I placed an order for a replacement debit card after I received fraudulent activity on a card and received in the mail a debit card with no name on the front of the card and no place for a signature bar on the back of the card and was informed that that's how the cards are being made now. I questioned the authenticity of the information that I received. What I'm asking you to do is to verify that the information that I've received from three customer service Representatives is accurate of which to me makes absolutely no sense at all and I no longer trust the bank or their business practices that's in the context of the negative press that they've received for some of their other business practices. I will be in the very near future taking my business elsewhere. For clarity I received an original card as I opened the account that's the one that was compromised with fraud, the second card that I received as a replacement card in communicating with the customer service representative and articulating to them that there was no name on the front of the card and no signature bar on the back the individual informed me that he would be sending me a card with my name on the front but there would be no signature bar on the back when I received it there was no name on the front of the card so I requested a third card when I received it in the mail it was just a duplicate of the second card that I received which tells me that the information that I received from that customer service representative was inaccurate. I have no problem disseminating to you the information from the second card however the *** number on the back of the card in the picture is not accurate. I'm sending you a picture of the first replacement card. That card is inactive and I have a active card which is for clarity the third card and the second replacement card in my possession.
