    Called customer service to order some valances for verticals NOT purchased from blindsgalore from that moment on I was laughed at insulted no customer service at all. Very disappointed

    We regret any confusion, as not all of our shade valances are available as stand alone products. Our team has reached out with a more clear explanation and a full list of available valances and cornice boards available to the client, as well as an apology for any misunderstanding.

    Ive used Blindsgalore for 4 projects and have had a wonderful experience each time. From ordering to installing, things could have been easier. **************** has been fantastic. The quality of the blinds is top notch. I would highly recommend Blindsgalore.

    Everything was great except the remote capability when replacing an old blind bought from Blinds Galore that rotted out and needed to be replaced. Both the old and new blind replacement were remote controlled. Assuming that Ii would be able to use the old remote with the new blind, I didn't order a replacement remote. Evidently, the new remote controlled blind would not work with my old remote due to a frequency difference. This resulted in me having to purchase a new remote operating with the new frequency. Just thought it might be helpful for you if you intend on using an old remote with a new blind as evidently the technology has changed somewhat.

    Both shades and dual sheer shades look terrific. Installation was a bit tricky due to shallow depth of our window frames ( < 1.25 inches); but we got them all installed. Quality of materials is excellent.

    I've ordered from you before, and have always been happy with the blinds and the delivery service. I am putting new blinds in my rooms as I renovate, so some have been light filtering and some blackout. They have all worked out great and the measurements are spot on.
