along with others for the same price. I was told only could get a voucher for future purchase or be sent a pair of glasses for the same price. Any pair I'd be interested in are all sold out and I don't want a voucher for not being able to receive merchandise in the future. I'd just like a refund. It's the least that can be done for the lack of customer service and cover up lying to customers.

              Never received my order! Tried calling & emailing for the 10 days and have not received a response and been on hold for more than an hour!No customer service at all! Received confirmation email that my order was placed on March 16th, and that it was shipped by March 18th, however the tracking still says processing.Will be filing a dispute with my CC company since I have not received my order or any response.Buyer beware order from somewhere else!!
