      Checkr is providing out dated and wrong information on my background check which is preventing me from getting a job and making money to support myself. I have reached out to them twice to remove wrong information and was told they wouldnt. It is false information that they are releasing to companies and it has negatively affected my life.

      hello It has been almost two weeks i submitted a background check and it has yet to be returned to me so i can make income, i have now sent over 8 messages over this period of two weeks and not received a single acknowledgment or response to my inquiry. This is now almost a month that I have been waiting for their response when they had even sent me a copy of my background check and said I passed in a previous email.

      Checkr needs to correct my file they have reported a driving after suspension without doing due diligence they also have reported this to Uber, Cornershop, instacart and most other driving apps. This case was dismissed they had their files wrong no one is getting back to me through emails all they continue to do is send me something about the ticket it should have never been written. They need to correct my record with these other company due to i am also filing on these company because I am getting no where.

      Suspended my background check and asked me to contact support. Support email takes way too long to respond seeing as I need a job and the phone support wont answer my questions.

      I am writing due to the business practice or background check provided to lyft and uber, I have disputed several times a reckless conduct with someone associated with the same name first and last. The case was in an area I never lived at or while I was not in the state of GA. I have stated this and the company refused to reinvestigate I also have tickets that are removed from ******** and this has cost me at least **** in the last 2 weeks of working for lyft. I would like reinvestigation and updated and have company contact both states and cases to resolve.

      Its been over a ********** past the date this was supposed to be cleared. This wait is costing me thousands of dollars. It states one day. Then pushes it back a week. This is quite a problem. Just reading an Reddit thread. Where someone had to wait 2 months and are now homeless.Ive had several background checks in ***************** took more than a week.

As of September 2021, changes have been made that limit the public availability of court record information in the *******************. Checkr, as well as other background check providers, is affected by this change. With less information publicly available, the background check process requires more time to complete, sometimes resulting in long delays.

      Please also understand that as different companies have different requirements during the background check process, turnaround times and results from report to report are not connected. Checkr does not have the ability to impact the record request process at any given county court.

      I was told you couldnt verify my driving record, in spite of having a copy of my current and last license. I also sent my DMV record. I keep being told 2-3 days but its been weeks. This costs me income. It would be nice to get more than a canned response.

      Your Motor Vehicle Report was completed on 5/11, we do not need any additional information regarding your Motor Vehicle Record as that part of your report is complete. The report that is still pending is your extended background check and it is in the final stages of completion, pending county searches. Changes to public availability of record information in the ******************* occurred in September of 2021, impacting and sometimes delaying the background check process for reports initiated after that time. Checkr does not have the ability to impact the record request process at any given county court.

      We are working hard to complete your report and appreciate your ongoing patience during this process.

      Ive been driving for Uber for 5 years and in April 2022 I had to renew my background check. Im unable to drive for Uber now tmy background check has been pending for 8 weeks. his is my family income Im a single parent about to lose everything. Ive sent numerous emails to checkr and no response from them. Reading complaints on this platform seems to be a habitual problem for checkr. Please someone help.

      I have literally been waiting weeks for checkers to complete my background check. I cannot work until it is done. Originally they suspended my background check but then restarted it. I cant reach a live human I cant get a response to my email. I am literally at the mercy with no end in sight

      This company is taking advantage of there customs there a background check company who dont do background Ive wait over 2 months and still have a pending background and cant go back to work with Uber til then Im losing 150 dollars a day

      I've requested to apply with uber multiple times and have uploaded my drivers license and driving history as requested over 10 times checkr refuses to accept my documentation that comes straight from the **** They are hindering me from being employed with Uber
