I purchase a loan of estimate 1600 for a laser fat removal with Refine Face and Body Spa LLC. On July 15 2023 and felt like the biggest scam I ever got into with. The ladies who did all the therapy was nice Im happy to visit every week for the laser and at the end of the treatment instead of losing weight I gained 2 inches in my belly which made me feel awful paying this much. Second complaint in the midst of this therapy I added a facial service cost me another about 900 dollars so was paying some 53 bucks a month on top of the other payment this was before I got my last treatment for laser fat removal. I was feeling awful with the result nothing was promised brought any changes but a little worst than when j came in. Later I found out my favorite therapist quit and then about two months later they shut down and I had no clu le and tried making appointment by April they answered phone saying they will come back two weeks later calls blocked and not even online they would reply. Refine *********** spa llc still actively scamming their way on INSTAGRAM I tried reaching with them n blocked me and I cant reach anyone after. Now with said I proceeded taking it to the financial firm submitted complaints and reimbursement and they said I didnt meet all the proof I sent them apparently it wasnt enough n demands continued payments. Now to me CHERRY wouldnt go after the company who bedazzled me with their ability of having ethical business that really isnt a customers fault. So I was hoping to be enlightened if theres any approach bcoz Cherry just wanted to get their money and they dont even care about the companies they are partner which makes them an accomplice in my opinion. So I wana hear what they would say bcoz talking over the phone I will lose my mind explaining to them bcoz Ive tried it and they have nothing they can do about it
