I made a purchase of 2 pairs of sunglasses Stellar ***** and Saige ***** on 5/25. Got an email stating both pairs were out for delivery on May 31st. Checked mailbox only one box once opened the *********** was only in there. I contacted company. Stating I didn't receive the Stellar *****. They never reached out Stating the product was sold out. I had to find out the product is sold out along with others for the same price. I was told only could get a voucher for future purchase or be sent a pair of glasses for the same price. Any pair I'd be interested in are all sold out and I don't want a voucher for not being able to receive merchandise in the future. I'd just like a refund. It's the least that can be done for the lack of customer service and cover up lying to customers.Business response

Looks like we did refund the item on June 4th and sent a confirmation email. The refund was sent to the original form of payment, your PayPal Express Account.
Refunds take several business days, depending on your banking institution.

I bought glasses from Blenders on April 17th. I was given an expected date of April 22nd to receive my package. Since then on April 30th I have not received my package and I do not have a date when I could possibly get it. I have reached out to Blenders multiple times to get an eta and they have not once answered back to my emails. I am looking for a response from the company and them taking some accountability to not being responsive. I want to support this company but its making it hard as they have not responded to help me know when Ill get my package.Business response

I ordered a pair of glasses from Blenders website. There is a 45 minute cancellation policy, and I cancelled within 10 minutes because my husband changed his mind about the glasses. They never cancelled the order. So I decided that I would just return the glasses when the order (Order #*******) came. The glasses arrived, and now I am attempting to return them, and the Blenders website says "order not found". I want to return them!!!!!!!Business response

Thanks for reaching out! We only have a 45 minute window to cancel orders before they close out for shipping. Unfortunately we didn't receive your request in time, and your order shipped and delivered. We do have a 45 day return & exchange policy for free returns.
Looks like you forgot to add your email address to your order, so you that's why you're having an issue creating a return. All orders must have an email address attached to the order to start a return.
I understand you've had a frustrating experience so far, so we can skip the return process. I just issued a full refund for you. You'll receive a notification shortly!

I placed an order on 3/22/2024 that included two pairs of sunglasses ***** each. I only received one pair and the shipment email stated both pairs were shipped and delivered. I have emailed four times, wrote a review, tried calling multiple times holding 15 minutes to just be hung up on. I have been a frequent customer of this company, I recently purchased a pair of glasses a few weeks ago and they broke on day one from poor quality issues . I reached out via email to the company on several occasions , they responded back telling me that they was going to have another department get in touch with me . They have never gotten back to me, and I reached out several more times and still the same thing . I want my glasses replaced or a complete refund , but the company will not respond to me.Business response

On March 14, during the 50% off sale, I purchased three pairs of sunglasses. I received my order on April 3. One pair of the glasses was not what I ordered. My order #*******. I did not receive the Grey action glasses, and instead received a pair I do not like. I emailed three different times. I tried calling multiple times. Each time I waited on hold for about 10 minutes then was disconnected without ever speaking to anyone. I want to get the sunglasses I ordered with the 50% off discount.Business response

In reading reviews its common to send a basic pair of sunglasses in place of the order I have contacted the company asking about ensuring the return is done correctly since the items won't match what was sent I want a refund and a return postage with tracking to send the glasses backBusiness response

Hi,I placed an order on 3/26/24. I ordered 3 sunglasses and received 3, but one of the pairs i received is completely wrong. I have tried to call numerous times, I wait on hold and then get hung up on. I have emailed multiple times for a week and have had no responses except for, we are forwarding this to the right person. Im anxiously awaiting some type of resolution in hopes I can have this resolved by my trip in a week (which is why I ordered the 3 new pairs to begin with).Business response

I made an order for a pair of ***** Us during the half off sale. Followed the tracking as provided. Noticed that it was available for pickup at a ************ Went there and they told me that it was a retail location so my package would be at another ************ I went to that center and they told me that its out for delivery. Only to noticed that it never showed up and was being sent back. I emailed this company and got an automated message saying that someone would be with me shortly and that never happened. Every time I call I get sent to voicemail. If Im not going to get the glasses I ordered I would like a full refund please.Business response

I placed an order on March 17th during the Blenders BOGO sale. I ordered 4 pairs of sunglasses and 1 sunglasses case. I received my order on March 25th. I was surprised at how small the box was to be containing 4 pairs of sunglasses but I've seen stranger things. I opened the box and it contained 1 pair of sunglasses. I've contacted Blenders 3 times on their online submission page and have called their customer support phone number numerous times. Each time I call (and I've found a few numbers that I've tried, all with the same results), I am put on hold for approximately 10 minutes and then the call disconnects. I have not received a single response regarding my order. I don't understand how a company can have such horrible customer service. I'm at the point where I'm considering disputing the charge through my credit card company since I've paid for 4 pairs of glasses and only received 1 pair. I ordered these in preparation for a vacation trip that I'm going on in a few days so it's extremely disappointing to not have them. I won't be able to order them from another company to get them in time.
