On 05/13/2022 I order a family meal from China 1 through doordash. My meal was supposed to be here around 1:56pm. I tracked the meal trying to make she that the dasher made it here without any issues. After a while I noticed that the dasher was going the wrong way, but before I could contact the dasher she placed the order as complete. I reached out to doordash letting them know that I never received my order and that I needed my $89 back. They stated that they would contact t me in 24 hrs. That time never came and I never received my money. I was robbed and I was treated unfairly and this situation has not been defused or handled. I ordered on 5/14/22 from doordash. At 2:24 pm in the amount of $17.92 from chick-fila. My food arrived on time and was reeking smell from marijuana. Its obvious my dasher (******) was smoking it while my order was in the car. I threw away the food because she couldve put something in my food because the inside of the bag smelled like it too. This makes three times in a row and nine or ten times total they have took money from my card and never showed up. It is simply a scam and fraud. The amount this time is $13.16. How the BBB continues to let this kind of fraud go on is beyond me.Business Response

They refused to compensate me in any form, because the driver stole my order. She never called me nor took a picture of the delivery. I told the company I have proof of it, they STILL refused to issue credits since they said a refund is against the policy. I couldn't even rate the driver that's how I know she didn't make the delivery. Also doordash made no effort to contact me either about the situation. I placed an order for the amount of $34.79 with DoorDash that was never received. The restaurant ended up closing and a dasher had never even taken the order. It was around 5 am when I finally could cancel the order. It proceeded to ask me if I wanted to be refunded with DoorDash credits or to my original payment method. I said original payment. After receiving confirmation on the screen that Id be refunded to my original payment method, it proceeded to give me DoorDash credits instead. I am officially livid at this point because my past five orders had already been canceled with no explanation despite tipping generously and the restaurants being open. I contacted support and they connect me to a specialist who claims to not be able to do anything? I simply want to be refunded back to my original payment method. Simple. Ill leave it at that. This is unacceptable and definitely shows that DoorDash supports shady business transactions and cares more about the dollar than genuine customer satisfaction. I ordered food from taco **** on 5/13/2022 at ****pm. I ordered 3 tacos, a burrito, a large pepsi and 2 large slushies. I didnt recieve the 2 slushies and the door dash put my food and drink up afaisnt my front door so I couldn't open it correctly. When I did open it. It caused the drink to fall over and spill onto the taco **** food effectively ruining all the food inside the bag. I tried to make a complaint and was told I would recieve no compensation even for the items i didn't recieve. Doordash limits merchant dispute error charge recently. They were outage on May 12th which sending email will refund the cancellation. Unfortunately, I have 2 canceled order never received the refund. I contact the support , but I havent received any response. Due to the policy once order has been confirmed, we will get paid . I have been using Doordash consistently since 3/2020. Here lately I have constantly been having issues with the Dashers they use. To the point where I consistently had to request refunds or credits due to the mishaps. I have called several times requesting a supervisor to call me back and never received a call. There were several times if I called the customer service number someone hung up on me when I requested a supervisor just not good experiences. The last time I used this app not sure how but the Dasher received instructions to leave my order at the back door of my place of employment. I e been working at this place for years and since ordering have never requested this type of delivery so not sure how this happened. My order was picked up by someone else and the Dasher pretty much told me to deal with it. They harassed me via text even though I asked more than once for them not to contact me. When I called customer service for a refund I was told I would receive a call back and a refund within 24 hrs. I then received an email stating I wouldnt receive a refund. I replied to the email stating once my dash pass expires I would cancel and never use this option again and in a retaliating manner someone cancelled my dash pass deactivated my account and credited an amount to a card thats not even mine. I feel that this in unfair treatment of a consumer. No one gave me straight answers when I called in constantly hung up on me if I opposed their decisions and in the end got rid of me instead of addressing the inconsistencies of those that allow to work for their company. Essentially the last few orders I made using this app money was stolen from me and I was treated as if I did something incorrect. I will not stop until I hear from someone at the corporate office who can understand my complaints and do something about itBusiness Response

I made an order via DD with Chicken in a Barrel yesterday at 5:58pm. I was initially told that the order would arrive at the house within ***** minutes. Not only was the order well over an hour late, but the driver delivered the wrong food. DD attempted to compensate by offering me a $20 credit, but that didn't even cover the full price of the order that I never received (and tip). I want a full refund of the $38.14 I spent in addition to the $20 credit. Anything less than a full refund should constitute fraud and theft.
