    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLINDS GALORE-THIS COMPANY SOLD DEFECTIVE BLINDS. IT HAS TAKEN THREE MONTHS FOR THIS COMPANY TO REPOND TO AN ONGOING BLIND ORDER. FINALLY, THE BLINDS WERE DETERMINED DEFECTIVE FROM THE MANUFACTURER. BLINDS GALORE RECEIVED A REFUND FROM THE MANUFACTURER BUT WONT PASS ON THE REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER HAS DELT WITH THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STALLING TECHNIQUES SINCE MAY 2022. BECAUSE THE BLINDS WERE DEFECTIVE, THE COMPANY WONT SHIP NEW BLINDS UNLESS THE CUSTOMER PAYS MORE. THIS IS HORRIBLE. NOT ONLY HAS THE CUSTOMER HAD TO DEAL WITH DEFECTIVE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE, THEY NOW ARE BEING TOLD BLIND GALORE WILL NOT MAKE THE BLIND ORDER GOOD WITH OUT THE CUSTOMER PAYING MORE OUT OF POCKET. BLINDS GALORE WANTS THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE THE BLINDS DOWN DEFECTIVE BLINDS AND DONATE THEM. WELLTHE BLINDS ARE DEFECTIVE AND BLINDS GALORE HAS RECEIVED A REFUND FROM THE MANUFACTURER. IS THEIR A LIABLITY ISSUE SINCE THE BLINDS HAVE BEEN DETERMINED DEFECTIVE.BLIND GALORE SHOULD HAVE STEPPED UP ONCE BLINDS GALORE RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE BINDS AND SEND NEW BLINDS TO THE CUSTOMER.DO NOT ORDER BLINDS FROM THIS BLINDS GALORE.

    Hi,We apologize for the problems that occured on your order. As you stated, the refund is done and waiting, but we needed to get the donation receipt showing the shades were donated before we can release the funds. In the interest of handling this, we will refund you without evidence of donation. However, please note that these products are not under warranty. The refund was given in lieu of a product remake.

    Wonderful that they provide free samples of the fabric. We are now needing draperies but have ordered blinds from this company before. Excellent quick delivery and blinds were beautiful and easy to install. We anticipate that our drapery order will be similar. Great company!

    Ordered a replacement blind for an RV. The blind was a perfect fit and I really liked not having the pull cords to raise/lower the blind. We now own another RV that we are currently updating and will be ordering additional blinds for this project.

    Our first four honeycomb shades were installed and we are so pleased we have ordered another set for our sliding glass door and two small windows on the back of our home. They were easy to install and are easy to raise and lower. They let in light and keep out the summer heat in our desert home.
